Reasonable cost, easy onboarding process, reliable VOIP phones, excellent customer support, free HIPAA fax line service for our office after feature was added.
Portal is sometimes difficult for me to navigate as far as uploading new .WAV files for Auto Attendants. Customer service options, however, are very responsive so this has not been a problem.
Reliable provider of VOIP for our medical practice. We have had no serious problems with our phone systems since switching to Nextiva a few years ago. They also added a HIPAA fax option after onboarding that has been very helpful and a great cost savings to our previous need for a POTS line and outside fax service provider.

Being new to this type of system, I have had many questions. Every time that I have called or chatted with an agent, my questions have been answered and resolved. I have spoken with several agents, and every time have been extremely pleased with the outcome. The service is working well, but the customer service has been excellent!
Don't think that I have found anything that I dislike to this point.
We have way more control of our phone capabilities. The call flow charts allow us to not have to forward the phones daily (manually), and then change to an answering machine, or our answering service. We are still finding ways daily that we are benefitting from the system.
I love that it is user friendly. With another one of my clients we use comcast for our phone system and navigating can be difficult. Nextiva makes it easy to change names on extentions and easy to add or remove users.

I've used the support for other VoIP options, but none compare to the speed and usefully ness of Nextiva. The UI is very clean, and I find it to better the competitors.
Sometimes I can get lost within the Admin UI, but I can usually find what I need after some help from support. There are some things that I could control, but it might be better than some of the backend stuff is controlled by Nextiva.
Seting up accounts and general tasks and much easier with the system offered by Nextiva. I'm newer to VoIP services, but after I try to work with other brands, I never want to leave.

Nothing. They have knocked everything out of the park so far.
Needed to record a new greeting and I couldn't figure it out. They were amazingly helpful in getting everything fixed promptly.
Very easy to use and setup for companies that use it. Onboarding is easy also, support helps out with setup if needed and getting all the call groups setup correctly
Adding new users needs to go through support rather then being able to add them at will, atleast from what i have experianced and dealt with
Solving having access to phone anywhere via internet rather then having to go the tradiontal route of going through a phone company
What i like best about Nextiva is the quality of the product. The uptime to my service is always up. The one time that it was down, due to unforseen issues, customer service was right on it. Also, anytime we need assistance with our user accounts or any changes that need to be made to our service, I am always able to reach a courteous and professional rep to help me out.
There are not downsides to Nextiva. Nextiva's Customer support is second to none!
We were having issues with Unity but it got resolved rather quickly and is not an issue anymore.
The customer service is something I have never experinced. They are alway so helpful when I have questions and/or issues. They were helpful with the implemation. The phones are easy to use and have so many different features.

Calls are noticibly more reliable. Porting was smooth and only took five days. Nextiva had someone doing a call and screen share with me the day before porting to make sure the had us all set up properly. Compared to the set up with our former VOIP service it is hands down better.
So far no complains. If it does not integrate with our applicant tracking software, we will be disappointed but they do seem to be working hard to make that happen.
We had to swich from our former VOIP provider as they had too much down time and they just were not good.
I like the versatility it gives us, and the ease of using those features. The customer support we received has been excellent. They will assist very quickly. They offer many different access points to contact, which makes life very simple. I particualarly like the chat feature.

We can now easily log into our phones from our mobile devices making it easier to work from home and still have access to your work phone without having multiple devices. With the desktop app - it allows our staff to not be tied down to their phones at their desks and still be able to answer in a timely manner with a bluetooth capable ear piece.

I have had a great experience overall with Nextiva. They were able to meet all of our multi-line needs and the customer service is top notch. Set up and ease of use of the equipment was a breeze. Lots of features for a number of business applications.
The only problem we have ever experienced with Nextiva is the ability to recieve calls on the app on a cell phone while away from the office.
Nextiva is able to handle all of our needs across the board for telephone and networking in our offices.
Nextiva give us a dependable point of contact with our clients, they were even able to port our existing toll-fre number so the switchover was invisible to clients I also like the service also includes a soft phone, so that i don't have to use a separate app like I've had to the past with other services

Nextivia integration and porting process was made easy by nextivia staff assigned to the project. Any issue that arise or changes that need to be made to the call flow or the system itself are rapidly addressed. Our organization came froma. vendor with an extremely poor customer service and we have been completely blown away by how great Nextivia has been. Customer portal is very feature rich and provides a lot of in house control over the system. The system is used on daily basis as it is primary system in the building and we are not experiencing any issue with call quality of internal operations.
So far we do not have any complaints. Has been absolutely great.
Our organization has three brands that are in house. Each brand has its own number. Our previous vendor was unabelt to combine all three numbers into one system and users had to have 2-3 physical phones in their workspace that were designated to a specific number. Nextiva was able to combine all of the numbers into one system resulting in users only having one phone. We were also able to reduce our monthly expenses.
