Greenhouse has a wide range of features and an excellent customer support team. If you have any questions whatsoever, their support team is there and ready to chat within seconds!

I find that some features can be a bit clunky and sometimes is not the most user friendly.

Greenhouse helps us as we continue to scale and hire for a high volume of roles. It has also been helpful as we manage two separate job boards. The integration with LinkedIn Recruiter also makes it very easy to upload sourced candidates.

I like being able to submit my first impressions with candidates realtime while in the interview. The tool is really easy to use! I also like being able to see other responses from the interviewing party.

I think it is difficult to get to a candidates resume easily.

We need a place to go to for the "truth" on all things recruiting. This system houses all information about our job postings and candidate information.

The highlights of using Greenhouse for me is ease of use, customer support and ease of integration. I've used Greenhouse for two years and the basic functions are very easy to learn. If I'm unsure how to accomplish something there are various support articles and customer support chat available immediately. It's also easy to integrate other tools into Greenhouse like DocuSign.

A dislike for me is that while customer support is helpful, they are not advanced enough to give advice on complicated issues.

Greenhouse houses all of our candidate data and that is great for it to be in one single spot!

It makes tracking your processes so much easier! I love the ability to build out an entire interview plan and making it easy for our coordinators to be able to schedule interviews. Greenhouse records every communication you have with the candidate as long as your email is synced with the platform allowing other members to jump in and fill in when necessary. Everything you want and need is available on the candidate profile.

Greenhouse just started generating Zoom and Google Meet links for interviews, this feature is still gimmicky and doesn't allow for transparency. Greenhouse doesn't send calendar invites, just confirmation emails which we do not like.

Greenhouse covers ALL the needs of a recruiting team, so you can go super basic, or do every single thing that is needed within one tool. I like the ability to customize it to your needs.

Sometimes the amount of options is a lot, and finding what you are trying to navigate to is a challenge, especially for hiring managers who don't spend as much time in the system as I do, as a recruiter.

Greenhouse tracks everything we need to have solid records regarding recruiting, and staff selection, as well as dispositioning and notes for later use...this is super helpful when your recruiting team is small, and has had some turnover, we can rest assured that the notes are there.

User friendly interface. It's easy to approve requests and track candidates as they progress through the hiring funnel.

The dashboards in Greenhouse are not intuitive.

I like that Greenhouse is user-friendly for everyone who uses it. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I would also say that it is truly so nice to have the ability to integrate with all of the other platforms we use on a regular basis for Recruiting and HR purposes.

Some of the filtering functionalities I believe can be improved. For example, when looking through applications rather than using our Custom Fields in the profile details or in using the keyword search it would be really nice for the candidate view to pull details from the profile and allow us to select based on what it has gathered. For example: Location. Candidates' addresses are often in resumes and if not in in their application, they have the option to fill that information in the application form. If the filtering option could parse to the information in the profiles, then we could select if we have specific Location requirements. This is a function in Workday if to see a better example than what I can provide in this text. Thank you

Greenhouse keeps everything straightforward and organized, it works seamlessly with scheduling tools like Goodtime and ModernLoop and the support team is always quick and very helpful.

It is not always clear where to find certain features/data and the interface looks a bit outdated.

It helps to keep our candidates organized. It also keeps coordinators, recruiters and interviewers organized by sending reminders

I like how user friendly it is and that it connects with many other systems we use.

Since this is my first time in a recruiting it is hard for me to answer this since I have never experienced a different program or have something to compare it to.

It allows me to keep track of great candidates and also follow up with potentially great candidates for the future.

It is difficult to link with Gem projects.

We are emphasizing diversity recruiting this year. We are able to target and categorize individuals that we meet at specific career fairs. We are then able to have stronger pass through rates for female candidates and underrepresented backgrounds.

UX is clunky and sometimes takes miultiple clicks to do a simple task. candidate view /filtering is not user friendly

Greenhouse is generally easy to use and to learn to use for existing and new team members. They offer strong integration capabilites and Greenhouse's support is very quick to help if questions come up. Greenhouse can also be fairly easily customized once you know how to use the different layers of customization in the tool.

Reporting functionality can be difficult to use/learn to use at first

It was not the most intuitive system to learn, but once you get the hang of it, it works great.

Creating a more robust recruiting process for recruiters, hiring managers, and other users. We've been able to hire great candidates and enforce recruiting process more effeciently, thanks to Greenhouse.

I appreciate that Greenhouse provides support and resources to help users get the most out of the system, including training, documentation, and a community of users to share best practices. I also appreciate how Greenhouse integrates well with the other applications that my company uses.

Greenhouse is the only ATS Ive worked with for past 6 years and I like it overall. I'd apprecaite the ability to customize interview questions and scorecards more (I.e include a chart etc). I think that some of the UI could be improved but overall am satissifed with the product.

It helps keep track of candidates we have engaged with in the past, view past interviewing records. Generating offers via GH is also seameless.

The customer service I have experienced from our Greenhouse Onboarding Customer Success Director has been phenomenal. He has a lot of experience and is very clear about what the tool can and cannot do. He also gives us ideas of workarounds or what other clients have done in regard to the features that are not currently available. He also keeps us up to date with new features and planned features. Interactions leave us feeling like he is on our side and working hard for our success in Greenhouse Onboarding.

There are limitations in regard to customization. We have spent time trying to bend the system meet the requests from our hiring managers and it has not always been possible.

Providing a consistent and "warm" new hire onboarding experience. Providing an easy to access tool where new hires can complete all requirement new hire paperwork and fields. A automated way to send notifications across our organization regarding new hire actions and tasks.
