Lo "peor" de Mailerlite diría que es que las newsletters se cortan, subimos las fotos en menor tamaño, en jpg para que pesen menos... y ni así. Sería genial solucionar este aspecto porque sería la herramienta ideal.

Jhonatan was very helpful in helping me with troubleshooting a technical issue. He was also very helpful in guiding me to the correct guides and walkthroughs. He was extremely courteous and was terrific with paying attention to details and verifying that he was confirming the issue.

Technological issues and limitations when it comes to the emails working with Outlook as intended. I do know that MooSend does not have the same issue that MailerLite does with the Unordered Lists(<ul>) and List Items (<li>) when it comes to showing the correct view on generation.

MailerLite is helping me solve and benefit with the email distribution for the company I work for. Specifically with the newsletter and product promotion as well as potentially using their countdown timer for webinars.

Using automation to send Nurture Sequence

Great customer service. Jen today gave great service. I love the Mailerlite Academy and recommend Mailerlite to people however.... (see what I dislike)

The fact that old customers are not grandfathered into the new Mailerlite so I will continue using Mailerlite Classic for now.

Also, some other people in the travel industry and I are setting up a travel association. I said I would take responsibility for the email marketing IF we could use Mailerlite. They agreed and when I went to create an account I was dismayed to see that I only had the option of setting up a new Mailerlite account (not classic). I asked customer service about this and they told me that I could not set up a Mailerlite Classic account. I was really disappointed because. 1. The price is higher (when we get to that level) and 2. I have to learn The new Mailerlite. Otherwise I love it.

Not only was Vaida's service quick and helpful (she solved my problem right away), but she was fun and friendly. Made me appreciate your service that much more - especially since I'm testing it out to see about switching from MailChimp. High marks.

The visual editor could use a little work - it crashed multiple times on me when trying to swap images out in a template, which was definitely a black eye on the experience (especially since it was such a simple email).

I'm thinking about switching providers, automations and visual style are really important, as are metrics on the back end.

So far, the best thing has been the customer service. As a beginner, I'm experiencing a few teething troubles, but MailerLite Customer service is quick, knowledgeable and friendly. A shout out here to Filip, who just helped me sort out some convoluted domain authentication issues quickly and easily.

Some technical issues are a bit challenging for a newbie, such as matching settings between MailerLite, your email provider and the hosting platform to authenticate the domain and get everything working together, but MailerLite's customer service agents are on hand to walk you through it

I'm just starting out and needed a straightforward platform to build and manage a mailing list. Getting everything set up has slowed my productivity, but hopefully, in the long term, there will be payoffs.

It offers some great tech processes including creating landing pages and automated email sequences, which will help me to reach out to new audiences and save me time.

It sometimes takes a while to get an answer to my question from the Mailerlite team but I appreciate they are super busy helping other people too.

Learning curve issues

Even with a free account, there are a lot of options. But what set it apart was that a bug I found got responded to—and fixed—real fast through the live support (thanks, Nicole!).

The only downside so far, ignoring the temporary setback from the bug, is that the only payment method appears to be through Credit Cards. Not 100% sure, though.

It offers everything I need to get started with mailing lists, sign-ups etc, for free, with the possibility to expand if (when!) my needs grow. Very user friendly and it helps me reach out to my readers. The customization allows me to tailor it exactly to my desires, nothing you need as a beginner is locked away behind a paywall.

In terms of MailerLite classic, it cannot be beaten in terms of all the features available for affordable pricing. As I work for a small agency, I will always recommend MailerLite as the go-to platform for other smaller businesses.

This has not always been an issue, but I do not think the new MailerLite is no longer optimized for agency use. Having used MailerLite classic, the loss of features such as multiple users on a free account or having access to all your client accounts under one dashboard etc. has really made using MailerLite for our clients a bit difficult., especially since classic allowed us to use our client's MailerLite accounts, but have the ownership remain on their side.

As an agency, it provides our clients with a low cost form of digital marketing with a high ROI, especially with the features you get on MailerLite Classic

MAILERLITE has a fairly intuitive dashboard and the forms are easy and good to style. It's free until 1000 subscribers. Easy to style with your brand elements. Easier than Mail hump I'm told.

I read that upgrading would give chat support- unfortunately that is not included and the emails take a while ( possibly being in Southern Hemisphere doesn't help??). In the end I had all the help needed and issues resolved but it took a while.

Simple and supportive

MailerLite is a very intuitive email marketing system. The interface is very straight forward and is very easy to navigate through the different options. I also appreciate the possibility of having subscribers organized in Groups and Segments.

I don't like that MailerLite forces 2-factor-authentication on login (if I don't have this option turned on, this shouldn't happen). Also, the integration with WordPress via WordPress plugin is limited to signup forms, which is very limited on my case.

MailerLite is great to send a regular newsletter to subscribers, capturing leads through online forms and setting up automations based on the user interactions with the messages sent.

I wasn't expecting to get a prompt response from the support team. Not only was it prompt, but it was thorough, and you could tell that the support team took the effort to answer it. I use a few email marketing platforms because of my job and clients have different preferences. Highlight recommend MailerLite if you are starting with email marketing and need extra support.

Not enough guidance in Landing Page builds but maybe I missed that information.

Probably, the issue is that sending an email through MailerLite is still going to Junk Email when I send emails to people who use Outlook. I hope the MailerLite team will check and solve it.

Emails sent were going to Junk Email in Outlook. However, I can see MailerLite brings a lot of benefits to users as well: enough functions for a small-medium business and a simple-friendly interface to use.

The dashboard is so easy to use and the options are clearly stated. You don't have to look long to see what you are looking for. They also have a great training course that guides you through everything you need to know to create successful email marketing campaigns.

There is no automatic migration possible, so you either have to do it yourself or hire an expert. This makes it tough to get clients to convert from Mailchimp since some of the fields don't quite match up.

We moved from Mailchimp to MailerLite and are pleased with how quickly we could setup our forms, groups and automation campaigns. We have connected to our websites and embedded forms, as well as integrating with ThriveCart to send nurture campaigns to go along with purchases.

The sequence builder is an amazing feature to be included in the free tier.

The approval process is lengthy and rigorous although it's understandable for Mailer Lite to achieve a healthy deliverability reputation.

I love the options for landing pages. And it is pretty easy to learn.

There seens to be complictaed tech options while using it.

I am building my email list and i am saving time with my lead generation because tehre are automations.

I like that almost all features are included in every level of account so that you don't need a huge list to justify upgrading to gain access to premium services.

I haven't found much that I dislike yet on this platform. Questions are quickly answered by support chat.

The platform is affordable. MailerLite continually adds features as well.

The interface takes a little getting used to, but it works fine. It doesn't require HTML knowledge, but that has helped me some.

This is our email marketing platform, and we use it exclusively. It works for our weekly newsletters and for quick reminders along the way.

A very helpful advisor called Joseph, who understood my queries and answered them in a non techie fashion!

The complications of having to alter DNS

I am still trying to set up an email list, but so far it's proving beyond me, so I have to pay for someone else to do it for me.

Can have good experience for free. Send a beautiful email to a lot of people, with open/click tracker.
