Less Annoying CRM lives up to its name. Over the years, I have used half a dozen CRM systems, including SalesForce. LACRM is by far my best experience. The LACRM team has put enormous effort into figuring out the workflow and making everything logical. For thirty years my experience with Microsoft is they get the workflow all wrong, and the simplest task turns into Kafkaesque nightmare. About once a month, I come away shaking my head saying, "What were they thinking?" LACRM delivers the complete opposite experience. These guys have figured out what users want to do, and deliver a product that is simple and logical. They have also avoided the "bloatware" syndrome of adding useless features which clutter up the experience. Additionally, I have found LACRM's support to be outstanding. Finally, their commercial terms are less annoying. There is no "bait-and-switch," constant up-selling, or sleight-of-hand with the licensing.
When I first got LACRM, I downloaded the mobile app onto my iPhone. The mobile app was bogus. I understand LACRM updated the mobile app, but have not tried it again. I don't have a real need for the mobile app.

I am the chief cook and bottlewasher for my business so the last thing I needed was a complex CRM. Less Annoying CRM connects with my email and MailChimp so it meets all of my needs. Whenever I have a question, customer support is readily available. Love this CRM>

Completely customizable to meet the needs of my business. Great program for client info and client notes. Really user friendly. I'm able to create custom piplines to suit my business.
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike.

The ease of use is what I like best about Less Annoying CRM.
The reporting is adequate but is a bit limited. However, for most small organizations is should be sufficient.
Less Annoying is helping us to be more accurate and efficient in tracking our sales metrics. And, through it's integration with MailChimp, it is helping us to expand our reach and build our brand.
As a travel agent, I love that it is fully customizable to my needs. I also like that I can BCC all of my emails to keep a record of them in one place. It's super easy to filter down to certain aspects of a client's travel such as dates or where they are staying.
I'm not able to keep credit card information. I would love to be able to store cc info. I would also like a way to archive old files every year.
I am a travel agent and there are so many things to keep track of. I am terrible at organization and LACRM has helped me tremendously in that area. I am able to customize my trips to include what I need and not what someone else created for others. I have tried other client management systems and none have worked as well...plus you can't beat the price!
It has all the bells and whistles of the more complex CRM's, but it is simplified for the user and efficiency.
Nothing, really. Yes, we would like everything for free, but that is not how the world works. The monthly cost is nominal.
It easily segregates my different types of businesses in one application. Switching from one group to another could not be easier.
Less Annoying CRM is exactly what the name implies. After a long experience with a feature-rich alternative, I chose LACRM because it promised to do EXACTLY what I needed: simple, easy to find records of contacts and companies, easy to use email to contacts and then their filing, easy to see notes, and a task system that prepares a very simple to use calendar with all the daily tasks--easy to reschedule, too. Customer service is spectacularly good! What's not to like if these are your needs? And for almost no cost (minimal)

Well designed listing of the daily tasks and events (easy to re-schedule, too). Also easy to keep track of many contacts in the prospect stage.
I love the fact that I can sync so many things. I can sync to MailChimp and Google Calendar. Very necessary for my business. And I love being able to design my own pipelines and tweak as needed.
The only downside is not being able to copy certain things, like a type of booking, to another contact. Especially when it's a group and everyone has the same booking.
It has helped me to streamline my business and really stay in touch with clients. I'm not losing contacts because now I can keep my finger on the pulse of my business and see the impact that having a great CRM can really have.
LACRM helps me to grow my business. I love the task list, client notes, groups, referrals and integrations. It is easy to use and really adds great value to my small business.
Nothing - I really love this product and all that it has to offer to include an application for my smart phone. Amazing!
Time management has been great because I can set reminders and tasks plus I save time because I know all of the details about respective clients at a glance. It has been a real game changer for my business.
