What do you like best about GreenRope?

GreenRope has virtual options, more so video conferencing, which makes meetings and engagements successful. Also, GreenRope has made a live chat a suitable way to create discussion. Finally, GreenRope helps in marketing, a strategic way for supporting sales.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

GreenRope has a simplistic way of managing engagements, a suitable way to boost sales. More so, GreenRope is a programable tool that focuses on different activities that work for businesses.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreenRope has made a CRM process more efficient, with sufficient procedures that foster marketing. Again, GreenRope has fostered a balance, in between the sales and expenses. Lastly, there are different communications forms, a friendly way for advanced discussion.

The integration of all the features and aspects of the product helps unify actions for your contacts.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

Not as many out-of-the-box integrations, but with Zapier it makes other integrations possible.

We can put customers on "journeys" that automate our communications

Having "live" quickly responsive customer service on a Sunday is golden.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

I can't really say ... maybe more template options?

Greenrope has always covered all options that a user would want to have in order to manage, tailor, and achieve quality business comunications.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

I really enjoy the options for customization. I needed a key feature to be added to my follow up system that didn't currently exist. The team at greenrope put their heads together and created something specifically for my business.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

I would like to have more options for a quick phone call with support. It can take a while to get to the meat of a problem and I feel it could be solved quicker with a quick conversation. (the customer support team is fantastic)

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greenrope is allowing me to maintain a massive amount of leads. With out this system i would never have been able to scale up in the way that I have

What do you like best about GreenRope?

We are a smaller company that can do big things with the help of GreenRope. We have tried dozens of CRM's/Mail Merge Apps, and while only a few can compete with GreenRope, its customer service makes it a win. If you ever need help, they are always around, and no question is too big or too small.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

The UI could be more intuitive and allow more customization. At some point, they introduced a sound that goes off whenever you click back to the tab GreenRope is running on.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreenRope saves us time. We needed a better way of tracking marketing efforts and following up on leads. Our favorite thing to use for following up would be the "Journeys"; it's a great automation tool.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

I like that GreenRope is a complete CRM with lots of features and functions to get the most out of contact relationships. The team behind GreenRope is eager to get you up and running. The system does require an initial investment of time to learn its awesome power if you want to get the most out of it. You to take the implementation in phases and plan your design and build stage carefully. It's is very cost-effective as it's based on the number of contacts and not users, so you can get your whole organization on board as users without having to decide who needs it most. Their amazing giving back program is one of a kind and is very generous, showing the human side Lars and the team bring to the world of CRM. Everyone in the team is willing to help and answers questions, and when you make suggestions for changes that can help you tailor the system to your CRM design requirements, they make the changes quickly and at no charge. Every day I become a better CRM Project Leader due to GreenRope, so professionally, I feel the benefit of being part of the GreenRope family!

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

The is not anything yet; I will update this review as I discover anything. I might say that I would like GreenRope to work on their mobile app; I think this needs an overall and looks dated and is not easy to use on a small screen, making it less attractive for updating contact data on the move. I have several colleagues who attend conferences and would like to use the App in their pockets to update contact records easily, so I hope anyone at GreenRope reading this review may consider this as constructive criticism to make GreenRope even more awesome in the 21st century.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contact Data Silos, Improving departmental and team efficiencies. We are creating a 360 view of contacts and their relationship to our nonprofit.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

It is extremely comprehensive; there is not much you cannot do with it.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

At the moment I cannot think of anything. There is a lot to learn, but the technical support is both very quick (almost immediate) and quite excellent. Ian Cuatico is very patient and very helpful. There are other CRMs I have used and liked very much, but tech support fell under the category of "good luck with that". GreenRope tech support is outstanding.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am finding it very easy to keep myself organized. I am trying to do more and more of my daily routine through GreenRope.

What I like the best from GreenRope is their Support Team! Shout out to Kimberly.

What I dislike the most is sometimes the API returned different data from what we query

It helps us have a better CRM for our Sales and Marketing. And it immensely helped overall

What do you like best about GreenRope?

Very powerful - lots of automation, and the support offered is great.

What do you dislike about GreenRope?

I would like to be able to offer different products in the shop in different currencies. This is not yet possible. Because it's not, I have to use Zapier as a workaround, which is a bit clunky and doesn't always work.

What problems is GreenRope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing all customers - right through the journey. Because GreenRope is comprehensive, I don't need separate email marketing, learning platform, web stuff. It's all in one. And lots of automation to save a whole heap of time.

There is a learning curve, like with any other platform. However, the team makes it easy and is very responsive and knowledgeable.
