Compare Less Annoying CRM with other popular tools in the same category.
It is not complicated. It can be up and running within 5 minutes. Still all functionality you need is there. Most CRM systems are too complicated for sales people. This one is not and in his way it supports documenting discipline.
I don't like to use mailchimp as a tool for group mailing.
Keeping all information about a relation together in a logical way. I can call or mail directly from LACRM

There isn't anything i dislike about LACRM
There are many benefits of using LACRM. It helps our team communicate within one another. It helps our team provide our customers with excellent customer service.
I've tried multiple CRM platforms in the past (Agile CRM, HubSpot, Insightly ... to name a few). It always started out with a considerable amount of effort trying to get my needs to work within their framework. The difficulty in making things work the way I wanted and to be able to get the information out that I needed, always caused me to give up eventually. A friend recommended "Less Annoying CRM" and I only tried it because I was becoming overwhelmed trying to manage my growing lead list. From the very start, this product was different. It is easy to learn and simple to use. It is very easy to customize the system to fit your needs by adding custom fields, organizing contacts into groups, and building "pipelines" to manage your processes. I've been using Less Annoying CRM for over a year now and have never experienced an outage or technical problem. The customer support is OUTSTANDING. When I first subscribed, they scheduled a call with me and walked me through the system and offered suggestions on how to organize my data. I've called the support desk a couple of times when I did not understand something and they always explained the solution to me and made it easy to understand. I highly recommend Less Annoying CRM.
There is really nothing to dislike about this CRM. The only thing that this CRM is missing is the ability to automatically attach received emails to your contacts, you have to forward the email to an address assigned to you by Less Annoying CRM; it's a simple process ... but sometimes I forget.
There are a few key benefits to using Less Annoying CRM. First, using it is intuitive. It is really easy to use. Second, it is great to help you organize your data. The PIPELINE function let's you track exactly where clients are in your process so that you don't lose track and "drop the ball". Third, customizing it is really simple ... you are able to track the data you need and generate the reports that you need. Last and certainly not least, the customer support is outstanding.
I'm new to CRMs, so the easy-to-use format immediately attracted me! When I think of features I want and/or can't find: responses are fast - within hours! The team is always crazy helpful, no matter who "picks up the phone" and they are very open to feedback. The small fee charged per user is beyond reasonable considering the value of such a powerful tool and the cost of the competitors.
I have submitted this before and I'm assured (and believe) it's in the cue of changes to come: but the only feature I wish I could have is custom labels for fixed fields (such as phone numbers, etc, which are automatic fields in contacts/companies). Other than that, the tools provided in this CRM exceed our expectations for such a product!
We share sales responsibilities (one person isn't assigned each account). Collaboration on projects has improved ten-fold, as we can now see notes from other folk's conversations with the clients, etc. Our follow-up rates have improved greatly. Before LACRM, we weren't tracking properly so there was a lot of money lost in not properly doing sales. This also serves me as a brilliant time-management tool!
Its user interface is very user friendly and simple to understand. It is very helpful in solving problems. It provides short videos to understand the software and how to use it effectively.
The mobile application does not work properly. I wish it provides more integration options. It has fewer features compared to other alternatives.
We can easily add or remove the person. It always gives a reminder of the task. It is easily integrated with other platforms like Mailchimp. It easily managed all the contacts in one place.

I have not found anything that I dislike about the CRM.
Allows everyone to see each other tasks. I have even found ways to eliminate certain processes in our business by using the CRM.
The ease with which I can customize the product and create pipelines. I also like the ease with which clients can be linked to note related companies and sub companies. The staff has always been extremely responsive to my feedback and questions. There have been great updates to the product since I started using it.
Integration with email (Outlook) could be better. I sometimes forget to forward or copy the email uploader address on replies, but I don't want to create an automatic forward because it leads to creation of internal contact emails. I understand there will be a better mobile version in the future and I look forward to trying it.
I use it to maintain client and contact lists, along with customized pipelines to track services and class sessions. The calendar also makes it easy to maintain the training schedules of our contract instructors.

The program is very accessible. Things are laid out in a way that makes the program very user friendly for anybody. None of my colleagues have any issues with navigations, and it's flexible enough for most tasks.
I haven't encountered anything. Perhaps more systems to bulk select tasks/contacts to change information in bulk.
I am a relationship manager, and thus have a large client base to regularly check up on and look after. I could not complete my job without LessAnnoyingCRM. Coming into the job, I was given nothing except for Microsoft Calendar/Microsoft Contacts to keep everything in check. This helps significantly in my role.
The customer service without a doubt!!! Second to none - best I have ever experienced! The team are SO friendly, helpful, prompt and understanding!!!
Honestly, I can't actually think any. IF I had to be picky, probably that you can't schedule reminder emails?
