Greenhouse provides the software, structure and support and successfully guides you in the hiring process.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I disliked.
Readily provides the information on the candidate to prepare for the interview (i.e. resume, cover letter, recommendation letters) and allows you to input/ track feedback.
Easy to navigate user interface. The application review process is effective. Integration with Gem is great.
I would like the option on my dashboard for jobs I'm working on that don't have any applications to review so I can easily get to that job dashboard. If one of my reqs doesn't have any applications, it's not easy to get to the job dashboard from my home page.
Applicant tracking and organization are very helpful in seeing pipelines across individual roles.

Interface could be a bit more streight forward and there is space for improving some of the workflows. But in general, nothing major.
Helps witn whole set of applicant tracking processes, shceduling, reviewing and much more.
Ability to create scorecards, align attributes and easily copy over questions. It is easy to create globally scale-able processes.
Reporting features are not as comprehensive as other systems, we have to pull in data to a BI tool and create reports that way.
Greenhouse is helping us scale by creating an organized approach to interview that allows for us to align on attributes and ensure inclusive hiring processes.

Honestly, there's nothing I'd complaint about.
Structured selection process and communication with stakeholders (comms workflow)
The ability to integrate to LinkedIn, the use of talent pools, the note taking ability and to see all scorecards in one and not having to go to any third part apps or tools to do things such as schedule interviews,
Interface could be slightly more slick and seemless, also when using on browswer through phone it can sometimes be clunky

The ease of use, we transitioned to Greenhouse from Jobvite and the experience is a world of difference. Working at a technology company, a great UI/UX is important tot us and this one fits the bill.
Honestly, there isn't much I can think of.
Greenhouse is making it easier for us to have a unified and wholistic hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers and administrators.
Strong candidate experience. The scorecards allow you to ensure accurate interviews and remove bias from the interview process. I really appreciate how it stores all relevant information and documents in one place for our teams for each candidate.
The interface is sometimes hard to navigate for first time users. There is a lot of context on a profile and sometimes its hard to know where to go if you don't know exactly where to look. One specific example is interview planning/scorecard design. Interviewers see them as one screen, so they don't realize that you have to go to two different sections to edit 1) interview questions and 2) scorecard questions
It is our #1 source of truth for all things hiring. It stores job descriptions, organizes inbound applications, structures the interview process and sends email campaigns to future candidates. Truly the full hiring cycle.
We love the whole product. From templates to setting up interviews to informative scorecards, to alerts for the next interviewers, right through to hiring. And, our on-boarding process is now a breeze, Everyone who needs to know is alerts in advance and now nothing gets overlooked. Our HR staff love the system, they have saved so much time and now feel in control of what needs to be done.
The navigation is a bit clunky, but overall nothing to complain about.
Streamlining the recruiting and on-boarding process is now a fast, accurate, simple way of finding and hiring the best possible candidates. We find the process fast and scalable.
