Consistency and customer support is excellent.

Nothing as such with my experience with Good access.

IP address issue, connectivity and fluctuations in connections that I found in other VPN vendors and thereby a switch over to Good Access and with regard to Good Access is service is at par with excellency in Connectivity, customer satisfaction approach and quick problem solve and I liked it very much.

It was less expensive than all the other providers (such as Nord) that we reviewed. We use it every day for business critical functions and it's been super stable, never letting us down. The pricing was transparent and once signed up the onboarding of the entire team was simple and quick. The app which controls the VPN is great - very simple but effective and clear.

A lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however, they were exceptional.

Having GoodAccess provided more mobility for our team which meant more productivity. The new management for our devices was better because there was only one interface to manage which meant less headaches for our IT guy. Now backed with the real-time data monitoring, we can keep an eye on our devices throughout the day and make sure they are running smoothly and securely. Since we now can have a real-time URL scanner, that means we can block any websites that threats may come from before it even pops up.

it does not work with older versions of macOS, I believe with the new software update coming into place, it is most likely that people are still using the older versions of macOS. There is the option of OpenVPN but it is quite complicated to setup and cannot be done but less IT savvy people. Lastly, f GoodAccess had more affordable pricing for all additional gateways or package them into a few with discount.

GoodAccess is an efficient device management system interface that allows us to successfully manage and control our many devices among them being the camera to view the customers throughout the storage facilities, printer to print monthly receipts for our customers, all the employees Pcs so that we can see all the transactions in real-time and so on. They offer a real-time URL scanner to detect threats and instantly block malicious sites.

It solves the management of VPN connections across the company. The easy of reporting and the compatability across all operating systems are great! They even have their own app which makes it easy for the non-techies

The application installation for both Windows and Mac stations has been very easy and provides the users with a simple GUI that simply works so that our employees don't need to think about it. From the IT side, this application functions reliably and simply, doing exactly what it advertises, with no impactful downtime in the 2+ years we've been using it as an organization to provide a secure Endpoint as needed for some remote management on other platforms.

I can't honestly come up with any reason to complain about this software, the administration console, nor any of our interactions with the company directly when submitting inquiries and looking to expand our licensing with the app. Very responsive company with a sound, stable product.

We were looking for an alternative VPN that wasn't tied to our internal Cisco VPN solution that would provide us with a fast external endpoint for communications with remote platforms we've restricted based on the access IP. Using GoodAccess has allowed us to provide a secure endpoint with a set IP that does not require tying up additional internal resources to allow Remote Business to happen effectively.

We've been using GoodAccess Team VPN for several years and remain satisfied with their service. Our journey with them began during the UK's Covid lockdown, assisting our team to work remotely. We've since transitioned to a hybrid working model and GoodAccess has adapted seamlessly with us. Their VPN offers diverse connection options, catering to Mac, Windows, and Linux users, and additionally supporting OpenVPN. While we've set up our own VPN server on Amazon AWS as a precaution, we've never had to use it thanks to GoodAccess's reliability.

What's commendable is their continuous development; introducing new features assures us of their commitment to growth and improvement. Though a recent pricing review led to an increase, their customer support was receptive to feedback and showed flexibility.

Remote acess and hybrid working post Covid-19. We've transitioned to a hybrid working model and GoodAccess has adapted with us, allowing us to scale up and down as we bring in external contract developers.

We needed a solution which will give us a single IP Address in our country, which will enable us to whitelist one IP for our employees, I was amazed to find out that the biggest player in this field have limited amount of available dedicated servers and in limited amount regions. Our usage of Good access is limited to very few features and we didn't find any Cons worth mentioning yet.

Our need: 1. Static Ip 2. In a country which is not a main site (Main competitors are not offering IPs from this Country). 3. Multiple users connected simultaneously from Desktop and Mobile device. 4. High availability, High speed.

unlike other VPN our there Good Access is cheap and provide stable secure connection, we've been a user since 2020 but we rarely encounter issue with the tool. Aside from that one thing I love is that we can get 1 or 2 public IP of the desired region we're accessing this is to avoid getting suspicious access on our clients tool. Overall Good Access is a great tool to use of in a business perspective

There will be time that we experience latency but it rarely happens and it wouldn't take look to resolve the issue

As an IT engineer setting the gateways and creating the accounts for users is pretty straightforward forward even for using this for the first time. also setting additional features is also a walk in the park finally the user interface is very intuitive for not tech-savvy users.

Using goodaccess currently for our marketing team using team social media accounts from different places in the world as we work remotely. So far so good.

Good internet quality and convenience. The Windows version is easy to install.

In windows OS, sometimes it doesn't work after changing some Windows' security options like a firewall or updating the OS. I needed to restore the Windows setup to a previous point. This happened to two people including me in my team.

We use GoodAccess's VPS service for security and the fixed IP address.

GoodAccess is very easy to provision and manage. Staff find it easy to set up and we're able to invite users with a simple email sent via the web panel. We've been able to easily move the company to remote-only over the past year and GoodAccess has been a central part of that.

We'd love to be able to set an expiry date for access when inviting users, as it would make management even easier. We'd also like to see a native ARM-based version of the software, as currently we have to set it up slightly differently on those devices, which is slightly more time consuming.

We use GoodAccess to provide the static IPs required to access a number of critical tools, and the software allows us to very easily provision this out to our staff. Most people in the company have access, and being able to easily provision a VPN to about 150 staff has been incredible useful, especially over the past year while we've all been working from home.

We had a subscription issue where we were billed even though we had an email saying our subscription was expiring but this was solved very quickly. The static IP function is really useful for the business when working from home.

We operate a fully remote team dedicated to digital product and software development, with direct access to our crucial company servers. To ensure the appropriate level of access for each team member and to safeguard against information leaks and potential intrusions by malicious entities, we rely on Good Access.

We started using Good Access during Covid when our entire workforce started home working. They were a good price point compared to their competition and one of the only ones that allowed for a small team and use a fixed IP Address. During Covid, Good Access were a live saver for our company and without them, we simply would not have been able to work. The VPN is very simple to setup, using either the Good Access application or by exporting OpenVPN configuration files. Some of the new features such threat detection and mapping connections have been amazing and very well done. All in all a very good company to use when a VPN access is required.

Some of our users had issues with the Good Access application to gain access to the VPN. Their support though was very helpful in getting us back online and offering different solutions.

During Covid Good access allowed us to continue our working day seemlessly. This has continued after, with all of our home workers still using the servicer. It allows the entire copany to stay connected and eases collaboration.

GoodAccess has been my team's cloud VPN tool for the last two years, and we have been happy with the features. I am the tool admin, and it has been easy to navigate and I have had no issues adding or removing users and updating the settings. Eva, our rep, is also quick to respond and helpful whenever we reach out.

Sometimes my team has issues loading and connecting to the tool, but we have overcome this by rebooting the app or re-downloading.

GoodAccess allows my remote team to work closely together. Our daily tasks require us to log in and out of multiple platforms, which would flag our activities as suspicious without using GoodAccess.

Easy to setup and 10 users are included with the price which allows easy access and useability. It will also alllow you to add a dedicated IP for Data tunnelling between offices.

Dont really have an issue outside having the ability to add individual users on top of your account when required. Or reducing the amount of users if your situation changes.

A bit pricy. I believe this product is a more premium than we require. But other products we evaluated seemed more complicated to use, so we still believe it is worth its price.

We needed a statis IP. With product we also got VPN security and the static IP wherever you are. And the performance/throughput is very good.

The VPN works for the Dev Ops team, no problem that I'm aware of.

As an administrator I cannot access the website from my laptop's browser. I've tried several different browsers, have cleared my cookies and cache, and used incognito mode, but it still doesn't work. The only way I can make it work is via my (personal) smartphone, which is less than ideal. I've reported this several times but have not received any response on the last few occasions. I am being ignored, which is very unfair and unprofessional.

My particular problem has not been solved, but the Dev Ops team successfully works remotely.
