The plaform has fresh look with a great range of feature which are easy to configure and use. All support questions are answered quickly and the range of packages are very cost effective. Templates are easy to customise and the build in graphics library is a welcome addition. One of the most useful features is the ability to see exactly where a user has clicked withing your email as well as seeing whether they used a desktop or mobile client. Where some other systems charge for the number of subscribers in your list, Moosend only charges per email sent and the abilty to check if your email will be classed as spam is very useful indeed. The heat map of where in the world the emails have been opened is useful as well as the ability to use A/B testing.

Nothing really but would like to have the ability to stagger the delivery at 10 minute intervals etc. It would be useful to have a limited access to a few landing pages to be able to try that feature out, perhaps with limited functionality of them.

Moosend gives me the option of creating high energy campaigns which I have used in a business and personal setting to publicise my novel 'Next of Kin' to my newsletter subscribers. On the business side of things, the costs are clear and very competative for the amount of emails you can send in each package.

This company is responsive, innovative and totally gets the needs of their customers. They are super fast with integrations which means tons of savings on zapier. I also appreciate their ongoing customer education.

I'm looking forward to the coming 'tag' feature - while you can use custom fields to achieve the same purpose, it would simplify things abit for us.

I really like being able to manage multiple brands under one account (I don't have an agency, just a couple of businesses, but they allow the backend to be branded for those that manage this for clients).

Moosend has a number of features that I have really liked starting with the ease of use, implementation and analytics. Beyond that I am super impressed with the support team and their ability to respond and be so helpful. Kudos to the team!

When it comes to inserting an article (to a newsletter), there is no available text wrap. Meaning the text does not spread around an image.

The support (or learning center) is not easy to find.

We are able to reach our 3,000+ customer email list instantly and we are able to see exactly what their individual interests are.

After trialing several email marketing products (one of them being Moosend) before committing to a platform, it became quickly apparent that Moosend was a clear winner on all of the parameters I had set to bench mark what I was looking for; 1/ Visual appeal 2/ Ease of Use 3/ Email Tracking 4/ Flexibility 5/ Cost And since making the decision my appreciation of this product has only grown. I've founded a startup so whilst cost is an important factor, the visual appeal of my mail outs and the functionality are equally important again Moosend a clear winner on all metrics.

I'm yet to discover anything I could list as a dislike regarding the product, and while something may surface as my business grows, with the support I received from Moosend when signing up and getting familiar with the software I'm confident any issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently by what I've found to be a both knowledgable and friendly customer support team.

I'm sending HTML mail to new B2B clients, an so the visual and informative emails I am able to produce using Moo send conveys my Brand DNA very well in a visual sense combined with a very functional interface, so again most impressed.

I like that Moosend enables me to send to a decent size of customer group. In this case, I manage communication for my school. We are a growing school, so there's always addition to our database. Moosend can accommodate that purpose with its free account and its ability to send to various mailing list at the same time. I also like the simplicity to build your database, to design, and easiness to design without burdening your computer's memory.

My concern is only about the Incomplete social button (no Instagram).

1. Limited customer size for free account in other apps. 2. Efficiency to send to various customer lists. 3. Better design with smaller memory usage. 4. Ability to re-send to customers who didn't open my email.

I found that the Moosend system is very easy to use. It's intuitive layout mean new tasks are quick and easy to do. I reduced the time it took to build a newsletter by half (compared to making one in MailChimp). The on hand support is brilliant. The icon is always there and answers come to question within minutes.

I did find the support struggled on more complex questions.

Sending newsletters. Keeping in touch with clients automatically. Setting up lead magnets for clients. Setting up auto emails for clients.

I liked the support, especially from the lady responsible for my account Mrs. Sarah Papadopoullou , quick , promt and trying to find smart ways for improvement of my newsletters.

Everything great. I can not think anything that created me a big problem. Easy handling.

Moosend newsletters helped me to increase my sales . Compering with other providers I realised that most of my newletters delivered to my lists. High open ratio and link ratio.

A professional tool that is easy to use, straightforward to run campaigns and doesn't cost a fortune. I love all the automations it provides and the customer support is awesome. Their blog is a mini digital diploma, don’t miss out.

Adding a new profitable funnel to our business

The fact that they offer everything mailchimp offers except for a much more affordable price. It has been a complete game changer for our institution. Our communications flows went from zero to one hundred. Not a day goes by that we don't love everything it can do for us. We love the fact that they don't charge you per email, but rather charge you per contact. It's an added bonus that they don't charge you to have contacts on more than one list. Instead, each contact can be on as many lists as you want.

It can occasionally be a little glitchy with upload times of contacts. It is mostly because they are switching to new servers, but I have had to wait three or more hours at times for our email lists to upload. To their credit, however, their support is incredibly helpful in this and usually resolves the issue once you contact them.

Automations, lead scoring, email unity and design. Our communications flow was absolutely terrible before we discovered Moosend. This has changed everything.

There are many features I like, but if I had to choose one it would be the automations. I can use website tracking to engage with my customers. Things like welcome sequences, new customer thank you emails, abandoned cart, upsells, and onboarding sequences.

I wish there was a direct integration with Facebook Lead Ads. Although I can connect through Zapier, I wish there was a direct integration :-)

I purchased Moosend to be able to set up my email marketing sales funnels. I am now able to convert my leads into customers. I have realized that most of the visitors to my website are not ready to commit. They need more time to do their research. Instead of focusing on getting a sale, I have changed my focus to first capture the lead. Get them into a funnel that delivers value. This will move the customer down the funnel, to where the "Know", "Like" and "Trust" me. Moosend is the perfect email marketing platform for my business.

I like the way Moosend is set up for blocks of info...already divided into sections, just pick the one that suits best.

I wish finding a tutorial when I was setting up my first email was easier to find. Once you know what you're doing, it's super easy but at first it was confusing between structure and elements.

I'm solving my layout issues. Now that I know what I'm doing, lol, setting up my email mailers is almost hassle free! I love being able to schedule things, too...a super time saver!

UI is really friendly and guide you in a pretty straight forward way. Is as simple as it can be but yet customizable in a good level. I can import my audience's email list in various easy to use ways. Any user with basic computer skills can edit a campaign. Love the security feature. I wouldn't want to have customers complaining about their privacy.

I can't really complain about something. Even when I needed technical support (even though I was in a free of use plan, I got a prompt reply)

I can keep customer lists with certain characteristics to mass send informatitive emails to subjects. I can keep track of my campaigns and easily design them.

I send out a newsletter once in a while. I like how Moosend has powerful tools for managing newsletters and analytics. I love the editor and the ability to use templates. I love the ability to have several different email lists.

User-friendly backend. Has a very flexible design that allows us to build newsletters we could not build before (e.g. 3 or 4 products per row). Easy to create automated e-mails. Best customer service among all software companies I have collaborated with so far: Moosend replies within 5 minutes maximum and the support is very well trained to offer solutions instantly.

When designing a newsletter and split one row between one image and copy, the copy is not vertically aligned - I found only this constrain so far, nothing else.

I love that Moosend makes it very easy for me to handle my email communication. The system is easy to use and understand, the email deliverability is great and it even has a minor feature to test the probability of the email hitting the users spam folder before you send the email. And you can even use moosend to design great looking HTML email which you can copy / paste to other products where you can send html email, but which do not have a great system of editing them.

It can be a little tough to segment your emails, and I could use more integration options from other systems, but you can get far with the build in systems for popups and forms.

I use moosend to communicate with members of membership websites. And it simply just works.

There is a lot of functionality as well as being very affordable.

Was told that they were revamping the subdomain process when I was asking about adding an SSL. Still has not been implented.

The setup process and implementation of emails have solve a lot of issues for our company.

Moosend continues to release awesome, well-built features. Excited for the future.

Some interfaces seem complex, but when you consider that the features they offer solve such complex problems, it's forgivable.

Moosend manages the segmentation of my list

Moosend has most of its tools included in the free package and it never stops creating new tools to help a business improve its exposure and sales. It also has chat help, even in the free editions

I would rather have 2000 as the limit for the free edition instead of just 1000.

Triggered emails that lead to increased sales and the fact that for almost all my newsletters I don't need a graphic designer anymore.

Moosend is probably the best email sending provider in the market. They come up with regular updates, support is super responsive and deliverability is good.

I love how simple moosend is to use. I am able to save my templates for quick access.

It took me a while to find my saved work.

I am able to get company information out to all our employees at once and track who has seen the information.

The thing I like best about Moosend is the price! It's. much less expensive than some of its other competitors like MailChimp or Constant Contact. On top of the price being the bee's knees, the UI/UX is playful, colorful, and super easy to use. Navigating the site is very easy and it flows well. The builder is easy to use with all of the features you need, and overall I just enjoy using it.

I say this genuinely and not to be any sort of brown-noser, but I haven't found anything that I dislike about Moosend...yet! I've only been using it for about 6 months now, and I haven't dived into every single section, but so far, for what I'm doing with my small business, Moosend is the way to go!

Moosend solves my email marketing and automation problems. I'm HUGE on automation. My house is automated, my workflows are automated, and my marketing should be too. Moosend allows me to set my automation the way I want and then watch them follow the rules I set before them. Viola. Time saved.
