When it comes to working with most hosting accounts, there is usually going to be a time when we run into problems that are either related to our website files or the configuration of items in our hosting account or DNS manager. Lots of other web hosts won't usually say much about our website files and programming issues, but 1&1 does occasionally have staff that can help find issues with our programming that can affect the effectiveness of their hosting servers. The pricing have been pretty good since we've started using 1&1.

The web development features are somewhat limited. They don't have the highest quality DIY web builders that let us drag and move various object and content windows around. Using the basic 1&1 hosting plan will require more web development knowledge to be able to work with databases, HTML and CSS.

The 1&1 hosting plan we have is flexible and gives us plenty of features for the fees we pay. We can use the plan for WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. We can also buy lots of supplement products like SSL certificates, premium accounts and domain names to help advance our developmental efforts. Our websites are mostly online and available for our visitors to see. If our websites went down, it would be a major hit for our business and outreach activities. 1&1 has done a good job at preventing that from happening.

IONOS is perfect for the company and individual, it has many options on its website, I can hire hosting, email and domain service, it has everything necessary to set up your professional website. When I buy a domain I can put it on sale with personalized IONOS information. Hosting has many functions, you configure everything from a panel with all the necessary functions, you do not need to be an expert to configure, but if you need help IONOS support works well. I use PayPal as a payment platform for Internet services, IONOS monthly discounts my PayPal services, when I make a complaint to IONOS they solve the problem quickly.

You do not have a live chat to solve problems quickly, everything has to be done by phone or email.

I have a website with IONOS, the bandwidth is excellent, I have no problems with this and the availability of the service is always active, there are no service outages. The email I consult from the IONOS page with built-in webmail.

IONOS is taking time to load listing features which is ok and day by day they are improving but all other features are really good

Managing small and medium website management was easy and best for me. I have managed to solve listing features where in other providers everything is separate. In this everything is in central place so you can do everything with your websites

1) IONOS server availability and speed is perfect, there are no interruptions in its services and the transfer rate is high, I can store any high performance page without any problem. 2) The IONOS control panel is all very complete, there are all the necessary options to configure your server at ease. 3) To be able to sell domains with IONOS. 4) The installation of WordPress is very easy and fast, within the hosting options there is everything you need to make your WordPress Blog easy and fast. 5) The customer service is very good, I can solve any problem that may arise by calling the contact number via email. 6) IONOS offers everything you need for a web page, email with built-in webmail, domain and hosting. 7) Creating email for any user is very simple from the IONOS control panel.

I do not like the limitation of databases, customer service is only in English for the United States, the control panel has many options and it takes time to learn all

I have a high performance service with IONOS, it works perfect for all my business needs, from sending and receiving email, managing domino and sud-domain in hosting for my web pages and customer service.

IONOS personally is complete, has everything you need to set up and promote your company or business, on the IONOS website you find all domain plans, corporate email, hosting and much more. I use the IONOS predesigned templates to quickly set up my web page, or the WordPress service for personalized blog with user accounts and email. Domain sale, redirect web pages easily, understandable control panel, payment method by PayPal and TDC, migrate web page from other servers to IONOS, control many domains and email from the same panel, integrated webmail to send and receive Email with many protection functions and much more.

IONOS works perfectly for my needs, only two problems, there is no support service for Skype or another Internet platform and they do not speak Spanish in the version of IONOS in the United States.

Thanks to IONOS I have many domains contracted and all annexed to my TDC, I do not worry about the payments of my services since they are automatically deducted from my PayPal account. My users have access to their emails from the IONOS page, it makes my job much easier.

They made it really easy for us to build a website without any coding experience!

Tengo varios dominios y subdominios contratados con IONOS y me va perfectamente, un servicio estable y seguro, donde tengo todas las herramientas y soporte las 24h, con el plan de 25 correos electrónico todos en mi trabajo tenemos correos corporativos confiables y seguros con bastante capacidad para cada uno de ellos. Crear cada correo electrónico es fácil, crear nombre y listo, empezar a enviar y recibir correo electrónico de cualquier empresa utilizando los servidores configurados de IONOS.

I like your Domain, Hosting and Email service all on one page. I cannot place more than one different payment method in my account, when one is selected, all the services I purchase discount it to me from the same credit card.

Free privacy protection was offered to me when i bought/registered a domain, and the domain name was still very cheap.

When i had some issues with my domain forwarding and integration with a different hosting service, i contacted support via email, and they were truly eager to help and asked me to call their phone number for easy resolution. However, the one i spoke with online sees not to be a native English speaker, and i ended up wasting more than 10 minutes of international call credits and achieved nothing.

Instead of search around online for solutions, we were able to receive direct answers or at least be lead in the right direction by talking to 1&1's support team. About the 1&1's service offerings, they offer generous amounts of bandwidth, server space and account features for relatively low prices. They have first-year domain registrations deals that are far below the price of many of its major competitors. Our hosting account has extensive administrative tools that allow us to effective manage our web files and domain names.

The second-year and beyond pricing for domain name registration jumps up quite a bit. Even though customer support can be helpful, using 1&1 to host your websites tends to require more technical knowledge compared to pre-built website platforms like Wix and Weebly. Customer support will probably not be able to help you through all malware infections, so you face more of a risk when creating websites in this type of hosting environment.

1&1 has been an effective platform for domain registration and management and hosting for our web pages and email accounts. We've been able to post marketing materials and submission forms that allow users to register online or direct visitors to contact us about services. We've been able to minimize our costs by creating many web pages and forms from scratch or with low-cost templates. Our monthly costs have been relatively low and we don't regularly experience performance or security problems.

The customer service and support teams at 1&1 really stand out to me. The online email reader and editor could stand enhancement. I would like to see the ability to create and manage email rules, including the ability to send alerts and notifications to my smartphone app. I would like to see better integration with Mac Mail, GMail and Outlook mail applications, both Internet-based and smartphone-based (Android and iOS).

1&1 Website Builder Plus is a good platform to build a website. Easy to set up, Easy to set up emails and good analytics giving you a basic overview. Easy to add images and logo's etc.

It has a slightly steep learning curve, also if you start a site and then want to apply another design, you have to delete the original site and start again from scratch. I really think they need to find a way to apply templates without losing content you've uploaded.

No need for the expense of an external designer, this saved the business money.

The user dashboard is easy to use and has a nice layout.

Altering or changing parts of your hosting can be clunky and sometime your left wondering if the change took place.

The backend is very slow, especially the file manager. It makes a 5-minute task take 20 minutes. There is also quite a learning curve needed to get up to speed on the platfiorm, especially if you're used to cPanel, like many web designers are.

You need a reliable website host for your or your clients' websites. IONOS solves that (like all others) but at a very favourable price level compared to other similar hosting providers, leaving more profit for the website owner.

I can install my website easily, I work with the basic plan, and the result I have obtained is perfect for what I am looking for, it has a variety of very good templates, you can choose the one you like the most, it is very easy to use I love it.

I wouldn't say I like it when the page falls a lot, this has annoyed my clients, and its loading speed is very slow, this affects a lot, they should take these problems into account and solve them to give an excellent service.

Sometimes IONOS does not discount the domain on time and blocks access, my domain is out of service and I have to contact support, they should see the process of their charges so as not to have any problems.

I like that 1&1 is a fairly large company that has a pretty big support staff and many different servers for its customers to use. I think the 1&1 account portal is simple enough to use and gives us control over many of the common hosting management activities involved with our accounts. For the price, we get a good amount of standard features and capabilities including good server storage space, bandwidth and email forwarding accounts.

Some of the renewal prices go up quite a bit after the first term on items. I also don't really like how 1&1 automatically renews products by default. I remember when some of our product renewals were coming up, we got an email notice with the new pricing and I was so surprised at how high the prices were compared to when we registered them.

IONOS works perfectly, but I would like to be able to decide how to pay for each service, for example, I have several domains contracted and I would like to pay each one for a different TDC, have an option to add several payment methods and decide where to pay each of them. Setting up email on accounts like Outlook is fast and the support provided by 1 & 1 support services is effective. if there is a problem with spam and email errors, the support is very responsive. The accounts can be easily configured from the online console (setting the antispam and the built-in antivirus).

We would like a finer management of the antivirus and anti-spam filters. Filter rules are sometimes too strict and you may lose emails with too restrictive security policies.

The package for imap messaging is very affordable and the allocated storage space is more than enough. Thanks to this service we can avoid investing in an on-site hosted messenger that would have been too expensive.
