I don't need anything fancy, but we've had no reliability nor uptime problems in 15 years of hosting with Lunarpages, and they have proven to be a stable company that you can count on to be around for the long haul - not a poorly-run business that might disappear after a few years.

Nothing soft is negative. they are responsive and helpful, maybe not the cheapest.
Good web presence. I was able to seamlessly create a weebly website and post it and change it easily I love that i as am amateur can do that! I now feel comfortable building my wife a site too!
