Nextiva voip service helps route all of our daily incoming calls and we use their E-Fax to send all secure documents. It is a quick efficient service that saves us countless hours every year. The fax and voip is user-friendly, wasy to set up. It is great, we use it when we're out and about being mobile as well as in the office.

The Nextiva One app is almost perfect, at times I may have to reload or reinstall it.

Nextiva makes that easier for us. We love how flawless the apps work, and how easily we can track or transfer calls. I recently had multiple problems regarding calls and communications via txt and voicemails and I msg the chat and instantly got the help I needed.
Went on their website & got on chat support with an agent & he was fantastic. Took about 20 mins & fixed everything neccessary via Remote support and did everything I needed him to. Hope to be with nextiva for many years to come!

I used to pay over $700/month for a live answering service. Nextiva's callflows and mobile app allows me to let customers help themselves with better outcomes, and review and answer important phone calls and a tenth of the cost.
The transition to Nextiva was straightforward, and setting up their service was very simple. We installed their apps on Windows computers and smartphones, all paired with our existing microphones and speakers. We also connected a couple of computers with Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headsets, and everything is working great.
So far, we haven't encountered anything we disklike.
