Permet facilement de programmer les posts sur les réseaux sociaux de mon entreprise et un seul clic, notamment grâce à leur fonction très pratiue de CrossPost ! Le SAV est également très réactif ce qui est un gros plus !
Possédant plusieurs comptes Instagram, il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir lier Instagram sans passer par un compte Facebook Business (qui lui n'accepte qu'un compte). Mais le soucis semble provenir de Meta...
Il m'as permet de planifier mes posts facilement et sur toutes mes plateformes me permettant de dégager du temps. Il permet également de suivre facilement les KPI des différents réseaux sociaux afin de suivre notre activité.

I love how detailed the analytics are. It makes it so easy to find all of the information we need to keep track of how our page is performing.
This is more of a dislike of Instagram, but I initially thought we could schedule Stories through Iconosquare and that was one of the reasons we chose it. I was disappointed to find out that this was impossible, but that's not Iconosquare's fault. I would love it if this could become a feature in the future.
We need a place to go to track all of our Instagram analytics. The native platform isn't conducive to this at all, so we were looking for a platform that could provide this for us (including historical data). Iconosquare provides everything we need in spades.

It's so easy to navigate and the analytics are always on point.
That it doesn't provide Reels analytics.
It gives me information to track important data!
Iconosquare has a slick user interface and provides a meaningful amount of social media insights via their reporting/analytics functionality. They also support TikTok analytics which most other tools don't yet. I mostly use the tool for analytics but they have a very good social scheduler that is especially well suited to visual social networks like IG and Facebook. They also have a bunch of IG specific features such as hashtag lists which come in very useful.
It would be nice to see their conversations feature support Twitter but I understand real-time mentions/messages are tricky because of the price Twitter charges for it's API. Also, it would be nice to see LinkedIn support for their PDF/XLS report feature.
Being a small business owner, I rely on being able to jump into tools and get the data that I need fast. No messing around. No need to take a 3 month course to find data. Iconosquare's depth of data coupled with it's slick UI, makes this easy.
Easy to use, streamlined analytics, IG/FB/TT all in one place. It is super user friendly and I didn't have to spend a bunch of time on the platform learning how to do things.
Not a ton, the only thing I would say is some of the insights don't get super in-depth in iconosquare. Paid and organic are sometimes grouped together and we have had to figure out a way to separate them.
Iconosquare is helping us to make our social media strategy better. We actually moved from Hootsuite to them because Iconosquare gave us much better and more accurate data and was way easier to use.
Creating specific dashboards for your social media accounts is amazingly easy in Iconosquare. You can do it quickly and intuitively with just a drag-and-drop menu.
Sometimes there could be a slight difference in the numbers that Iconosquare shows on its metrics and those that you see on the platform, specifically on Facebook and Instagram.
As a consultant I can monitor various profiles for many of my clients in the same account, this is something I've been not able to do in other social media metric tools.
