I love that Lunarpages is easy to work with and provides accesible customer service when I need it.
The UI on the Dashboard could use an update - but there aren't any competitors that offering much better in this department.
They offered a quick easy way to host our website.
I have never had any trouble with Lunarpages since switching to them several years ago (I don't remember how many...perhaps 10?). I have had just a few technical glitches and they have been resolved very quickly.
Nothing really...perhaps that the problem happened in the first place?

We simply need a stable provider with as close to 100% online service as is possible
super knowledgeable staff EVERY TIME I've called for help. That is a rare thing to find these days. I do not Appreciate an out of country call center and don't get the impression Lunar Pages uses that type of customer interaction.... SO Appreciate that....
I have nothing to input here never had a bad experience....maybe a cost reduction LOL
mail hosting and web page hosting.....Like the title of my survey NOT So save`... I operate a handyman services. I don't have time to deal with mail or web hosting issues, Lunar Pages always has a solution if I have a problem
The uptime has been amazing, no problems at all and I have been with Lunarpages for many years.
I truly can not come up with any negatives that I have had with Lunarpages.
I have them hosting my website and they take care of everything.
I like that whenever I have any issues with Lunar pages, it is easy to either talk to a tech to help or access solutions online.
I have nothing to dislike about lunar pages!

Great customer service, great prices, and reliable hosting.
There is nothing that I can say I dislike.
Server Hosting service. Very reliable with dedicated support when needed (rarely).
They are quick to resolve problems, and usually quick to update us on any ongoing issues.
It's not a terribly big deal but it's not a 24 hour service - sometimes issues arise after-hours.

The lunarpages account page is a bit cluttered. Hard to navigate at times.
We have used lunarpages for all types of services. But we recently created an entirely new website using the weebly service provided. After attempted numerous times to figure it out myself, I finally called lunarpages customer service and they easily walked me through step by step. Now that I have the knowledge, I can easily access everything I need!
