I'd love if we could track leads based on what audience the contact is a part of. This would help me determine which lists are leading to higher conversion rates
They are solving the problem of integrating lead forms with our MAP & then CRM. The integrations with Salesforce really blows me away and I love how easy it is to use and learn.
Everything I need for marketing in one place, very easy to naviagte the platform and not bogged down by superfluous functions or clicks.
Sometimes the landing page editor can be glitchy.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
We have been cleaning up our contact and company data with Hubspot through properties and parent and child associations. I also like how Hubspot finds duplicates automatically for you and you can clean those up with ease as well.
You can get all the marketing services under one roof. And it is so easy to use and connect with other apps as well.

Keeping data of all of my client at one place. Easy to send out communication, keeping track of my clients, deals. Workflows has make life so easier. That changes how we deal with out client. They get live information and we don't have to worry about sending that information as it is happening in really time at backend.

Marketing Hub lets me generate the data I need to keep on top of our overall marketing performance. It's easy to control multiple avenues of our digital marketing strategy on a single platform.
I love how easy it is to pre-schedule my content on all of the various business platform I use. Makes building out and streamlining my content so easy.
I wish the email tab had more features/custmization but I understand it has to stay witin the parameters of emails not being marked as spam.

The Hubspot Marketing Hub is pretty self explanatory and simple to find the answers to questions concerning functions if needed. We use this daily for our customer service needs and it is one of our most helpful tools we use.
The only downside I have experienced so far is the app for mobile devices is not as user friendly and customizable as the web browser version.
The Marketing Hub is solving the issue of having data in multiple locations- it brings everything into one spot to view easily.
