What do you like best about Nextiva?

He was very patient and didn't give up when we couldn't get things working on the first couple of tries.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

My phone was not working with the wifi adapter so I needed help to fix the issue.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing employees to work remotely in a customer service capacity and allowing me to take customer calls on my personal cell phone without relaying my personal cell number and having to carry an additional device.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The system is user-friendly and easy to utilize amongst all of our team. We have all of our call and text functions in a affordable plan with Nextiva. Definitely solves our phone systems issues.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The onboarding was thorough. I would've liked an option to do myself for most of the setup that was self-explanatory. All in all. Not an issue at all. The customer service from the sales team and onboarding was great!!

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I like how easy it is to navigate the app and online portal. If you run into trouble the service department is just a simple phone call away. They charge exactly what they say they will charge. Awesome company!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

To be honest, I can't think of one thing I did not like about Nextiva. They are amazing!

They are solving the communication barriers between customers and our company. So many ways to speak with customers, text, voice, conferencing, it is amazing! It gives us a better reputation for service.

my experience started with a very helpful sales team and an incredibly easy set up process. They followed up with me regularly and I trust that they have my back in this process.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I find it difficult to find something I dislike. Nextiva is an incredible service that I would recommend to anyone who was in need of what they can provide. 10/10

We were outgrowing our old system of only having one phone number for the entire business. We found Nextiva as an efficient and cost-effective way to move our customer experience forward.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The most helpful thing about Nextiva is the support system. The people I connect with online are always beneficial and always want to help more!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Unfortunately, it takes quite a long time to connect with someone.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to figure out how to connect my phone to my PC, so I could take calls from my PC. They helped me with instructions on how to do that. I can now take and see calls on my screen, making it easier to keep working on multiple things.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

We were with Ringcentral for years now so I thought to check out what the alternatives were out there and ran into Nextiva. Got online with some questions, was immediately transferred to sales and long story short, looked at the demo, and was blown away. Support is out of this world and the functionalities were soo much better than Ringcentral. On top of that, we pay less than half of what we were paying Ringcentral. I'm sold and if you look at what they have to offer, you will too.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Nothing I have found yet. Agreed, we have just started but so far they did everything they promised so We are very excited to start using the Nextiva app. No negatives here

Sales associate was professional, clear and accomodating. The technical support helped me set-up my account step-by-step and was very easy to understand.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I love how supportive Nextiva is in finding what is best for my needs. It is my first time getting a fax number for my business. They worked with me patiently as I asked all my questions. The email and phone support has been great in making my decision and signing up for Nextiva

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I haven't seen a downside to Nextiva. I only need 200 pages per month in the beginning, but that was not an option since 500 pages is the minimum. But I got a good price so I am happy with it.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the healthcare industry, fax is the main way to send and receive patient referrals. I did not have a fax number and I was unable to receive referrals easily from other physicians. Getting a fax number will help me increase my patient load and expand my business.

They set up my account for me and walked me through making call flows. Was very quick and efficient

Only downside was not being able to set it up on my own but that was probably user error

The best thing about Nextiva for me is reliability. We've been with Nextiva for 7 years now and our service has only been once for a brief moment during that time.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only thing I wish Nextiva had wasn't the ability to have more phone extension for your phone than they currenlty do.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Easy set up for new users/switching accounts/etx. Phones are the best we've experienced so far in 10 years. The members of the online chat are always extremely helpful and make it easy to diagnose/fix problems.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Setting up the voicemail can be difficult. Only thing I would change is being able to have an automated system to say our recordings for us instead of having to record them.

Having multiple lines / texting app to easily keep in touch with customers

What I like about Nextiva is that the phone system is about 99.9% up for us. Also when we need support we're typically able to get someone fairly quickly through the support number or chat.
