I like the affordability the most but I also love the ability to block spam calls. I have used other providers that limit the amount of spam I can block. The customer service is also great. Thanks.
VOIP services can sometimes lag in clarity and speed. I have encountered times when I sounded like I was talking in slow motion. Obviously that isn't good and I have had to use my cell phone to replace VOIP in these circumstances.
I think Nextiva is always trying to improve their services. I often receive notification of upgrades to their app and platform. I like that they continue to try to improve.

We wanted a VoIP product that was competitive in pricing as a small business. Critical for us was having a service that is RELIABLE with unlimited calling eatures, integration with our CRM, along with having one solution for phone, video, texts, etc. I was impressed with Justin Stokes and Slava, as the main seller for us was the addition of the toll free number and the tremendous customer service we received.
It was super easy to setup, and the desktop app makes it easy to change the configuration

Excellent technical support and Nextiva uses thier own network, not AWS. Everyone we talk to is very friendly and, knowledgable. So far, the call quality is excellent and the VTECH phones they provided are professional.

I have had nothing but good services from Nextiiva. I have been a customer for over 8 years. I have had little very little downtime. The service has only goner out once for a few minutes one time.
Thye solved the abilty to have quality calls. I had Vonage beforee them and it did not work at all. I almost went with Land Lines before I found Nextiva. It was seemless moving tot hem.

I hate to say this, because I am a fan of quality customer service, regardless of what country my agent is from, but I was extremely happy that my concerns were adressed concisely, with full understanding of how business is done here. I say this, after having spent my entire day speaking to several other companies with agents from other countries who asked me to answer questions entirely unrelated to how I would text ny clients in order to get a texting "campaign" approved just to message my clients as I would with any phone at any time. It was such a frustrating ordeal until I spoke to Pierce, who was a live person chatting me from the second I clicked on the chat button. Personal service is EVERYTHING!
The only current downside I see with them is related to their app, as I cannot see a way to delete old texts or call logs. Their customer service, quick onboarding and assistance were excellent, so this is my only real issue.
I had used Godaddy Smartline to communicate with my clients for the last eight years and it has been glitchy and, today, it went out for seven hours. I was unable to text clients and often cannot send pics thru text. It seems I will have smooth communication with Nextiva.
We have been using Nextiva for years but recently moved most of our team to the app and have seen great results. The app is easy to use, perfect for the worker who is on their computer and using meetings and headphones.
Nextiva used to be a little glitchy on the app but the app has been very stable lately, it really isn't a negative at all.
It has allowed us to go 100% virtual and eliminate the need for physical phones and devices. As our users have gone more and more to meetings online, it is a natural evolution to the app and VoIP for calls.

I can't find anything to not like about it. My experience with Nextiva has been wonderful. Onboarding was quick and easy and support has been helpful.

There are several features that I love and make managing my business easy from anywhere. I love that I can have traditional style easy to use phone in my retail location for my employees, the app allows me to use my cell phone to answer calls from anywhere, the app and online portal also allow me to send text messages, and the voice mail tree function is extremely helpful in guiding my customers to the right person in my organization.
Very few downloads if any. The few occasions I have hit stumbling blocks I have been able to find FAQs in the knowledge base or talk to a technician that walked me through the problem.
The platform is a complete solution and I am still discovering features that will help my business be more efficient. The platform is serving as a traditional phone platform, texting platform, and customer service platform.
I like how easy it was to set up the platform and get everything working. Very user friendly.
So far, I don't dislike anything but time will tell.
I have multiple numbers that I needed to have brought to a platform to manage and distribute calls. Nextiva allows me to do that and integrate with my CRM making everything seamless.
I love using Nextiva's phone app as I can seamlessly switch from my computer to my cell and continue to sell business. You can also be out in the field and be able to transfer the phone call to your coworkers very easily.
One thing I would change with Nextiva, is the coworker communication messages beign more readily available to see when something new comes in. However, this is just a minor thing as you can move things around to get around this.

I'm not really aware of any downside to Nextiva. The only issue we have is not Nextiva's fault but the nature of VOIP itself in that if our internet connection is unstable or down we can get dropped calls or a lack of availability. It doesn't happen often though.
Nextiva helps us implement our business continuation plan by allowing us to remotely forward our phone calls when our primary location is unavailable or hampered by a loss of power or other disaster. Also, having our voicemails forwarded to our email accounts is very helpful for remote working.
I really love how reliable the service has been. We have not had our phones go down one time in the two years we have been with nextiva. Their customer service is great, and I've never had to wait long if I needed assistance with anything.
The primary thing that isn't specific to nextiva is the formatting for uploading audio. Being limited to 8bit requires extra work to update recordings. There is an option to record from the phone, but I would prefer the editing abilities of an outside recording system.
