GoDaddy's user interface is by far the best in the business. It's 2022, and many domain registrars' websites still look like they were built in 1999, which is frustrating and unnecessarily inefficient for today's developers and web designers.
The only thing I dislike about GoDaddy is the quality of their customer service has declined over the years. They used to have EXCEPTIONAL customer service, but now it's average (outsourced) like all other big companies.
GoDaddy makes it easy to buy new domains, add SSL certificates, and make DNS changes quickly and easily. Their DNS changes propagate faster than other registrars in my experience, which is an added bonus.
Ease of use, transparency around costs, quick support and overall just availability of the domains and services that I need on a daily basis. I think personally GoDaddy shines in the space of domain hosting.
Personally, something I would like to see more from GoDaddy is perhaps better integration with CloudFlare, as there's no way they'll beat CloudFlare- so why not just join in with them to make the web a more secure place?
Finding and registering domain names whilst protecting my privacy as an individual by not publishing my personal details to those seeking to discover who owns the domains.
You get all things under one roof - domain name email ids, SSL, VPS Hosting, Cpanel, Security, Email Marketing, WordPress hosting and solutions, VPS Hosting, also website builder
I don't think you will get anything to dislike here, they give all solutions under one roof for all business sizes small to big, so they are the best in the industry.
they are creating awareness among people, using SSL, professional email, giving great customer support, why are security important and all, so you will get the proper information from them and all solutions.
Easy to use, very good pricing. I like just about everything bout GoDaddy, they are really great all around.
I have way too many accounts and its difficult to keep track of them all They are a little pricey too.
I am solving cheap domain purchases, keeping them all together, and selling a few domains.
Easy to use and very fast Allows you to use large storage spaces The price for other programs is very simple in front of the many features He's the first server in his field.
Nothing I don't like the service is great and the prices are also very great but it just lacks mobile application work to connect the web to mobile application
Lifting servers The ease of communicating with the outside world via my web site and doing some of my job is easy to communicate with customers of the company
GoDaddy is the leading provider for the best of the domains with so many accessible features. GoDaddy provides a bunch of multiple domains and also provides hosting services. You can get any kind of domain via GoDaddy and host your websites for your business. It's the go-to shop for digital products.
GoDaddy provides benefits when you buy products from the site for a year, else apart from that, there are no downsides for GoDaddy for me. It provided me with the domain and the hosting I needed for my business.
GoDaddy has multiple benefits likes: a. It provides reliable Hosting management b. Desired website domain names. c. Hosting plans desirable according to the business needs.
The ease of use of the platform from desktop to mobile.
There is not anything that I have found that I dislike thus far.
I can with ease find and purchase domains and keep up with renewals.
I like the user interface in that it helps my clients choose their domains quickly and easily. We reduce the time on our Set Up calls by using GoDaddy compared to other services.
I don't particularly like that a few steps have to be completed to transfer a domain over to another person or organization. It would be more effective if one didn't have to dig through the website to find how to transfer a domain.
Our clients can see value in our product much faster by choosing their domain through GoDaddy. We pick a domain with them online using Zoom screen share during one phone call, and then our team can build their website out.
Easy to use. You can start creating a website in just a few minutes. From creating and editing pages to uploading images and videos, it’s easy to get started. All of the pages and features are right in front of you, and you don’t need to go to a website builder or learn code to set the site up.
If you're looking for a more affordable option, you might want to try other options, however this one has a good price-quality compared to many others.
GoDaddy is a domain registrar that also specializes in web hosting. When it comes to domains, GoDaddy is not just a registrar; it is the registrar. GoDaddy is the top domain registrar in the entire world. But what some people don't know is that GoDaddy is also a hosting provider. GoDaddy is a domain registrar that also specializes in web hosting. When it comes to domains, GoDaddy is not just a registrar, it is the registrar most qualified for me. GoDaddy is the top domain registrar in the entire world. But what some people don't know is that GoDaddy is also a hosting provider.
Easy user interface and is very smooth to use
Nothing major to add for areas of dislike, this platform is highly likeable
I am using this as a domain hoster for my personal website
GoDaddy- the Ultimate website builder, provides the best hosting products with varied options and is fully customized according to your needs. It gives you everything you need for your online brand presence. The best domain buying and hosting website.
The downsides would sometimes be the cost according to the market budget; else, it gives you varied options for hosting and domain options for your online branding, A must-try hosting platform.
Excellent Line-up of Hosting Domains Quick and Easy Implementation Approved and available domains with no hustle. Must try the platform for your business to achieve quick branding options.
It's easy navigation of the templates and chic designs.
Too many adverts, we already know its good.
We are reaching the maximum target audience without spending too much money.
It has grown into a pretty versatile web solution - not only it is the most trusted domain provider, but it constantly enriches user experience with additional products such as SmartLines and partnerships with Hulu & Yelp to help promote our brand - not bad.
Not much to complain about. It is a robust & versatile solution with proven customer service.
GoDaddy solves very well for efficiency & lost time. You don't need to have a million tools to handle your website domain hosting & website management. You can do it ALL through GoDaddy - domain acquisition, website management, and your digital marketing.
I like the GoDaddy account UI; it provides a good experience of easy navigation to important menus and usage. The quality of service, I never experienced difficulty handling my multiple hosting accounts; Godaddy Pro is another feature to integrate all of my client accounts and enable service expiry notification from one dashboard. Godaddy is the best option for beginners and experienced professionals. In all renewals we can get atleast 10 % discuount if you contact the godday guide via chat. Thanks to GoDaddy
SSL pricing, The price of an SSL certificate is too high in Godaddy; other providers provide certificates at 60% less cost. I expect Godaddy consider this feedback in comping years.
Hosting Godaddy provides quality hosting service; I have been a customer of GoDaddy for the last ten years. Lamp Hosting, Plex hosting, and .net applications hosting in windows Domain Purchase, It's easy to find and register your domain in less than five minutes. Godday provides up to 90 % discount on domain purchases if you buy for more than an year.
GoDaddy is quick, simple, intuitive, and makes finding the right domain, setting up email, integrating with your preferred CMS, etc. all about as easy as possible. The pricing is fair and about market rate.
The only change I would make is to make the upselling less intrusive. There is a lot of advertising on the platform to get users to buy up on email, hosting, website builds, insurance, privacy, etc., etc.
We use GoDaddy for purchasing URLs, navigating domain availability, and managing domain names. We integrate it with Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Wordpress.
Great customer service! Whenever I had an issue, they were available and ready to assist. Once when we had problems in switching and uploading the design of our website, they took the time to help and get everything situated. They make renewing easy. GoDaddy is great it offers a variety of things for starting a website or changing vendors. Giving everything that is needed for building a website like domain, SSL Certificate, WordPress, Email Marketing, and Website Security and Backups. I highly recommend Godaddy. If there is an issue with one of the plugins you receive an email right away and a direct line to get everything corrected if that doesn't work customer service is eager to help with excellent service.
I don't have many dislikes about GoDaddy. The only thing that will be a little more helpful is to have a clearer idea of what number or extension will help get you the needed support for an issue. Rather than going through 2-4 different customer service agents to get to one person that can assist.
I help mainly give back the feedback by taking their surveys letting them know what is helping and what may need some work. They are great at taking customers opinions and giving other options to the problems.
Security and customer support that they provide
Pricing is high when compared to other providers
Solving the problem of less customer support
I like their services very much. They ensure quality service and product. One of the Amazing feature according to me is the Delegate access. Goddady is best among the best.
Their services prices are high in compassion of the competitor. Paypal did not work sometimes on checkout. They should reduce costing a little bit. That will make them more effective and famous.
I use godaddy for website development, software development. Yes I am benefiting after using these products. Now I became more productive than before. Also my business performance has increased.
We've been using godaddy for over 10 years. Some products are better than others. Customer service is usually good.
Sometimes there is downtime with shared hosting. Customer service can have long wait times.
Website hosting for multiple sites, email, site backups.
The user experience of their dashboard is clear and hustle free
Sometimes there are unqualified tech support agents on the "chat", however the agents on the phone are super qualified.
Hosting, domains, email.
İ moved to GoDaddy 14 years ago and I'm very happy with service i use domain registration and renewal service
Everything is good , I'm just using domain service and it's good
2007 registerfly failed to serve our domains GoDaddy take responsibility and help all registerfly clients to save there domains
We can register domain, design website and go online quickly with GoDaddy. It's predefined templates helps to design website quickly.
I don't have any point to dislike GoDaddy
1) with help of this we able to register our own domain. 2) it has number of templates and tools to design website as per requirement. 3) it comes with basic to ultimate web hosting plan as per requirement and budget providing cost effective solution for our business. 4) it has quick customer service response 5) its email service helped us to create and manage number of email ids for our organization. 6) no downtime or rear downtime enabled our website to run 24x7
Although not the fastest hosting I could get, the customer service is second to none. If I ever have a problem it gets sorted immediately. plus free SSL with hosting.
Not the fasted hosting for the price but there are higher paid options if you want it faster.
Definitely handy that everything is in one place, we store all our domains and hosting with them.
I can easily edit and publish a website of my choice.
Nothing to dislike. I have not encountered any problems.
I am building a website of my desired content or whatever the client wants.
Godaddy is easily accessible and user-friendly. Registering domains is easy especially with the Godaddy Tool where I can search for my domain I want to see if it is available or if it is for sale by another user. Transferring domains to or from Godaddy is easy and quick to do. Godaddy has plenty of specials for starting a blog to hosting a website.
Godaddy use to have daily or weekly specials on certain domain extensions which is a rarity now and hard to find.
The benefit of using Godaddy is they provide tools or information on how to sell, park, or build your domain, blog, or website. It's helpful to new users vs older users. I also encourage Godaddy by sending emails to them asking for them to bring back more specials on domain extensions, renewals, or transfers.
User Interface to host and customize website is very simple and user friendly. Godaddy supports more industries than its competitors. A mobile app is available so that you can edit while you are on go.
Godaddy don't allow to sell products accross social media directly. Limited hosting tutorials. Downtime should be negligible.
GoDaddy helps to develop and host website on the web. The best thing about godaddy is it provides multiple domains.
The Godaddy website is straightforward to use. Even non-technical people can use the website without technical knowledge. It is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for on the website.
Sometimes the prices for some services are very competitive with other providers.
All my domain names brought from Godaddy, and I am looking forward buy more from the Godaddy website.
You can register domains with ease. It's cheap to buy your first domain. I believe currently it is about $1, so it's simple to test out any website you might need with literally pocket change as the investment.
The upselling happens throughout the process, and it can be easy to buy more than you want without noticing what you are doing, so you have to pay attention while buying domains.
We needed to test out how our new website would look, so we needed to buy the domain and dry test everything without going live. GoDaddy made part of this process painless and easy.
GoDaddy has great prices, good customer service, and I respect the industries they support and their company values.
Sometimes it's a challenge to locate a specific part of their site I am needing to access. For example, I have yet to locate where on the site and under which sub-menu to click to perform an incoming domain transfer. I literally go use a search engine because it's the quickest way to locate that page. While I think their registrar service is top-notch, their hosting services leave a bit to be desired. Every client I've ever had that uses GoDaddy hosting has had more than the normal share of POP/IMAP/SMTP problems.
I use GoDaddy for their registrar services. The prices are good, and customer service is far superior to other common registrars.
GoDaddy is a leading provider of web hosting, domain registration, email, and office services. Best suited for small and medium businesses, really easy to get started and getting along.
GoDaddy sums to be costlier than using cPanel or Plesk for web hosting.
From Godaddy, it's easy to manage domains, websites, and emails all from a single dashboard. This has enabled our customers to manage their web hosting and additional services on their own.
