He was very patient and didn't give up when we couldn't get things working on the first couple of tries.
My phone was not working with the wifi adapter so I needed help to fix the issue.
Allowing employees to work remotely in a customer service capacity and allowing me to take customer calls on my personal cell phone without relaying my personal cell number and having to carry an additional device.
The system is user-friendly and easy to utilize amongst all of our team. We have all of our call and text functions in a affordable plan with Nextiva. Definitely solves our phone systems issues.
The onboarding was thorough. I would've liked an option to do myself for most of the setup that was self-explanatory. All in all. Not an issue at all. The customer service from the sales team and onboarding was great!!

Unfortunately, it takes quite a long time to connect with someone.
I was trying to figure out how to connect my phone to my PC, so I could take calls from my PC. They helped me with instructions on how to do that. I can now take and see calls on my screen, making it easier to keep working on multiple things.
We were with Ringcentral for years now so I thought to check out what the alternatives were out there and ran into Nextiva. Got online with some questions, was immediately transferred to sales and long story short, looked at the demo, and was blown away. Support is out of this world and the functionalities were soo much better than Ringcentral. On top of that, we pay less than half of what we were paying Ringcentral. I'm sold and if you look at what they have to offer, you will too.
Nothing I have found yet. Agreed, we have just started but so far they did everything they promised so We are very excited to start using the Nextiva app. No negatives here

I haven't seen a downside to Nextiva. I only need 200 pages per month in the beginning, but that was not an option since 500 pages is the minimum. But I got a good price so I am happy with it.
In the healthcare industry, fax is the main way to send and receive patient referrals. I did not have a fax number and I was unable to receive referrals easily from other physicians. Getting a fax number will help me increase my patient load and expand my business.
They set up my account for me and walked me through making call flows. Was very quick and efficient

The agent support does not take a long time to access and agents are very knowledgeable.

Phone troubleshooting/setting up new users
The best thing about Nextiva for me is reliability. We've been with Nextiva for 7 years now and our service has only been once for a brief moment during that time.
The only thing I wish Nextiva had wasn't the ability to have more phone extension for your phone than they currenlty do.

Easy set up for new users/switching accounts/etx. Phones are the best we've experienced so far in 10 years. The members of the online chat are always extremely helpful and make it easy to diagnose/fix problems.
Setting up the voicemail can be difficult. Only thing I would change is being able to have an automated system to say our recordings for us instead of having to record them.

What I like about Nextiva is that the phone system is about 99.9% up for us. Also when we need support we're typically able to get someone fairly quickly through the support number or chat.
