I like the ability to gather information from a public form quickly and easily. The form that we developed to send to customers is very intuitive.
I find the new platform a bit confusing when it comes to easily accessing submitted information.
We were unable to visit new customer locations and utilized Kissflow to develop a questionnaire and public form for the sites to submit information, answer questions, etc. As a result, we were able to more quickly implement the new locations even when we were unable to physically visit them.
The fact that you can build your own processes and that you can integrate with Zapier
When your app has too many branches, it becomes slow when you edit

It helped us a lot in the follow-up of requests and in improving the response times that we previously had to do on paper

Nice that every request is in one spot. The tracking on it also works well when trying to keep so many people in the loop.

Cloud-based format with single-sign on gives me and my organization the freedom and flexibility to create a solution that we can use in a variety of ways.
While there are some technical limits to cloud-based protocols, we are an organization that is already fluid in that environment, so it worked well. If your group is not already working in the cloud with either workflows or documents, it could be a hindrance to taking full advantage of the platform.
We've been able to bring about a 100% digital flow to our onboarding process, including full transparency for all participating departments for new hires and interdepartmental transfers.
KissFlow has excellent customer service. They answer questions promptly. Additionally, programming new "flow" is relatively easy but also has an immense amount of flexibility with the program. It links to many other apps like zapier, google sheets, and many others.
Ideally, the forms could be more customizable (location, fonts, etc...) but my understanding is they are working on that update. Additionally, I would love for an in program programmable Data Dashboard function similar to Google Data Dashboard. However, I have used the Zapier app to link KissFlow to Google Data Studio ---which is fantastic and offers the ultimate flexibility for programming dashboards.
I am looking to help solve some service request flows for educational evaluations. This program has been very helpful!

The customization you can have with Kissflow workflows is great. The ability to use conditions and formulas has allowed us to automate very specific tasks.
Kissflow has its limitations with more complex workflows and in order to have people use it they need a license. It would be nice to be able to include outside members to the flows especially if they are needed for one time use.
We've used Kissflow in our HR & Payroll process to create an approval structure.

We have elmininated a bunch of back and forth emails for expense reports and other reports. Really streamlined those processes for us.
The flexibility of Kissflow allows your to build a number of simple and complex processes rapidly.
There are some features that are missing that would add flexibility. e.g. Regex as text validation.
Bid Sign Off has been a problem within the business and Kissflow is allowing us to create a simple process and rapidly iterate.

There are some minor bugs for example, when you it backspace on your keyboard, it goes back to previous page on browser instead of deleting the text
We normally use it for approval process on projects that need downtime or have an impact on users
I like that the forms are easy to follow and that you are able to easily reassign KissFlows to various other supervisors.
Sometimes KissFlow doesn't save all the codes/ amounts I put in and I have to go back and refill the information.
We use KissFlow for purchase requests, communication requests and various other services. I love that it is all saved and you can see the timeline of when it was submitted, completed and the comments that arise as the project is being finished.

That you cannot include processes that send mail to unregistered users (e.g. mail from customers and suppliers)
Cant send email to customers or suppliers, when you change an option in a dropdown box it save automatically the changes, I suggest to update until I click in a save button.
I find it really easy to model the flows and I like reports and stats you get out of the box.
Limitations in building GUI of the form, for example sometimes i would like to add a separator line or group number of fileds in a frame.

We have used KissFlow earlier and were happy with the product, their support since they were available all the time.Due to our business, we had to hold down the use but are looking forward to start once again from next year.

Using KiSSFLOW helps shortening the time needed to resolve some work flows inside the company. Some of the options on which some flows are created help managing approvers and users.
Sometimes KiSSFLOW can get quite slow. The search tool is a little slow, taking up to a minute to bring a search result.
KiSSFLOW has helped solving some work flows issues, such as air freight and invoice emission.
Its an intuitive system that does exactly what we need.
It would be nice to direct download reports instead of using email zip files.
