I like how easy it is to organize my lists, set up automations, and create appealing newsletters for my subscribers.
A couple years ago when you changed some things, my lists got all mixed up. My fault I didn't notice. LOL
I like that I can schedule my posts and have multiple groups going at once.
I love how easy it is to use MaiLerlite. Also, there are enough features to automate your emails professionally.
It would be really cool if MailerLite would also have some in-depth tutorials for email marketing and if I could easily connect it with Etsy, WooCommerce or other platforms like these.
I'm using MailerLite for personal branding and (sometimes) sales. It's working great.
It's very easy to use and intuitive; it has lots of explanations and tips for newbies, and doesn't require upfront cost while you're still growing your business.
It can be a bit slow loading on older computers.
MailerLite has helped me find a way of communicating with my fans and growing my business.
The template builder is easy to use, good price and you can segment and group your contacts. You can add custom fields.
No integration with crm platforms. Limited fonts in campaign builder. I can't add single subscribers to a campaign.
The custom fields have helped with customizing my emails in my industry. I have sent different emails by custome fields. I have built different templates.
The simplicity of creating formats and designs is very intuitive and I love that they already include opt-in boxes and privacy policies.I also like the ease and amount of mail you can send when you start without giving a penny, it gives you the option to see how your business works without spending, and if your business grows up, then you implement the pay option. I also love the ease of putting it on our pages Web, your customer service and your worry to improve your company.
Maybe the process of registering your platform a bit but in reality it is something that would not change as it is a great strategy to reduce spam.
I am still discovering all its benefits but I think it will help me to make a better deal and connection with my clients! Which of course translates into more sales.
I love that it's super easy to set up awesome looking newsletter that my readers will absolutely love to read.
I do wish there was a plug-in for Wordpress, but it's definitely not a deal breaker because MailerLite integrates flawlessly with so many other programs.
I'm getting my blog posts out to my readers on a regular basis with very little struggle.
I like the easy drag-and-drop functions of MailerLite's email campaigns. The emails come out clear and professional looking.
There is no auto save as I am creating the email campaign.
MailerLite helped me clean my list in the beginning, which helped me realize who my engaged customers were. My list has more than doubled since that time.
Every time when we need something ASAP, i open chat with their support and we will found solution in 15 minutes. That really huge deal for us.
Sometimes the process of reviewing new account is pretty long. Also we would appreciate "group" price if u have more than 1 account (especially for marketing agencies)
Right now actually nothing :) We have set up automatization, dial up our delivery rate. Everything great!
I use over a dozen different MailerLite accounts, I spent a lot of time in it. Just today I spent about 13 hours building newsletters. What I like is that it's suuuuper user-friendly. I've been able to figure out how to do everything I need. Any time I'm not sure about something, I just chat or email them and they have always answered me within minutes, even in the middle of the night. 9.5 out of 10 stars.
he only thing I'd change is the photo editor. It often doesnt work. Just completely doesnt save or acts wonky so that I cant even make the changes I need. A small price to pay with everything else I've said.
I'm able to help authors EASILY reach their audience with professionally-appearing mailouts. Many of them have seen increased sales with the use of MailerLite. I've personally used MailChimp, Sendy, GetResponse and Aweber as well. MailerLite had the least bounces and always explains exactly why each bounce happens. MailerLite always has the best open rates as well and the least unsubscribes ... by a lot.
The list is long! I am in continuous amazement about the value MailerLite delivers to us at a more than competitive price! First: Customer Service is out of this world! We, as a regular client, get the most premium and timely service I have experienced anywhere! Requests are often met or replied to within minutes, barely every does it take more than a few hours. And it is more than obvious that there is a passionate urge to help us and to do the best that is possible to help with any issues, requests and challenges we have. Then the product itself: It's joyful, easy and intuitive to create campaigns with MailerLite. Finally I don't have to fuzz around with some heavy interface. Mostly intuitive and with all the templates and options that I need and imagine and more. The look of the results is great and people keep asking about our provide, because they like it as well! Then there is a wealth of regular tips on how to create effective campaigns and the value in those alone is priceless. You clearly see the passion of the team to really really support their clients and to go out of their way to do everything in their power, to make us successful. The tips alone could be sold for money, I mean it! Talking about money: It will be hard to find a competitor who can match the pricing of MailerLite, mostly with much less value delivered. The list goes on, but I stop here... :-)
That is a tough question. As in any product there are minor things I would like to optimize, but really nothing that is relevant enough to state as a "dislike".
Mainly MailerLite is so user friendly and fun to use that we are able to send out a campaign even daily, if we want, without spending much time and thinking about creating it. We stay in touch with our clients and prospects and we create more reactions, more sales and better client retention with MailerLite!
It is really simple. I have used Mail-chimp too but it is really complicated. to do every simple thing you should look for a tutorial, but on the other hand MailerLite is really simple and everything you want to do is, can be done logically. Another good point to mention is that, you have all capabilities even using the free version.
I can't change my campaign name that is shown in my analytics (it uses email subject instead). I can't see the exact time that my subscribers open my emails to improve my campaigns. I can't have loops in the automation feature.
Sine I used MailerLite to do Email Marketing I could grow my business more %100. Its Automation campaign is really really awesome, it helped me activate %10 of my visitors each day.
The ease of the platform. From set-up of regular emails to the creation of templates to the addition of subscribers, it's all simple and straight-forward.
It took me a while to figure out the system for creating sign-up forms, but now that I understand it, I prefer it to the system of my previous ESP>
It's so much easier to track my subscriptions and read my email reports than with my previous ESP, and that means I can be a better business owner.
Whenever anyone talks about email marketing for first time users, the name of Mailchimp comes to mind. But they have been changing their plans a short while ago and even before that, the automations there were a little not beginner-friendly. And then a YouTube video suggested me of Mailerlite. Wow! This is a great platform. Truly. So easy to use. So intuitive. So understandable automations. Ever improving features. And above that all, a brilliant team.
Mailerlite is a relatively fresh face in the market, and hence, there is a scope of improvement. Some things still need a touch or two, for instance, the recently launched automation for cart abandonment showed the product image too big for my taste and I did not find a way to resize it. Hopefully, they will improve upon this feature soon.
Effective low to no cost email marketing. This is the perfect solution for first-time email marketers like me.
It is easy to use, with good template tools and an intuitive interface. That allows me to quickly put together emails with consistent branding, and takes a lot of the work out of managing my newsletter. MailerLite also has good tools for managing subscribers and sorting them into groups for different purposes. All in all a great service.
There are a few minor details that could be improved. It would be nice to have shared blocks between templates, to make it quicker to update the templates. Also, the file manager for uploaded graphics is not very powerful, and there's no way to (for example) rename files once uploaded.
MailerLite has made it easy to keep in touch with my readers, to send out review copies of my work to selected reader groups, and to keep them informed and engaged with me as an author.
After trying two other popular email marketing providers, I found MailerLite the most user-friendly.
When I first started using MailerLite, I had access to 24 hour live chat was was SO helpful for starting out. But eventually, they phased out that feature for free accounts. I would love to see that reinstated.
The convenience of sending attractive emails to my subscribers is paramount to me. With MailerLite, everything is at my fingertips for managing my email.list. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the different elements in the MailerLite dashboard.
Mailerlite offers professional deliverability and is easy to use. It's affordable and powerful
Live chat is a bit slow. Also, Mailerlite's automation seems very /slightly/ limited compared to GetResponse's which I was using before, but I'm not that technical, so it hasn't been any issue.
I switched to Mailerlite because my former ESP cut my access to automation which I wanted to use for a special marketing push. Mailerlite gave me automation, and at a cheaper price than I was paying for email service without it!
What I like most is that everything is explained very well and you are led through the process so you can not miss something. With mailerlite I could implement a GSPR conform newsletter form to my website. Also created an e-Mail automation for my subscribers.
My biggest challenge is the English language because I am German. But it’s so easy to use that it is okay for me.
I use it for my email to my customers and subscribers. So I can grow my business and built a good and trustworthy relationship to the people.
MailerLite is easy to use, has features that my previous email marketing service didn't have and the email templates all look professional.
I can't think of any downsides right now. I'm happy with the way it works.
The emails I send look clean and professional, plus I can easily automate sections in my email to appear or not appear based on which segments I'm targeting.
I like MailerLite because it has a multiplicity of characteristics which are quite useful for our work. In addition, all the email marketing campaigns we carry out in the company are carried out in the most effective manner for each and every one of our subscribers' emails. As if this were not enough, all the information that the system offers us regarding marketing campaigns is used to improve our campaigns, as well as to always keep the information we provide to our clients updated. We do this in a very easy, fast and simple way.
I can not remember any problem I have had with this technology, I like many things about MailerLite, I would always recommend it to all companies. It adapts to us, that's why we adapt to them.
With them we have the possibility to communicate effectively with the subscribers of our lists, which is excellent. Our workflow is constantly improving and keeps us informed about any news. We also have the support team that is available to us, they are very attentive about it. Our staff is very happy with the use of the interface, it is quite intuitive, you do not need more training to manage it.
It's a simple tool that the majority of people I know liked so much for that simplicity. It has a well structured and designed template to build emails for either newsletter or transactional. A wonderful helpdesk to cater to complains. It can be regarded as a powerful affordable email tool. that can handle email newsletter and transactional emails with ease
Nothing on its radar is worth hating. It can handle email newsletter and transactional emails with ease
It handled our newsletter with great professionalism. As a result, we got more conversion, and our ROI improved with an incredibly better rate
Automation with MailerLite is very simple and straightforward. I'm able to create multiple, tiered automation paths that flow into each other for various lead magnets.
I've had several errors where the subscriber list is re-indexing and I was not able to send emails. For a time-sensitive message about a limited-time offer, this was a huge hindrance for my business. Support was not responsive about it, either.
I've been able to build a large list of leads and potential clients thanks to the automation and lead magnets.
I like how simple it is to use. Very user friendly, click and drop platform. Lots of premade layouts and designs to choose from
It’s difficult to costumize a funnel from within the funnel. Funnels start from a sign up form and if you want someone to split off to a separate funnel you need another form or a required click. Would like the ability to pick and choose which subscribers go in a spicific funnel.
Can speak to your audience any time without having to wait on the to visit your website or social media page.
Their website displays beautiful support content in the form of videos to help understand the forms and the entire email marketing automation. Support team is also cooperative
I haven't generated a single subscription so far from their email marketing tool, however I expect if I could change the pop ups; perhaps I could get a positive result
Well, we can create pop ups and the landing pages. It can help achieve our business goals.
You have full functionality up to 1000 unique subscribers, which includes building workflows and segmentation of lists.
Building the workflow of an email sequence is less intuitive than what i would have liked. This may lead others to consider new products like MailingBoss, just released end July2018
Building a email sequence for clients, makes it so easy to get them onboard and continue their own maintenance after the initial setup.
The price in comparison with others same services.
They don't have an APP for iOS smartphones.
To send emails to my clients, using easily segmentations and statics.
Ease of use with campaign outlay and the different options of sending emails. Such that you can choose to do A/B split campaigns or Autosends.
Not being able to copy campaign type. Such that when you copy a previous campaign you sent, you can’t change the way you sent it (auto resend or A/B split).
Auto resend email blasts for people who missed the first one.
Esay drag and drop feature for putting together a campaign. I like the different options it gives you for building your newsletter.
Sending to unopens can be a little tricky, but not hard.
I'm able to reach a wide audience for a low price.
Love the workflow automations and landing page abilities
Dislike some of the restrictive templates
Solved the issue of utilizing an outside vendor to create landing pages
Easy to compose Great deliverability Good to customize every aspect of the mesagge
I would like reports on opened and clicked hours,
Great cost for big contact base
Easy to navigate You get all the features with the basic free account Their autoresponder/automation Newsletter/email creation is easy I like their stats on the subscribers
Their customer service by chat is slow - it takes about 5 minutes or more to get a response and there is no bell to alert you that they have responded. They don't have a way to see why people are not opening the email. I'm not sure if the email is getting into their inbox or not.
I needed a email program with all the features without charging me for every little thing. I was with Get Response for quite awhile and they started taking away features that were included in my monthly fee and wanting to charge me for it. I heard of Mailerlite being free for a basic account with ALL the features and I thought I should definitely try them out. So far, I am able to get see my new signups increase and I didn't have much of a learning curve with mailerlite. I would say the biggest benefit is lots of value and very affordable.
