I have been using JIRA Core for about 2 years now. It has been very helpful in tracking my work and the tasks I am assigned with. It has multiple features wherein I can extract various reports as per my need. It's the best project management tool to my knowledge!
The UI is a little complicated to use in firsthand. The timelines could have been more clear. The terms for the status of the story would have been more clear.
It's solves problems of tracking the progress of a story or task, helps in solving the defects by assigning them to the right person, helps in clear understanding of the task assigned with the clear mention of the description.

Reports and metrics
My ideal perspective for fixing bugs comes from working with the team and configuring the choices to track your problem. Kanban boards, scrum boards, and agile boards all provide greater flexibility in tracking project management progress. Jira issues are generated each day and are discussed in the same way. I appreciate that they provide alternatives like "resolve," "wait for someone," "make sub-tasks," and "time estimation," which all help team members understand what has to be done.
Every tiny thing depends on another little thing, though not necessarily in a way that makes sense. This dependency frequently prevents you from making the desired adjustments and encourages awkward workarounds.
Every issue that has been reported or produced by team members is discussed during Scrum meetings. This monitors the direction of the journey. The Jira issues can then be resolved, worked on, and closed. Additionally, we added Jira issues to the project management agile board as sprint tickets.
