Having my clients' information readily available and Calendar reminders.
Nothing. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Less Annoying CRM unless you want me to lie which I CANNOT do.
Easy access to my clients' contact details
The intuitive, easy-to-use website interface that can be customized without becoming too complicated. The customer service is prompt, personal, and accurate.
The report feature is a little bare-bones and not as customizable as we need. We make it work the best we can, but it requires some more work on our end.
We have downsized from a much larger, less manageable CRM to Less Annoying, and employees remarked immediately how much easier it is now. Even less tech savvy employees are able to check the CRM and perform basic tasks without instruction.
The software is very intuitive and well thought out. The tech support has been excellent
I am pretty happy over all. I am in the contacts area most of all, and it would be helpful if the "Edit Contacts" was at the top of the page instead of on the lower left. I have to scroll down every time I want to edit. Takes time that isn't really necessary.
Managing an effort to contact a mass of new potential customers. These are cold calls and require a lot of attention to time lines and other details
We were up and running within minutes without issue. Customer service was and still is prompt in resolving any issues or questions. It's also easy to import and export our data out, so we don't feel like we are committed to using this forever if we outgrow it.
This is a super simplified CRM which has pros and cons. I could be wrong, but it's not very scalable. I'm using Spark email for a Mac computer, so I have to remember to Bcc the auto log email address to record customer interactions and sometimes I forget which causes a gap in the thread. I don't think there is a way to drop an email into the lead pipeline after it's sent.
Keeping up with leads and contacts from the multiple channels. It has helped our organization stay consistent with who is managing what and anyone can see the last point of contact, or status of a lead.
I am such a big fan of the Less Annoying CRM. I am an extremely organized person who loves making lists and checking off tasks so the task list in my workspace is so efficient and ideal for me.
I don't like how my coworkers don't understand the importance of the CRM!
We're losing less work because our clients don't fall through the cracks as easily.
I run a small service firm and depend on a close network of fellow professionals for new business. We use LessAnnoyingCRM with these "external partners" to coordinate our common sales efforts. It's really paid off! We're saving time, we've much better informed, and it's really helped strengthen our working relationships. I work with a lot of clients who have crashed in their effort using one of the big CRMs. I recommend LACRM all the time because it's a great value, easy to use and easy to share.
Some of the terminology is not quite what we use, but we're learning to adapt.
Coordinated sales with external partners.
The pipeline management feature. It is incredibly simple and makes me more efficient. I can easily follow up with clients, log calls and etc. When it comes to using a CRM it's important that it's easy to use for your sales team.
It can be difficult to send emails and have them logged. The BCC doesn't sync with my email and is able to record. I am then forced to manually log the email, which takes up time and data accuracy.
sending emails through the crm, logging calls, managing your and your team's pipeline. It can be challenging to gain insight into what's going on with me and my team.
Less Annoying is a software designed for small businesses because it is affordable and easy to use. It is an intuitive platform that helps companies to manage relationships with their customers has some positive points such as its interface which has an innovative and intelligent design which gives the user an excellent experience, then we have its full range of help and support options that make it really easy to work with this program, many configuration options that allow the user to customize the sales processes and definitions of potential customers to align and finally we have its extremely low cost that makes it perfect for small businesses
What I do not like Less Annoying CRM is the panel in which you see the notes, files and tasks about a contact are very outdated and confusing, recently updated the interface of this software but however there are other basic functions of the program that need improvement, this software lacks mobile applications collaboration tools is a pity because it would be very useful if we could work as a team using this program and finally on occasions when I register email conversations these simply delete or do not get
Less Annoying has been the perfect tool especially in my organization which is not very large, with it the marketing departments have developed all are campaigns and collected information from our customers that are very useful and are enabled at all times for our entire team with this we have managed to capture a large number of customers achieving significantly increase our sales also has allowed us to better align with business processes and industry needs, the truth is that everyone in my organization enjoy working with Less Annoying CRM
Navigation around the system is really easy and straight forward to use - can log straight in and get going without the lengthy training sessions. In addition, I like the details around my diary of events for the week, calendar integration and activity feed. Furthermore, it's really easy to create sales opportunities and basic pipelines.
As a sales manager I cannot properly forecast or create a pipeline.
contacts all in one place. easily manage workflow, track events . good support from the providers.
This CRM tool is cost effective from 2 points of view 1. Its easy to use and entering and managing information is quick and easy. That saves time and reduces frustration. That effectively saves dollars through reduced lost time and frustrated mind wandering. 2. Its not expensive to run for small business which is effectively our business classification of size
There is not much to dislike. All software has its quirks, but this being easy to use, there is not much to dislike. I have no firm dislikes
We use it to track our sales leads through the different statuses. It handles this easily
We were looking for a simple solution to handle for equipping the salesforce with an easy to learn and handle CRM system. We tested an handful of systems. Some were so complicated that we did not even get to the testing state. We tried Really Simple Systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teamgate, CapsuleCRM, HubSpot, SugarCRM, myfactory and LACRM. LACRM was the most user friendly, easy to learn and most economic option by far.
The choice of reports is limited. We would like to customize the reports to our needs.
We are tracking mainly our sales calls with LACRM. With more than 2500 firms in our database we need a scalable system that no potential customer get lost within the database.
The calendar which incorporates tasks and events. Helps salesmen focus and plan. Gives daily reminders of schedule early in the day.
Sometimes the simplicity of LACRM, which I consider its strong point, becomes something I trip over missing something more robust. Had to compromise and simple always wins with salesmen.
Tracks salesmen activities, appointments. and using pipelines, how they are progressing through the process the pipeline defines.
Keeping me organised with my clients wants and needs, helping me remember dates we had conversations and what was discussed
Nothing so far. I am in the process of starting a new client base.
To remember conversations regarding my clients future plans and what interests them. Everything must be record then LACRM will keep the information organized
I like the simplicity of the whole program. I like that I have access to live customer service, which is a rarity these days, but I don't have to use it that often because the online tutorials, videos and help is outstanding. I like the customization features as well.
I don't like that when I go into the different fields, that it doesn't pull up my recent searches. I have a tendency at times to work on a certain profile, etc, several times in a row and a "last searched" feature would be nice.
Just knowing where I'm at in the sales cycle with prospects.
Very affordable CRM, easy email integration and pleasant enough UI.
I'd make it easier to track and manage appointments, make recurring appointments, etc. Poor mobile use.
Pipeline tracking, lead tracking
I like that I can manage leads, and that I can add notes and drop them as I please. It is also great that I can track if the lead is qualified, won lost etc. Lastly the format is very inviting. I keep it open all day.
I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a better way to view what you and your other sales staff are doing. Its great for personal use but could use some work on the interconnect ability.
I am way more organized with my clients. I am now able to track much better the state at which my client is in and what part of the process as well..
