"The best customer support for virtual phone systmes"
What do you like best about Nextiva?

We are being using nextiva for a couple of years now and their customer support is one of the best! Every time we needed them, normally the problem is fixed at the first contact.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Not dislike but I would love that some features, like limiting outside calls should be available in the admin website.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is very realiable and a fraction of the cost of an inhouse solution like cisco.

"Number Change for text message purposes"
What do you like best about Nextiva?

Customer service is always excellent when I call. Another benefit is that we contact our clients via text and phone, whether in or out of the office. I like that our clients can always reach us for emergencies. I also like the CRM feature! The program is easy to use, especially for beginners such as myself. We use the services every day and love it!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only complaint is that calls are sometimes delayed, but I'm curious if it's a Nextivia or an internet issue on my end. Overall, we enjoy our services.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva allows our small nonprofit organization to take care of the day-to-day operations in and out of the office without missing a phone call. It also keeps track of the incoming and outgoing calls for billing purposes for our organization.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva is a great company that offers affordable and reliable Business VoIP. Nextiva systems are easy to use, easy to set up, and their customer support is knowledgable and helpful. Having installed thousands of Nextiva phones for our customers, we have seen about anything you can think of in terms of features and integrations. Nextiva's strong network and uptime\reliability is another reason why we would recommend Nextiva to our customers. Nextiva's partner program has been very beneficial to our business, CalComm Systems, as we can offer a reliable, easy to use, VoIP solution to our clients that we install, train, and manage for them. There's a lot of choices out there for your business communications, but we feel Nextiva is at the top of the list. Also in full disclosure we offer other VoIP solutions based on what better suites or customer's needs, however more times than not Nextiva is a good balance of features vs. price. That's probably why we use Nextiva ourselves for our in-house phone system.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Like all successful VoIP companies there can be growing pains along the way. Being an installer we can take care of most service requests ourseleves, however there are certain things that customers don't have access to managing and still need to contact Nextiva Support. So there have been frustrating moments in the past when support wait times arej ust too long, espeically when something is broken. So I can imagine for a business that manages their own phone system that this can be compounded. But it seems as of late (winter 2023) Nextiva has really invested in their Support Team, and wait times have greatly improved. One other thing I would say that the mobile app can be frustrating at times. There are times when I need to log out, then log back in, or at least kill the app in the background inorder to place an outbound call. It does not seem to affect the incoming calls though, just the outbound. But these are pretty minor, and fairly common problems with most VoIP apps. It could also be a device issue and not neccessarily a provider issue.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva offers a reliable, easy-to-use, feature rich business phone system. Even though we are a tech company, there is something to be said about having a phone system that just works, and that is not complicated to use. Also we are dependent upon our phones to work inorder to provide 24/7 tech support to our customers. Having a secure, reliable, geo-redundant network Nextiva fits the bill for us. We can only count a handful of times that our phones went down in the past 6-7 yeaars, and even then most of those times calls still were answered by our auto attendant or voicemail. This is a game changer for us so that we never miss a beat with our customers\co-workers.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

It is such a time saver for me to be able to read my voicemails. During our busy time of the year, I will get 30 per day. With the ability to read the transcription, I can get through those in 1/3 the time it would normally take. I love the ability to have my work phone on my cell phone. We are required to record all phone calls and when I'm not in the office, I can use the app to know my calls are being recorded. Not to mention, is is 1/4 the cost of my old phone system

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I don't have a negative thing to say about them.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are required to record every phone call and have a disclaimer played. Nextiva plays the disclaimer before the call even rings to me. I know my calls are being recorded and stored for the required amount of time.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I did a lot of research when choosing which phones to switch my company over to and have been extremely happy with choosing Nextiva. The features I love best is how easy it is to use the portals and the ability to answer the phones from their app! It allows me to take my team to lunch, step out of the office for a DR appt, allow everyone to work from home when it snows, etc. Another positive is the customer service. Everytime I am unsure about a feature or have a question, I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes to have a live agent helping me.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The onboaring could have gone smoother but it was also my first time porting phones myself so it was a learning experience all around.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva allows us to answer the phone from the app which helps tremedesouly and allows me to focus on other parts of the business instead of making sure I have 24/7 office staff. Another huge benefit is the call recording. In my business, being capable of sending a recording to a customer, management, or using it as feedback with the CSR is wonderful.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I needed a business line that offered text messaging and this company exceeds my expectations. I now have a local number, toll free number, and fax number for one price and can text with clients. The convenience of this service is absolutely UNMATCHED. The app makes it so simple to use. I paid and had my account started in under 20 minutes. Also, Pierce Walker is the best sales rep to work with. He takes the time to understand your needs and offers the service that fits your business without overselling you. Customer service is extremely quick and efficient. I appreciate finding this company.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I have no complaints about this service. My only hope is that texting will become availablle for the toll free numbers as well.

Customer Service with Nextiva continues to be top notch as I continue to navigate this system that is new for my organization.

After implamentation there is still a lot of features to learn, but the number of features available is extremelty helpful and navigating the site is simple and intuitive.

Technical Support is the best experince I ever had with any other vendors

Price wise, it is little bit more expensive compare to other vendors, but amount of time you will be spending due to configuration, changes, user support, etc will bring much more benefit to your organization.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The customer service is impeccable! Every time I have a question, they are quick to come up with the solution. I LOVE the number of features Nextiva has to offer such as multiple lines, teams, users, call recording, after-hours forwarding, and more. It was an overall easy process to integrate the phones we got from them. The implementation team was also very informative and answered all my questions. Overall, this is SUPER easy to use!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

No downsides! After switching with a 'big-name' phone provider... I would never look back.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call recording was something that we really wanted with our retired phone provider which was nothing that they offered. Nexiva offers phone call recording which comes in handy when working with clients over the phone.
