This is the office suite that does almost everything. The simplicity of sharing documents, spreadsheets, an above-average email client, and a calendar is just the basics of an amazing platform.

I honestly cannot describe a thing that I genuinely dislike. I feel Google could use an update on the appearance of the email homepage. This is purely for appearance purposes and does not hamper functionality.

Google Workspace is the best business suite for the money. I no longer use Zoom, I have Google Meet, I don't need a third party messenger, I have Chat, I don't need Outlook or Office from MS, and Google has it all in one place.

Google drive goes everywhere with you because it is attached to your email via the internet sphere. Everything saves and is backed up without you having to do the extra work to ensure this happens.

The fact that Google drive does backup everything without your permission, you have to delete any files and/or document/photos you wish weren't saved for eternity. Sometimes, you find out you had files saved that you never knew were there, and never wished were.

I am saving space on my computer. I no longer need the usb to pull up my existing documents. I just go to the net and it is magically awaiting. Saves time and ultimately money.

UI and UX are excellent; managing everything from Google workspace is straightforward. I have been using it for the last 3-4 years, and I was able to do most of my jobs seamlessly.

I would say sorting the users|groups are not pretty straightforward; also, there are very few columns that we can adjust. Monitoring also can be improvised by adding a few options.

Managing users, app integrations, and working emails as well. We also use buildings and resources. There are many other factors such as Reporting, Directory sync and adjustment of OU.

As a micro business, I don't have an IT department, so it is very important to me that I use software that is easy for me to navigate and has a ton of online resources that I can quickly navigate to answer my questions.

I don't like that many of the features previously included in the paid basic version are now only available with a higher subscription. It would also be nice if the scheduling feature were available on the basic version.

I use Google Workspace primarily for my calendar and email. I also use it for google docs, spreadsheets etc.

Google Workspace provides almost all the tools you need for collaboration in the School and Classroom.

Some of the Apps may not have all the features of a Paid App, but other than that, it is everything that our school needs.

Collaboration between students and Teachers. Remote Classrooms and meetings. Communications between staff and parents.

Sharing settings. Google Workspace needs to continue improving its sharing and editing permissions.

I like that Google is a reputable company and that you actually get paid for the surveys. I have done so many that Ive lost all hope in one of them actually working and getting paid for it until I started Google Surveys.

The only thing I dislike about Google Surveys is that we got paid each month. It would have been nice to cash out before then sometimes.

Google Surveys is solving the problem I have had not being able to find a legit place to actually do surveys and get paid. There are so many scams out there, its nice to know this one is legit 100%.

it is so easy to save documents pictures or forms onto Google Drive as when you hit save on any window Google Drive is one of the options that pops up you can just hit saved there and then click on the move or see file and it will take you right to the file which you can Renee I have 1 million files in there it’s basically just like a digital filing cabinet really

sometimes they don’t allow certain format of a document to be saved or exported/imported and then they always make me go into Google word or XL not the Microsoft version

I have solved a lot of problems with Google drive I no longer have to dig through a real file holder looking for real papers I can save everything digitally it’s all organized- also with digital organizations there’s no way that my filing cabinet could get set on fire and I would lose all my documents!

The google drive is one click storage and drag the files from the our local storage it protects all the files. We can more effeciance way to store and transfer the files .There are lot of features and flexible like videos, images pixel , excel, word many more features are already inbuilt for the drive it can cheapeast way to store all out confidential data into good drive.

The Google drive is a more efficient way to given space as of now, so need some more space, it will be easy to manage free users apart from everything in good positions

In Google drive having some uploading bunch of folder will not allowing to upload a files it takes slowness and break the connection so during the this we have transfer the files small bunch of files in speedy manner

Sharing and editing in group, Offline working mode, easy to access, edit history, access and view options, easy to attach in gmails.

Gdoc and Gslides could be improved when presenting or adding shapes for presentation.

As a user of Google Workspace, I absolutely love its seamless integration and user-friendly interface. The ability to easily collaborate with my team on documents and projects has greatly increased our productivity. The suite of tools, including Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, makes it easy to manage my workday efficiently. Overall, I am a huge fan of Google Workspace!

As a user of Google Workspace, I do have a few minor complaints. Sometimes I've noticed some glitches with the video conferencing feature and it can be slow at times. I would also love to see more customization options for certain features. But overall, I am still a huge fan of the product and these issues are minor compared to all the benefits it provides.

I use Google Workspace because the tools they provide are excellent for productivity. My favorite part of GW is Gmail and Sheets because they both allow me to collaborate with my coworkers. This is super helpful because I work entirely remote.

I don't have much to complain about here. If I were to, it would be because they are online applications which are prone to lags. Since some of the applications are weightier than others, some people may have trouble loading.

It is solving out meeting problems with Google Meet, our email communication with Gmail, our storage for trainings with Drive, our forms with Forms, etc... It benefits me and everyone at my company allowing us to collaborate and work on big projects being thousands of miles apart.

Great alerts to be on time for meetings, a quick way to share documentation, we make fewer mistakes and fast receive and provide a speedier support response.

Sometimes calling a team member is not as good as using others apps, like bluejeans.

To share documents, communicate thru chat with team members efficiently, alert me when I need to access a meeting and soo more.

Collaboration, everything synchronises and the price is amazing.

Compatability of Excel with google Sheets is not there. Certain tasks we still need to use Excel.

Its very easy to use and integrate with other tools or software. You can use it for business or personal use.

Before i can create an alias but they changed the settings and I cannot create an alias anymore

I was facing problem to get public review in my research project.it helped me to work from the comfort of my own home.

I love the accountability, and ability to easily share documents and check when your co-workers accessed, edited, or left a comment. It really helps remote employees stay in collaboration and connected!

Per IT the security is not as strong as Microsoft Office - so some companies do not use Google for that reason. I personally have not had any issues, but maybe if this was increased, more businesses would use it!

I like when you can go back to see when an error was made on a spreadsheet or document and track down who might have done it and quickly revert back to the correct version, then apply some training if needed to the person who made the error. It makes it easy to hold people accountable!

Google Surveys provides users with different ways to consolidate responses and facilitate information collection.

There is not a specific tool in Google Surveys that I dislike.

Google surveys emails reminders to users to complete them by a certain deadline. As a result, it results in significant increased survey completion.

It allows me to use an external email service for business using a browser interface.

Sometimes setting up requires some learning ahead of time.

It allows me to use an external hosted email service rather than internal email services.
