At first, I didn't understand the billing system, but when I was notified that my domain was registered successfully, maybe they should improve on billing system, where you get service pay as you go.

The pricing for website URLs is the best around and the process for signing up and setting up your URL is very intuitive. Their website interface is easy to understand and navigate even for a new user. I have found their customer service and support to be very helpful and they resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

I don't use 1 and 1 as my domain registrar of choice but have worked with a lot on domain transfers. There support has been great fast and courteous every time I have called them. You can tell a lot about a company with how they treat you when you leave. If I wasn't so vested in another registrar they would be my next choice.

IONOS 1&1 Domains and Hosting has been the best choice since we started using it. They offer incredible bundles for startups, excellent pricing, and free 1st-year domain registration.

I do not understand why they do not upgrade their user interface, as it looks like ancient tech. Rest assured, and they have also consistently provided complete support for web development tools.

Compared to other hosting providers in the market IONOS is the cheapest and still well-performing hosting I ever used mainly their UI is entirely different from other traditional providers which gives a refreshing look to managing your servers and domains

IONOS has worked well for getting good page load speeds and a full range of control over our hosting account settings. We can manage email accounts, FTP accounts and most of our DNS settings with the IONOS account management page. When there are confusing settings that need to be made, IONOS is typically easy to get in touch with to help us with those.

IONOS hasn't had too many negatives, considering the price. It's likely not the fastest in terms of server speed, but we do get a good value of all expected features for the price.

We have gotten outstanding uptime and customer support from IONOS. They have support staff that can be reached whenever I call them. Even the initial support team is very knowledgeable. I usually don't have to be transferred to advanced support to get the assistance I need. The pricing was also very beneficial for us.

It has all the tools, very easy to manage, you can have a complete commercial package with email and a domain name, a custom tool, your designs can be modified to adapt them to your needs, I really like how easy it is is to be able to work with IONOS.

They do not offer you any free trial version before buying the product, it would be good if they took this option into account.
