I wouldn't say I like it when the page falls a lot, this has annoyed my clients, and its loading speed is very slow, this affects a lot, they should take these problems into account and solve them to give an excellent service.

Sometimes IONOS does not discount the domain on time and blocks access, my domain is out of service and I have to contact support, they should see the process of their charges so as not to have any problems.

I have all my services contracted with IONOS, it is perfect for my emails with the 2GB plan, I receive and sent what I need from the IONOS webmail with anti-spam and virus security.

I really like it, you can buy your domain and choose the right package for your company, easy to use and manage, it is a great help for your business. It has a good technical support.

I like that 1&1 is a fairly large company that has a pretty big support staff and many different servers for its customers to use. I think the 1&1 account portal is simple enough to use and gives us control over many of the common hosting management activities involved with our accounts. For the price, we get a good amount of standard features and capabilities including good server storage space, bandwidth and email forwarding accounts.

Some of the renewal prices go up quite a bit after the first term on items. I also don't really like how 1&1 automatically renews products by default. I remember when some of our product renewals were coming up, we got an email notice with the new pricing and I was so surprised at how high the prices were compared to when we registered them.

Setting up email on accounts like Outlook is fast and the support provided by 1 & 1 support services is effective. if there is a problem with spam and email errors, the support is very responsive. The accounts can be easily configured from the online console (setting the antispam and the built-in antivirus).

We would like a finer management of the antivirus and anti-spam filters. Filter rules are sometimes too strict and you may lose emails with too restrictive security policies.

The package for imap messaging is very affordable and the allocated storage space is more than enough. Thanks to this service we can avoid investing in an on-site hosted messenger that would have been too expensive.

Very easy to get started. Support has been adequate when needed. Prices have remained very competitive even after several years.
