We imported contacts into a wrong pipeline, I wish we were able to switch pipelines for mistakes like this, but I had to manually deselect the pipeline for 100s of contacts
We have really been able to streamline our calling campaigns by importing lead lists into their pipelines. When we are calling 100s of contacts, the fewer clicks the better!
It has made my job easier to do and I can get more done more efficiently. I am not a highly skilled technical person, so working on the computer can be very intimidating to me. Less Annoying has been so easy and great for me to get around.
I really cannot think of too much. The only other experience I have is with Salesforce. But Less Annoying has been much easier to use in our smaller company.
I have really loved it. It is very straight forward and easy to learn on. It makes my job easier to do and do it more quickly. The way the program is set up just makes sense to me, and I struggle with computer programing and general electronics.
It was very easy to get started. The videos described the process very well and their staff was responsive and helpful when I needed them. We are a start-up website and marketing to a lot of groups. It was easy to load the data and has been very easy for my team to use
I don't think I am able to create e-mail groups based on Lead Status. I haven't tried but was told that. I can only create e-mail groups from Group Status. This may required me to do a work-around when that time comes.
My team has been able to stay organized and see what everyone else is working on. We are contacting A LOT of organizations, so the Task feature let's us schedule follow-ups
Keeping in contact with varied businesses and groups can require multiple approaches. LACRM makes organizing simple and effective. Customer service is responds quickly and efficiently to aid in answering my questions, even responding in adding better features. Best CRM out there for me.
I would like LACRM to add an auto-responder feature.

I'm a solpreneur who used ACT! for 15 years and especially liked the ability to create workflow processes at the touch of a button. LACRM calls them "pipelines." And they work really well, once you get used to them. My other "must have" is the ability to automatically sync with Google Calendars, so I can move from office to on the go using my phone. Phone use is awkward, but they are working on a complete overhaul for mobile, so looking forward to that. LACRM also sends emails through the system with auto bcc to client's profile. Very handy. Customer service is responsive and helpful, offering work arounds if the system doesn't provide the exact feature I need.
Wish there was one place I could go to see what workflows have already been completed on a project, to insure nothing was skipped. There is the ability to scroll through all the history on a client, however, but that includes everything, not just the project status history.
As a solpreneur, my main goal is to remain cloud based without having to hire staff until later in my growth trajectory. LACRM fits my budget and accomplishes that goal. Other platforms don't have the features I need on their free platforms, then jump to overkill versions with features I don't need and are way too expensive.
I like that it is easy to use and that it keeps you on track with what needs to be done. I like that it is all laid out for you and easy to navigate. The tasks and pipelines make it easy to remember what is open and what needs to be followed up on.
I do not dislike really anything about this program. The only thing I can think of that would make it more effetive is being able to somehow intergrate it with my email or have some type of alarm task that for urgent tasks that cant be missed, that it pops up on my desktop as a reminder. Sometimes i get working and forgot about a task that really needs to be followed up on.
I do not currently have any problems with the Less Annoying CRM. Some benefits that I like are how we can Taylor it to our company and have it make since to us. The reporting and everything make that very easy to see how we are doing with our sales for not only the month, but the year in a whole.
I have been using the Less Annoying CRM for over 2 years now. I have used it to create a very accurate and very quick respone time for search results. The CRM has allowed me to develop a accurate and quick CRM Database for the Medical field. I find it very easy to use very little complication. Awesome coaches when you need them. All problems *very few to mention) are resolved within hours. I would highly recommend the CRM for all types of businesses. I use it for all three of my businesses which allows the team to find accurate data and make decisions quickly. Great timesaver!
There are no major flaws with the CRM. I cannot say I dislike anything. They are always looking to improve the operations and updating new features. All around great service and functioning.
The CRM I have developed will change how the medical system does referrals. The CRM will free up time for Family Physicians to take on more patients. A huge cost saving for each Family Physician.
Remote access from any device. Simple, reasonable per user rates, relatively simple transfer of information from other CRM programs.
That it took me so long to convince myself to change.
The biggest is the easy remote access from my phone. I can now look up an address easily. Also, there is no periodic fee to upgrade, it is automatically upgraded at all times.
Most favorite is it is easy to implement, easy to keep up to date, easy to find contacts in multiple ways. As you use it more and more you find almost everything it does for you can be customized, so your contacts/leads/clients can be categorized in multiple ways, in multiple pipelines, etc. I especially love the integration with gmail so I can easily see what I've written to them before.
The biggest downside I've run into is one of the things I love about it: the ability to categorize people in so many ways, tag with custom fields, groups, pipelines, etc that it can be easy to "over-categorize"!! But that's a personal problem, not a software problem!
I have to track multiple types of contacts, those I have a business relationship with, those I want a business relationship with, personal contacts that could someday become business relationships, other professionals in my network, etc. LACRM is allowing me to track everyone without spamming them with irrelevant sales emails. It allows me to micro-target my leads/contacts/clients.
It's simple and easy to use platform without a bunch of unneeded clutter.
I would just like easier access to the calendar on the mobile version.
Very easy for me to stay organized and on top of what bands I have playing where and when.
The best part of LACRM is that the staff communicate very quickly and are always helpful.When we have issues, most of the time the staff reply within an hour or two and are also willing to have a phone call if necessary. It really is unbeatable for the price even though they are still working to add some more features.
Lack of customizability of some features
Easily sorting clients into different categories. We can create different pipelines to focus on certain types of clients. This is saving us time and helping us to boost our sales!
Having used Salesforce for the past 8+ years at my previous company, Less Annoying CRM is providing us with a less expensive, more straightforward / simple product to track incoming leads and to house our sales prospect and customer data. Too many layers and complications with Salesforce. This accomplishes what we need done in a much less cumbersome way.
There are some limitations to the number of leads the platform will handle but, for us, we will not hit those ceilings. For a larger company this could be an issue...
We track our leads and categorize them by geographic location; type; size; quality of lead, etc.
LACRM has everything I need in a CRM. Of course you can record information about a specific contact and company, record notes about interactions and set up automated tracking of email contacts. The thing I love most is the pipeline feature. It helps me keep track of my outbound marketing/prospecting process and prevents things from slipping through the cracks. Oh, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. If you have a question you get a response immediately and they are always willing to help walk you through any challenge you might be experiencing.
There isn't much to dislike. The only minor quirk is I can't directly associate a contact with more than one company. They have a workaround for now that is OK, but I'm hoping they will figure out this last little detail.
Right now I'm using it primarily to track and maintain my outbound email marketing/prospecting process. Following through multiple steps with hundreds of people can get confusing and might easily result in possible business dropping off the radar. I've already snagged enough business that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise to pay for my subscription for decades to come.
I have tried several different CRM systems over the years but because they were so complicated I never used them correctly - in fact in each case I slowly stopped using them altogether. Because of this I was missing huge potential for my business as I couldn't remember who to follow up. On one ocassion I actually forgot to follow up a German contact who was very interested in working with me. Then I came across Less Annoying and it has changed my life. The simplicity of the system excited me so much that I am using this on a daily basis and I never miss any follow up contacts. I am finally in control of my marketing and lead development and I have landed some great clients simply because I contacted them on a regular basis until they were ready to buy. This gives me peace of mind knowing that I will never again forget to follow up a client. The daily reminders of actions to take appear in the morning and I view it as a challenge to clear the list on a daily basis. I know without a shadow of doubt that this system will dramatically increase my profitablity as an international speaker and trainer in Mental Resilience.
Nothing I find that this system fits my need perfectly as I want something very simple yet effective

Easy of use - not a huge earning curve. Highly affordable for a solo-preneur or entire team.
Wish it connected with some other email Programs (currently only Mailchimp).
Besides being a great CRM, the calendar functionality is fantastic! I use it on a daily basis for our work-flow.
With over 9,000 contacts in our CRM it has to be searchable, quick and easy to use. We love Less Annoying CRM, it's brilliant and I can honestly say I don't know how we could function each day without it.
I'd have to be very picky to say there's anything we dislike about the Less Annoying CRM. For example the frequent use of emojis in our clients emails convert to ? question marks when pasting into their records. It's not an issue, but we prefer to take them out, so it doesn't look like a question was asked and not answered.
We've found a single piece of software that can record our sales from a tentative enquiry, remind us to follow up and keep track of sales. The reports are easy to run and details simple to export.
I have tried many CRM packages. This is the easiest with minimal field requirements and customisation. We have integrated our web enquiry form directly into into the CRM. Right price even for non US Dollar Countries. I have recommended Less Annoying CRM. I have not had any issues with connectivity of the Internet, South Africa does not always have a very stable internet. My Admin also uses the system and co-sharing is easy. I must admit I have not even tried Pipelines etc only for reminders. NO MORE OUTLOOK REMINDERS which is not effective. Highly recommended. Arnold Muscat College Africa Group South Africa
