I find it really simple to use and don't need to reference any guides to figure out how to take my next steps. An intuitive program is really important to me.

I'm able to keep track of staff internally that have applied for roles, and what feedback they received - this will be really helpful in the future for their career development.
Friendly user interface and also, something important, is that on the feedback panel, you have the resume of the candidate and that is very appreciated when you are on the interview :)
