Creating and editing tasks is extremely important, especially when you have high workloads and tight deadlines. Being able to see what your team is working on is also crucial.

To be honest there is nothing that I don't like. It's pretty simple to use. However, a few video tutorials would be great for users to understand the platform easier.

Most helpful is the tracking. The breakdown is helpful.

Too many moving parts. It could be simplified.

Nifty is a very good overall tracking database.

Nifty is consistently being updated to bring some of the best tools that you would want for organizing your team and tracking progress towards goals. Nifty offers many of the functions that you see in other programs for much less. It is intuitive and also allows for great collaboration with your team through connecting accounts such as calendars, Google Drive, Teams, Zoom, etc. to have everything in one place and automate off of one another. It has tremendously helped our team get more organized.

As it is a "newer" program, some features aren't available currently, but the dev team is constantly looking to hear what can be improved. I receive an email at least within every two weeks with new updates that are coming out for Nifty.

As mentioned before, the team is looking to add to the current feature list and also fixing any sort of bug issues that we might have (although we have not had many issues at all!)

On the due date, many tasks pop up but it would be better if it give an alert before.

It helps us inter-department collaborations, and keep our daily tasks well organized.

The process is clear and ready to act on every task as we move forward as a team.

I'd make ownership of tasks a bit more clear, especially when we have more than one asignee.

Ease of use and organization. I can easily send projects and communicate with my employees

I haven't found much I didn't like. Only that you have to upgrade to add more members but it's apart of their business model so not really a big issue.

Able to send tasks to my employees to get the job done. I can track alot of their progress, chat with them, constant alerts and notifications to stay updated

It's easy to use than most project management systems

Nifty took my client communication, creative process and reporting and put it in one place, I love it! And the clients as well!

Honestly, it's great! I can't really think of something since they have so many integrations.

It takes all of my agency and puts it in one place which saves me so many hours per week.

I already started creating projects and start adding documents to my account

I can't find a way to send an invoice to the client

if they can add a way that I can incorporate my invoicing system to Nifty so that it would be easy for me to automate my process
