It is 100% clear how much they care about their customers. They're always looking for feedback to improve every day even when their platform is already clearly the best. Excellent integration and engagement capabilities. Many fantastic business use cases.
I like everything about their platform. They have made a very seamless transition with the Facebook terms of service. They adapt quickly and support their customers. They even provide free resources to help their users create better case studies for us and them. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. :)

Manychat is super user friendly coming for a non-tech or marketing background I could not have navigated the bot world without manychat fabulous interface. The platform is on top of it and listens to its community, always finding new ways to keep us updated and always looking forward to the future. The manychat community is awesome and functions like an open source net work where we help each other reach or goals!
At this stage personally I have not experienced any downfall yet!

What I most like is that you are the owner of your list and are not tied only to Messenger but can also contact them via email and sms
Not much to dislike, the team is very open and responsive. Support tickets are responded very fast and in general they are very open to community suggestions. The only thing that I think could be better is the reporting, but I understand they're working on that too

Unclear sending options "conditions" - misuse can lead to FB problems. Contacted support - didnt get clear answer about sending conditions.
Facebook messenger sales - 80% online sales in my region goes through inbox ... Some industries have working time 8-16 but customers are most active 19-23h, Chat bot is perfect solution to offer answers and qualify potential customers. It helps a lot to filter messages in inbox and focus only to hot leads.

The best part about Many Chat is the quick response time that you can use to engage leads faster. In this culture, time is money and being able to get basic questions answered quickly for a prospective client is key. Also, the flow and usability of the program is super easy and user-friendly.
Many Chat does not have answers to all of your client's questions. You still have to respond manually on occasion.
Lead follow up. It's so easy to use and it's easier to engage with clients.
Tough question. ManyChat is an outstanding tool for building automated Facebook Messenger bots for pages. Narrowing it down to one thing is a challenge but I will say that the ease of which you can build out a chat "flow" on the platform is great. You can do a lot on the platform for absolutely free which is a huge bonus. There are also, integrations with Google Docs, Email marketing and more that make software a true asset for Facebook marketing.
Ok, I've run into this recently. If you have a bot set up that someone responds to and you also have an automated welcome message as far as I know you can not disable the welcome message. So that means that if the user comments again in Messenger after the initial chat bot conversation, it will automatically fire off messages that are probably not relevant. Even if you send a manual message them first and then the user replies the welcome message fires.
I'm solving the problem of not being able to be everywhere at all times. There are some basic questions that many people will ask and a ManyChat bot will help answer those. In addition, I'm running ad campaign that are driven through the bots which allows for seamless gathering of pertinent information
