The best thing about Nextiva is the user friendly interface. Everything is cut and dry with the features of Nextiva. meaning what you click on is what you will get the first time. The voicemail transcription is a super win, and the fact that you're able to text back and forth with any mobile # is a huge help.
I"m not going to say I "dislike" this about Nextiva, but it would be a lot easier if the voicemail count on the physical phone, synced with the computer/mobile app.
There hasn't been any issues I believe Nextiva should have to solve that pertains to myself
The experience has been fairly straightforward. Nothing seems too hidden, or hard to find. I've already updated the voice recording a couple times, and have no complaits with the interface. Appreciate that I didn't have to install the app, though it was pushed on my at least 6 times, but I just wanted call forwarding, so the website sufficed.
Having to talk withsome on a phone was not the clean tech experience I am used to. The people were nice, and I appreicate their willingness to guide you through every step. But I really like easy, point and click, online sales. Felt a bit like I was paying extra for elderly support... because the setup process is so straightforward you'd have to be tech illiterate not to figure it out. But it was nice to have someone to ask questions, just not my cup of tea.
Professional appearance. Now we have a toll free number that makes our brand look and feel more like the clients we serve. Really appreciate that it's easy to use and seems to have a lot of features for when we need them.
The interface looks great, it's easy to use, and plenty of features that make perfect sense for a business call center. Competitors lack a lot of the features that Nextiva offers and I have never worked with a call center but all the features were straight-forward yet powerful in managing calls to me and our team.
I would say the only major downside is the pricing and lack of texting capabilities in the base packages. As we're moving into the digital age people are less and less accepting of calls.
Nextiva is solving the problems of taking in and managing phone calls. We also currently utilize it as a time sheet for our employees.

Support will do one of three things with you. Fix it for you, walk you through it if you want to watch and learn or send us information so that we can do this by ourselves.
Some times understanding the licensing and what you have based on your bill is a little complicated. I seldom hear from our rep which I think could be a little more often.
Our call center, phones in our office and our auto attendance/call routing. They solve this for us during business hours and after hours too. Calls route seemlessly with their product.
It is an excellent application for companies, helps a lot and it's user-friendly, you can make calls, helps us to connect with our customers and drivers when I'm in a different country or state, and also you can transfer them to your coworkers much easier, you can use the blind option or you can call them before you transfer it, and you don't have to download the application because you can use it on the website on your laptop, computer or you can download the app on your cellphone and use it at home or any place, also you can save your frequent phone numbers as favorite and organize your calls in which you received and the ones you make, also you can create a meeting with your coworkers
Sometimes the application is not connecting to the internet and we cannot make any phone calls, and when you're making a phone call they can't hear you or gets disconnected in the middle of the conversation
Helps me to connect with my customers and drivers when I'm in a different country or when I'm not in the office I can use any computer or device, and also is easier to get in contact with your teammates

Price per user could be a bit lower. Also the portal for call recordings seems a bit outdated. It woudl be better if call recorings were right in the app

How helpful and fast their IT department is
I haven't found anything that is out of the normal, software issues after updates are annoying but managable

while the video call quality is generally impressive, there have been instances of slight degradation in image and sound quality, which can impact the overall experience, especially during crucial discussions. Furthermore, I've noticed that customer support response times could be improved. There were instances when I needed assistance with a concern, and the response time was slower than anticipated. Addressing these weaknesses would certainly enhance the overall reliability and user satisfaction with Nextiva's services.
Nextiva is helping my entire company to improve their times, they were horrible, now we can focus on provide a better customer service with all those points of contact.
The process has been painless, the price point is reasonable, the features are abundant and everyone involved has been helpful and kind to work with to make this change.
So far I really can't say I dislike anyting.
The biggest issue is optimizing my time. I wanted the ability to get rid of the onslaught of robo calls and the IVR system helps with that. Then, I wanted the flexibility to let my remote assistant answer calls when I need her to but I don't miss anything else. There were added benefits of having the faxing and so forth, but I would have been happy with just the first 2 solutions.

So far I have not encountered any problems with nextiva. When I was porting my number there were some delays in the processing, but as soon as I let them know they helped me and solved the issue on the spot.
Nextiva is solving the problem that before I did not have a way to create a call flow. My customers would call to me directly. Now, with Nextiva, I have the ability to take messages, divide on departments and much more.

I like the remote access support. It's really nice to have someone be able to walk you through things to better understand them by doing it together instead of simply being told. I learn best by doing and it's a great way to teach me how to better navigate what I need to accomplish.
The search function doesn't always work so them I have to manually scroll to locate the device. It really takes up a lot of time. I wish there was a way to show all devices without scrolling through them. It should be an option.
I am new to assigning numbers on devices and I couldn't understand how to unassign and reassign. I kept getting an error on the devices themselves and kept reverting back to the settings I had tried to change. Luckily the rep was able to use remote support to show me and then ever so patiently wait while I tried it myself and answering any questions I had along the way.
