The ease of Jotform and how I am able to create something for any occasion, business or personal. I like that I am able to get as creative as o would like as well with Jotform.

Nothing, I think everything about Jotform works super well. You can make your form available by link, invite, or Public. I think maybe ease or formats might be easier for someone with no experience with technology and how jotform works could be helpful.

Jotform has created a way for me to get answers all in one click. It also has allowed me to put together a form with all questions I need to ask all at once covering all aspects of what I am using it for.

The process really is very easy to setup and have forms at your fingertips to send out to clients, customers, patients. The HIPPA compliance option is a must for those of us working in the healthcare field. The site is fast and easy to use.

No issues to report. If there ever is an issue there are easy ways to get support and find a resolution. Very helpful!

I needed to be able to send out forms to my clients. Jotform provdies that solution in an easy, affordable, and convienent way. It is easy for both me and the customer to use.

Very easy to learn and impliment, lots of widgets and excellant support. Can be used for just simple surveys or complex data collection and approval, scripted inputs and validation. Jotform has it all!

I don't really have anythign bad to say about Jotform.

Collection of order data previously done by emails and text messages. Could not validate data and often had to rework each order to get right or missing information.

JotForm is easy to use and has excellent customer service when I have a question. There are so many options for creating different types of questions as well as it is easy to add conditional formatting so that it skips questions that aren't needed for all people. The table (spreadsheet) that collects all responses is easy to manipulate and read. I can share the table with others that need access to the responses, but do not need access to creating the form.

I don't have any dislikes currently. It is user friendly and I can easily create all of the forms that I need at the moment. It is a great product.

I have created many request forms for teachers across 30 schools, and JotForm better met my needs to collect needed information over other options. I especially like that documents can be uploaded with their JotForm request, so all paperwork is kept together for processing.

In my industry it often takes a number of attempts to schedule a client for inquiry and intake. Jotform allows this process to be much more efficient for my office and convenient for my clients and prospects.

There's a limit to the number of submissions you can receive on the free tier.

The signed documents portion of Jotform has been revolutionary for me. I was wanting to get away from paper contracts but wasn't sure how to do it. After doing some research I found I could upload my contracts to Jotform and have my customers digitally sign them. It has helped streamline the process and was easy to use and understand.

I wish I could do more monthly signed documents on the free plan. Being a small business to purchase a plan is a lot of money so I'm attempting to stay on the free plan. I'd love to see it be 20 free signed documents a month.

We have used the form builder to allow us to have guests sign up for a conference and select the sessions they would like to attend. We are also using it to streamline our contract singning process.

I love everything about it and that you can customize it.

There is no down fault for me I like using it.

Jotform has made it easy for me to collect and display data easily. The forms look great and are mobile responsive, so everyone on my team can complete them on mutiple devices. I also really like the reporting side of Jotform and how I can clearly display the data I've collected. It's a great product.

I haven't run into any issues with the function of Jotform. The only thing that could stop me from using it in the future is the price. It may push me to look for another product, even if I really enjoy what I've found in Jotform.

One of the main things I use Jotform for is to collect weekly priorities from each of my team members. Then I display the results in a report, filtered for only one week to keep it current.

Like many company websites having a great contact form is a must. For me, I am a photography and having the contact form can generate great leads and hopefully clients. This form is great and find it very easy to customize and very easy for my clients to use to contact me and hire me.

Their easy-to-use form builder makes it simple to edit and make changes to your form. Easily track response submissions and filter them to create reports or analyze data. You are able to automatically or manually pre-fill forms for efficiency. Easily share forms with your team and has excellent collaboration and data analysis capabilities.

Wish that it was more affordable and that it would integrate with Clio Grow. Also, I wish Jotforma approval was available with the free version.
