It let me use it as I need, for diagramns or drafts of ideias and export those in many formats while colaborating.
It maybe could have more integrations with teams as example and more formats for exporting (such as base64, etc).
Miro helps me to make many diagramns with speed and capabilities necessary to delivery those while colaborating with my team.
Miro's best use for me is collaboration with various global teams inside/outside organization
Missing a function to have flow chart with swim lanes to show process executed by cross functional teams
Collaboration with global teams is the biggest benefit that my team is solving using Miro. Team is more productive now.
I like Miro because of its wide range of features and templates, perfect for teams that need a robust and versatile visual collaboration platform as it makes project creation easier and more efficient.
In general, there is nothing that I dislike, my experience with Miro has been exceptionally positive thanks to the possibility of simultaneous collaborative editing and the large capacity of space that it offers, it perfectly adapted to the needs of the team.
Since we use Miro, its didactic environment helps us in the creation of flows, organization charts and mind maps. In addition, it has allowed my teammates and I to carry out a simple and more streamlined management of our projects.
Flexibility of designining features. Variety of options to choose from.
Haven't dwelled too deep to discover the dislikes. RIght now all I have done is I like the software.
It helps me to put ideas on a diagram with great flrexibility to modify and change the idea.
the ability to easily and quickly move around, find post its/spreadsheets etc to be able to get all your thoughts organised and ready to move forward with,. Its a great tool for ideating!
sometimes I would like more colour options and options to make some boards a little more intricate so I can lay things out to reflect the project more that I am working on.
Miro helps me share my ideas with my colleagues. I mainly use it for UR sessions to share feedback from users and have it laid out in an easy to read/find way. I also use it to gather others feedback on some early design work/prototyping.
Really helpful platform and get inputs from everyone very easily without having to message anyone or ask question separately especially when a lot of people dont work from office
Really useful but the dashboard is difficult to understand in the starting. You can learn more through videos and once you get used to the platform it gets very easy to draw charts and frames to help everyone understand
It helps us solve a lot of time and efforts since we are all working from home and need inputs on how we can solve things and making people understand over call is difficult but becomes very wasy with this tool
Easy to use interface, a plethora of templates and excellent guides for wireframing
Scrolling on a board with the right click is challenging to adapt to initially.
Cross-team collaboration and brainstorming in a remote environment and wireframing
That everyone in my projects can keep up with what is happening if they wish to. Looking around in old folders is not something that the different stakeholders do and miro helps to share thoughts with them - without having meetings over and over again for the sake of sharing.
I am missing some features in regards to trim shapes. Eg. I want a 3/4 cirle and cant create that myself. Also i think the drawing features with apple pen are rather limited.
Miro solves many problems for us. Mostly i think we all can agree that is a super collaborative tool and almost everyone in our department has embraced miro to a point where we wouldnt know what to do without it now.
There are many-many templates that help setting up a board a lot easier New features are continuously added, the tool is evolving a lot from month to month Tutorials and other resources to help learning about the tool
When using it with a big audience for the first time, there is normally some confusion, although it is user friendly, some functionalities are not as intuitive as they should be, users don't know how to write notes, move around objects, etc.
My team and me are using Miro a lot when working with the Digital Product teams - we use it for workshops, retrospectives, dependency or stakeholder mapping, brainstorming, roadmaps, etc. We found that it can be best used if the team is around 8-10 persons, for a bigger audience it gets complicated but we use it daily and see an improvement in the collaboration since we have Miro. Especially for new teams, where the trust has not been established yet, it is easier to share thoughts, concerns, etc. on the post it notes and then discuss them together.
