I like the integrated SMS features so that you can build campaigns around email and SMS flows.
Haven't found any features I dislike yet. The pricing is a bit high, but worth it.
We have a higher open rate and click rate with our new flows.
With a proper setup, Klaviyo offers best-in-class email automation for online stores, specifically with Shopify.

The editor is fantastic. It's intuitive, straightforward and anyone could pick it up in a matter of minutes. The fact that it lets you save key elements for repeated use is wonderful.
I wish the way that you view your flows was more nicely laid out. It's a bit of a pain having to scroll across such a large screen and zoom in. I also think that setting the conditions on flows could be simplified.
It's really easy to track ROI, to A/B test language and graphics so we're using what works best and it's brilliant for audience segmentation.

Don't think there is the ability to add gifs into email design, dynamically generated coupons have a poor design in emails

Email workflows and split testing are a dream in Klaviyo! The ability to track revenue is also a large positive - although - I've had some issues with that functionality.

I help e-commerce make more money with emails. Klaviyo helped me a lot. I used it from the start and it's really the best.
One of my favorite features that Klaviyo offers beyond their tremendous ESP capabilities is their customer support. Their live chat is always super helpful in quickly answering questions and solving issues. The support we get from our CSM is also a tremendous help that provides us with strategies and solutions.
There are a few features that I believe Klaviyo is currently lacking. A more robust analytical dashboard with the ability to dive deeper into segment behavior would be amazing. Other things such as incorporating SMS with the platform would be very beneficial in the future.
The main problem we were able to identify is how and when users are churning and when to best intercept these users in an effort to prevent that. While this goes hand in hand with my dislike from above, it would be helpful to have that more robust dashboard so we are not pulling and analyzing all reports manually. We've been able to identify users based on engagement, interaction, which allows us to craft messages to individuals.
The amount of data stored on customers making very powerful segments and providing awesome reporting to make more informed decisions. Being able to create variations to test is great aswell!
It is a little overwhelming in the beginning. Having an onboarding manager would have helped me a lot in the beginning.

Segmentation functionality is great for hyper personalization using forms/campaigns/flows. I also love the ability to see behavior on an individual user's basis - it allows us to answer CS questions accurately.

Klaviyo has opened up incredible opportunities for Eventbrite's customer-focused email marketing. The combination of automation and data connectivity gives us a much greater latitude to reach our customers in more meaningful ways at important times in their customer lifecycle.
I am not very keen on the organizational capabilities. Being able to effectively folder campaigns, lists and segments - particularly with the number of global teams that are using the product - would make for a much better user experience.
Being able to combine our customer data with our email automation has opened up a lot of possibilities that we did not have previously. We still have a lot to learn on how to maximize this connection.
