HubSpot is a great tool that enables us to track website engagement. In addition it is the key piece to our demand gen model because our form fill landing pages live in HubSpot. So when prospects fill out a form on our website to either download content, sign up for a webinar, or simply contact us, we know to reach out and enter them into our business development cycle.
It’s simply not as good as google analytics for us. For that reason we actually use both HubSpot and google analytics. Particularly the inability’s to track search words that drive people to our website.
The problems solved are the ability to track digital traffic and leads in an organized manner & be able to simultaneously do web development straight from the app.
It’s easy website building tools and versatility when it comes to building potential clients with their CRM.
It’s price is significantly higher then their competitors.
CRM and website hosting
Easy to use. The dashboard is customizable and shows a lot of information all in one place.
It doesn’t easily integrate with WordPress to publish blogs and I think content creation tools in general could be better.
