Email hosting made easier to manage
They're very simple to use, the few issues I've had their support has been great to walk me through, they also have multiple tutorial videos to walk you through setting up your website.
There really is nothing to dislike, they really make it easy to use.
They're great for running your own website, they make it easy for a beginner and are open to expand.
Customer support helps until they fix the problem no matter how long it takes. Technicians are friendly and usually quick with their fixes.
No complaints as of now, they have always been helpful.
We had an issue with our C panel for our ecommerce webpage. I do not know technical fixes at all, Lunarpages is there to fix what I cannot to make sure my website is always up and running. The error was only 2 little lines in the coding and I never would have known that.
I have a reseller account..and it has been awhile since I used it. My asssitant today was WONDERFULLY patient with me...I was able to accom;oish my mission!

After I foolishly decided to switch my website over to a WordPress site, it became a repeated target for being hacked. Their Awesome Tech Support guys Richard and JD not only made my site accessible again repeatedly, they also walked me through how to install plugins to prevent future attacks. Thanks Guys!!!

The VPS tech, RV, exceeded my expectations--he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me identify my issues. He answered all of my questions and taught me how to implement the changes myself if I wanted to. He was creative in his approach to understanding the disk problem and easily fixed it. As usual with LunarPages Customer Support, you can expect to speak to an expert US-based tech who will spend as much time as needed help you and fixing any issues.
Not a thing to dislike about LunarPages. I'm still extremely pleased with them. My VPS has virtually a 100% uptime every single month. They stay on top of my server and issue me notices when needed. The tech line is always available. Very very happy.
They notified me that my diskspace was running low, and so the LunarPages tech helped me identify files on the server that could be cleaned up to improve diskspace. Had this been an issue with another company, I'm not confident I would have received such good customer service. LunarPages is still the best hosting company out there. Their tech service is beyond any other you can find. You are in safe hands with them.

Hosted Exchange, but wish they would offer Office 365
Lunarpages has been so awesome. I've had them for 12 (maybe it's been 15!) years and if I have troubles with my server for any reason, I just call them and they've taken care of me.
I don't know yet :) I haven't had many issues with Lunarpages since I began back in 2004 or so.
I have a dedicated server and 10 + domains that I handle. Lunarpages makes it easy for me to set up and manage them all.
Kelsey Hays went above and beyond to resolve our issue. She even had several chat sessions and phone calls to Tucows to understand why the DENIC (the.de registry) was rejecting pointing to our nameservers and how to resolve it!
There is nothing that I dislike about Lunarpages.
We have used them for a number of services including Domain Registration and Hosting. Their knowledge and customer support is second to none.
