It should be one entrance for Nextiva. It may be me, but sometimes I don't know where to go.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business depends on the phone and its capabilities. If they work well, we are happy.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The customer service at nextiva is amazing, anytime we have a problem they are on it right away. We use this daily to run our business and the amount of features we enjoy allows us to monitor our team wherever they might be.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

there arent many downsides to nextiva the only complaint I used to have was the chat didn't have a counter for where you were in line. But that has since been alleviated

Nextiva allows our customer service reps to work from home or anywhere they'd like with their array of features and uses.

"As a small two line business, I feel like I'm getting large account service"
What do you like best about Nextiva?

I've used many VOIP services over the years. It always seems like they overpromise, underdeliver and the customer service is terrible if your're a small acount. With Nextiva it has been the opposite. Set up was easy. The tech support through chat is responsive and knowledgable. Short waits and the IT support knows the product well. Also the call quality is crystal clear which is really important when your using voip as your main phone line to communicate with customers.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I would've liked if setting up text messaging was part of the initial set up. It wasn't clear that text messaging set up was a seperate task to be done by Nextiva. However, when I contacted them they set it up immeadiately so it wasn't an issue.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva is making it so its simple for me to have one main line for calling and texting customers with my iPhone. Super user friendly.

Price and to setup system was easy, knowledgeable support, and easy to understand We appreciate the features of having our voicemails sent directly to our email

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

My only gripe is that our account manager tends to change more frequently than i could like

Easy to use and helpful supports, great features that are affordable

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

They rarely have downtime, but it's all good, all CRMs have downtime.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call queuing, reset passwords, app set up, call flows. It helped me make it easier to work with Nextiva

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Easy to use portal and I can self manage almost everything and if not they have a live chat for tech support and they can remote session to assist and it's excellent

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I would like a feature that shows me on the handsets who is on Do Not Disturb.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate a full call center with multiple departments and it's worked out great, we are able to send calls to different teams.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The speed and knowledge that I receive from the Nextiva support department are truly outstanding and noteworthy in my view and unmatched anywhere else in the industry

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I have nothing to dislike about Nextiva's support staff, they have been outstanding on every support call that I have made with them and resolved it quickly, efficiently

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are solving all issues that arise on the client side, and the company (Nextiva) is moving forward with there critical problem-solving skills making them a great company moving forward
