Nifty is simple to use, but at the same time has a lot of features. It's intuitive, so no need to get a whole training to be able to use it. In the company, we use it mainly for project management, task assignment, docs organization, and client communication. Even the less tech-savvy client is able to use it with no major issues.
A few times the notifications get a little hard to find, that's the only thing I've encountered so far.
I think one of the big problems Nifty is solving for companies like us, is having a lot of things in one single place. Project management, docs organization, and client communication in the same platform. That way the team members and the clients don't need to download/sign up to a lot of different apps. And it's also so easy to use, that we don't need to give a whole training to clients who are new to Nifty.
Intuitive design Beautiful design with a clean and intuitive user interface Integrated time tracking Great user dashboard No limit on free guest collaborators Core project management features such as task dependencies, project milestones, and Gantt charts Custom fields Supports multiple team member tasks Awesome dark mode Reasonable pricing based on teams rather than per user Excellent, gracious and responsive support Mobile apps
Sometimes a little laggy Would like many more integrations with other tools, especially cloud storage A webclipper/browser extension would be great Email integration is critical but missing Would love to see process automation
Nifty is going to be excellent for working with clients. The real power of the tool is the collaboration and communication features which will streamline the various processes that we use.
I've used different project management software in the past, and Nifty is above all of them! The ability to chat within Nifty, link and edit to others in the tasks, and keep up to date has been a game-changer for us.
The only limit we had with using Nifty was the amount of people. Once we upgraded, we could add more people, but having to upgrade was a bit of hassle for us in the end.
Keeping all the projects we have going through multiple departments in Nifty has allowed us to keep track of everything going on at all times! It's been a great help for all of our employees.
Reasonable price for performance. If we compare them simply in terms of performance, we feel that Asana and Monday.com are superior. However, when looking at the balance with price, I think Nifty is more cost-effective.
As for the chat function, more usability can be improved. (Slack, Skype, etc. are better) We would like to avoid integration with external tools as much as possible, so we expect Nifty's chat to become more Slack-like in usability.
We were looking for a simple, centralized project management system that was also reasonably priced, and Nifty solved that problem.
I like the facility to distribute tasks and manage time
I don't like that the repeating or monthly tasks are updated without the original data
It has centralized our tasks, and serves as a reminder of daily, monthly or one-off tasks
I can organise my day and create tasks for it as well as personal and work projects.
Nothing seems to me to be a super useful and accurate application to use on a daily basis.
manage my work with the various tarears and projects we have
I appreciate the simplicity and elegance of Nifty's interface. Its sleek design, high level of customisation and practical features make it a great choice for any project or organisation looking to reduce the time spent organising documents and managing their workflow. In addition, its robust document management system makes it quick and easy to add files while providing an easy way to share them with colleagues on different platforms - an attractive feature that has saved me hours by not having to switch between multiple tabs every time I need something from my files.
I wish Nifty offered recurring reminders or due date options. This would allow users to ensure that they always remember important tasks and deadlines, rather than relying on their own memory. By allowing the use of recurring reminders (which are removed after viewing), teams could ensure that nothing is forgotten without relying solely on individual diligence to create timely tasks.
I'm benefiting from the Nifty by reorganising my business and its various revenue streams so that I can better prioritise what needs to be done to maximise productivity and profitability. It's removing the barriers that have stood in my way in the past, which will ultimately lead me to greater success.
I like the most the personalizations, the ability to have the platform in my native language, which is Spanish, and they have recently also added automation through Pabbly Connect, which is amazing as it helps me streamline some of the steps.
I am not entirely pleased with the fact that you are limited to using a cname through very lengthy and complicated processes and their ultimate response was, that's what we have :)
My team and I are in three different time zones and of course we work on stuff on different times, being able to see exactly the progress of each team member on each task, having notes, documents, and everything in one place is amazing!
I really like Nifty's interface; it is simple, efficient and well designed. There is no extra time spent waiting for information to load because of its efficiency. The UI gives me quick access to my project details such as responsibilities, tasks and other important information with ease, making navigation straightforward without an excessive learning curve associated with some project management software on the market today (unlike Atlassian). With a single dashboard, anyone can manage multiple projects at the same time, giving control over every element contained within.
I am frustrated by Nifty's slow loading times. It also detracts from its usefulness that participants in tasks are not immediately notified when there are changes. I would be grateful if it were possible to set preferences on a per-task basis, as this could potentially reduce developer workload while still providing timely updates, but I understand that this is probably impractical or too difficult to implement in practice.
Nifty helps me to be more efficient by allowing me to easily communicate and organise information between my team members. Projects are broken down into easy-to-understand elements, making it easier for me to focus on the tasks that matter most, rather than being overwhelmed disorganisation.
My team enjoys the challenge of our tasks and the instant communication helps everyone stay focused. We appreciate Nifty's user-friendly interface, which is easy for everyone to master, and its exceptional file management capabilities. The application gives us complete customisability to tailor each client's experience in terms of features that offer perspectives from Kanban views to list format, swimlanes or calendars - allowing us to use data in the way that best suits the task at hand!
I do not like the fact that Nifty does not yet have a "launch in browser" feature. This makes it rather inconvenient to view and inspect files; when you are viewing a file, reading the notes that accompany it is considerably more tedious than in Microsoft Teams, as closing the file to read them means having to go through your channel again for each one.
Using Nifty to manage our graphic design and web development projects has been an incredible asset. It's improved the efficiency and quality of my work.
this is the single best app that doesn’t require you to have other apps in order to keep the flow going and the tasks in check. We tried this a while back and came back to it because it has improved so much in the last year or so. The interface is tight and functional. One can feel the quality for user experience and effectiveness…
The only, small, suggestion would be to improve the Nifty logo so that it fits the quality of the app itself. And maybe they should also invest a little more in YouTube advertising and influencers that fit the theme of their channel.
It seems to me the best tool to manage projects, collaborate and automate project reports since it has a very intuitive interface. It’s awesome and we are really grateful to have it amazing tool
Nifty is software that you can use your way and however it is most useful and easy for you. I can create a workflow for sales links and greater commercialization of the products offered by the company, this task takes a process, which goes through a review and after that it is approved and if it is already finished, this is something that I like about Nifty because it organizes my work and allows me to accomplish daily goals. On the other hand, it is a very dynamic software, the client-company relationship is more proactive, making project planning and future sales successful, likewise, it allows you to incorporate several users into the team to achieve a better job. It contains training materials that teach you how to use this software. Finally, another aspect that I like about Nifty, according to my experience, is that I achieve the objectives in the sales area, every day sales are increasing thanks to the organization that this software provides me, it is notorious that daily productivity is increasing.
I consider that Nifty is a very good software but it should improve in certain aspects: 1. Within project planning, for good sales management, there should be other tools that facilitate digital marketing because this is a marketing enhancer. 2. I would like them to integrate more social networks. Broader field with greater scope. 3. I feel like it has very little storage capacity and I handle a lot of clients.
Since I have been using this software I have seen many improvements in my work. Nifty offers great support in making sales happen through its features. Previously, we had poor sales strategies. we could not correctly manage the information that came to us, but thanks to Nifty we can fully organize the marketing plans to achieve our goals. On the other hand, I find the forms very useful because it solves a problem that we had before now we respond faster to proposals and customer requests.
I love working in phases and seeing progress towards a goal. The connection of tasks to a timeline and project completion is amazing. Building out a process for a project and being able to use it in each similar project going forward has changed the way I work for the better.
I wish I didn't need to set dates for milestones right off the bat. It is nice to layout a project without specific dates attached. I still feel in some ways it is a bit clunky to see the full picture of the project. I know timelines and Kanban phases are different, but I find I have to switch views to get a complete picture of both the timeline and status of tasks.
It solves the problem of being consistent and organized on my projects. In the past, I have felt like each project is brand new with no consistency. Now I feel on top of all my projects right from the start, and I know exactly what to do next.
Clean, tidy and responsive interface. Excellent integration with the Google ecosystem for documents and spreadsheets
I would also love to have a section dedicated to mind maps, which are very important when creating and structuring a project
Nifty allows me to have a clear picture when it comes to the various activities and who is managing them, also understanding the point of processing
The fact that Nifty is a direct competitor to Clikcup. It does everything I need for my agency - track tasks, milestones, time tracking for contractors/employees, project chats, file storage, dashboards, analytics, task automation, in-app collaboration on files - literally everything I need.
If anything, I wish the UI was a bit more modern and customizable. Modern in the sense that it looked a bit more similar to Clickup, and customizable in the sense that we can select the level of "darkness" for dark mode, select the colors we want to use from an RGB Hex circle/square instead of pre-made colors. That would make Nifty feel more flexible.
It's helped me track client project's accurately and easily. By putting collaboration, discussions, dashboards, and kanban boards all in one place, it's helped me save costs and from jumping from one app to another for different functions - Nifty is literally all-in-one.
Nifty is very slick to use and very responsive. Plus, they are always evolving the toolset with literally an update every week. Compared to others, it feels fast to use and doesn't feel clunky. They have figured out a way to provide a powerful tool without it being confusing or having every single option in the book that most people won't use. And it offers the ability to create a client portal with custom pages and embeds, which is very cool.
I wish they would expand their automation options. I especially would like to see more integrations with external tools. Also, a few more client reporting options would be helpful. I also found that the email task creation won't work no matter what I try.
Nifty helps me as a small business owner to keep track of what I need to get done, and doesn't try to be an enterprise tool. I have tried so many project management tools, and many of them are needlessly complex. Nifty is built for small business, which is perfect for me.
Timeline Management, Project Management and deadline
User Interface could be more friendly and less confusing. Also,
Using it for project management, so it is quite useful in making me realize the deadline and giving me a friendly reminder at the time of the creation of the project
this platform helps us to establish better projects, work and communications, and this helps obtain more communications with teammates and clients, collaborative creation of documents and much more in a centralized workplace, it also has task and resource management, budget and expense management, email integration and project management where these functionalities help to improve projects in an organized and secure manner and allow projects to be improved with ideas and design, among others.
I would like the calendar configuration to be developed much better since sometimes it does not usually open and when you leave a pending task or an important date, this option does not remind or notify you, which is annoying because it causes losses of pending tasks and those are lost.dates that are usually very important on some occasions, they should also improve the mobile application since when opening it usually takes time or does not usually open and they should structure the mobile service better to use it more frequently.
We use the system to create documents, store files, share files, and manage projects and this allows us to get all our files organized securely and accurately. It also helps us to collaborate with our work teams because it allows us to have internal chat, create internal documents and work with them within Nifty in an easy and fast way and thus keep all our processes, whether information, data or content is protected and secure.
