Nifty is the platform I've been looking for! I can integrate all my clients and processes into one location. The customizations are excellent, it's intuitive and easy to set up, and, if I get stuck, the customer service is excellent.

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. There have been quite a few excellent updates lately that I have not had a chance to get to know but that is not on them. It might be helpful to have a roundup email once a month with all the new features that have come out to make it easy to see in one place, and to click information for the relevant items I'd like to use and integrate.

Before using Nifty, I had multiple platforms doing the same thing and it was a pain to keep them all updated. No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't find a way to easily connect them either, at least not effectively. Plus, Nifty has an app that is brilliant and further helps me see all the various information in one, customizable package.

Complete yet not boated feature list, with excellent UI/UX

I think that having a more flexible projects with multiple boards can be a huge plus. Reporting is kinda limited

Kabana style tasks, I really like it. Makes it easy to organize tasks and it's kind of gratifying moving tasks from one column to another, I don't know if it's just me lol. I mean there are a dozen things I could compliment, but I would say the best part is the mobile app. Very very well made, like super professional level.

I'd say it's the personal tasks on the app. I'm not getting a notification when I've set a deadline.

I can't find a way to send an invoice to the client

if they can add a way that I can incorporate my invoicing system to Nifty so that it would be easy for me to automate my process

The speed and responsiveness of the application is, to me, its best feature. Other systems we've tried tend to 'get in your way' by making you wait for screen updates, lookups, etc. Not Nifty, it allows me to stay 'in the flow' while I manage projects, tasks and people.

My dislikes are mostly minor, and the Nifty team has been responsive to requests.

We are a consultancy that works with multiple clients, and Nifty allows us to have all of the work (project schedules, tasks, milestones, discussions, necessary files) in one place. We were drowning in 'email hell' trying to track which client needed what and by what date they needed it, etc. Nifty has clarified workflow and made it easier to track all of the small details of ongoing projects.

The user interface is intuitive and the milestones and tasks have been useful for keeping track of deadlines.

No real complaints so far, there may be too many functionalities for what I need but I can control the widgets so that's useful

We didn't have a great way of managing things like grant application deadlines prior to using Nifty, but now we can just assign a task to a team member. Having google docs integrated has been great as well so everything is in one place.

Staying on top of projects as an individual as well as a team

Nifty is one of the most sophisticated platforms which can be used for group collaboration. Online essential activities of projects can be effectively delivered, monitored, and control in Nifty. Nifty's progress bar is fantastic. The project members would be able to communicate instantly. The UX and UI designs of the platform are incredibly amazing. When any users faced any difficulties, the Nifty team always offered the communication channel for us so as to reach Nifty staff for any quick help.

Nifty has done an excellent job in developing the software tools. Not much thing to complaint here. What I dislike is that there is not online tutorials or documentations (even no user manual). With the manual, it helped the efficiency of the delivering the projects. I have to spend time and effort to learn how the Nifty works. I have a group of undergraduates and postgraduates who would like to try Nifty. Any training materials, or video samples (not the youtube), can be sold or gave to the Nifty Fan like myself. Anyway, offering the tools or add-on for reporting functions will be great.

I turned on MFA for accessing Nifty account. I used Google Authenticator as the MFA app. When I changed the iPhone from iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 ProMax, the data was transferred from iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 ProMax successfully. Unfortunately, the data in the Google Authenticator, which includes the NiftyPM credential, cannot be recovered. Therefore, I ask Nifty for help. Your Nifty staff immediately caught my problems and report to engineers to see if the MFA can be reset. Well, although the waiting time is long, the problem finally got solved happily.

Minor Bugs & stutters No native support for mindmaps, though integrations are available. I use mindmaps regularly and it'd be a nice feature to have in-built More native integrations would be nice and the automations introduced recently can be improved further They don't have an open API right now. It'd be very helpful to have.

Centralized Projects & Tasks management Tasks and milestones together make it easy to know if everything is one time. As they're tied, progress reflects automatically on a broader level. Automations and creating templates for repetitive tasks has helped us be more productive. Nifty keeps our entire team on the same page.

An intuitive design that doesn't require training for the team to use. Everyone in our company loves using Nifty, and it's across our portfolio of companies that we see this positive feedback and sentiment. Highly recommend Nifty as a PM tool for both small and large companies alike.

The team at Nifty is releasing updates frequently, maybe once a week. So if there is a feature or function that you don't like, it's likely to be changed and improved very soon.

We use Nifty for coordinating among various team members across the organization. I am sharing tasks and updates so that everyone is on the same page. Most of the coordination is to track order fulfillment and flawless execution.

My two favorite features in Nifty is the swimlane view and workloads. Swimlane allows me to envision sprints in an agile fashion while workloads allows me to see what each team mate is working on.

Nothing comes to my mind initially, however I wish they had more native integrations although there are more being rolled out very quickly.

We were able to drop jira + confluence and handle both of those functionalities in a new wave workflow tool as well collaborate with team members much better.

I haven't found any downsides to the app. The price was right, and the support/upgrades are great.

The UI/X is clean, smooth colors and design make this project manager a pleasure to work with compared to my old pm's. Great organizing features and the support team is responsive, plus they seem to add new updates each month which is nice.

The fact that you can't send custom invoices, no custom portals, or any kind of way to organize billing for projects. An integration with billforward or something would help but would rather have that built-in with the other great features they have.

I wish the calendar functionality would work better. Linking my Google calendar doesn't seem to display it in it's entirety. I also wish the Slack integration would post to a designated channel in Slack when a new task or project is assigned to someone in Nifty.

Organization for the entire team has been much more effective than with ClickUp or Notion

Was quick and easy to use with my team. Everything is running smoothly.

It's hard to access archived or completed tasks or for me to see what other team members are working on without having to click around.

Es una herramienta que engloba varias herramientas en una. Al principio necesitaba una herramienta para gestión de tareas, otra para gestión de clientes, otra para tracking de tiempo, otra para chat. Con Nifty tengo todo eso en una sola herramienta.
