It is practical, as long as i have Internet. I just like how I can move stuff around when writing, create relations between pages, share pages with other people.
Sometimes the copy and paste is a bit rough. moreso on my Mac. Also that it doesn't have an offline option. We had a nationwide outage the other day and all my files were in the cloud.
It is just easy to have all my scribbles under one platform and easy access on all my devices.
Some of the upsides are it's swift, efficient, and easy to use.
Nothing at all. This product is great for student use.
It's helping me expand my vocabulary and assisting me with ideas in writing.
Artificial intelligence supported note-taking, document - information sharing, collaboration, data organisation,
The fee is high for a student. Inability to update individual interface
I can categorise and store my data in an organised way. I can create it with the headings I want. I use artificial intelligence support where I want support. I can invite teammates and work together.
I like its minimalistic design, its ability to create tables, pages, and boards. It is very easy to use and it has so many features which help me have all of my notes in one place. I use it on a daily basis and I love how easy it is to integrate it with other websites or web apps especially since I code so that I can use GitHub and integrate it on Notion. Also, so far I never experience any problems when using Notion's customer support.
The only downside that I can think of is that it is such a vast tool that it takes some time to learn it. I would love to see Notion give tutorials about how to create different pages and how to use it to its max potential.
Its implementation of AI has helped me tremendously to write notes efficiently and accurately and create in-depth pages where I can come back to and analze my notes. It has really changed the way I structure my notes and how often I write them. The AI asssistant has sped up my note taking by at least 2-3x compared to previously. It has great functionality implemented and helps me tackle any problem with ease.
Notion is a very useful piece of software. It took me time to figure out how to adapt it to my business and purposes, but once I got over that hump I discovered notion was brilliant. I watched a lit of videos and now I can easily develop a whole system of management for the different areas of my work. That's what I like best about Notion. I use it many times every day.
There was a bit of a learning curve for using databases. That was a bit confusing.
The AI Writing Assistant is brilliant. I started using it for free to assist with projects, and I subscribed as soon as the trial expired. It solves the problem of helping me flesh out my ideas for written endeavours. The basic idea and guidance is given to the AI Assistant and it is more fully developed. The results are clear, logical and make perfect sense with my aims and direction.
I like the way in which Notion IA has improved the generative language model to complete tasks as improve the writing of something or abstract in simple words concepts in the notion page.
That does not go further with the generation of new ideas or expand concepts as ChatGPT
Helps me to keep my notes and ideas organized. Then I can abstract some concepts from the general idea of the document.
its simplicity, how its (purposeful) limitations make pages look good with ease. and the sharing features, i never knew how much i wanted to be able to generate live links that do not require people to create accounts.
sometimes the navigation feels confusing. but this might be because I'm used to different software ecosystems. I also wish I could add (fully) custom domains to certain pages.
i think it makes us more efficient because Notion eliminates the need for 2 other apps we used to pay for (used for project managenet, storage drive, and file sharing) . not to mention now with the integrated ai writing assistant, i don't have to switch back and forth, and its mobile app is so good that I reliably don't hesitate to do some work there if needed. vs feeling like i need to have a laptop for some simple tasks.
I love using Notion to organize my business and personal life. The recent addition of the Notion AI writing feature has been an absolute gamechanger for ideation, editing and reviewing written work to save me a tonne of time.
Nothing so far, in terms of project management I prefer using other tools like Clickup.
Notion is helping me to brainstorm ideas quicker for creating content, writing proposals, performing research tasks and creating documents
It allows you to create and organize various types of content, such as notes, documents, databases, and even project management boards, all within one platform. It's so convenient.
find that the lack of offline access is one of the downsides of Notion. It would be more convenient if I could access my documents and make edits even when I don't have an internet connection.
It's convenient that all the notes are in the same place and easy to access. AI helps with everything.
Honestly, Notion is the best thing since the personal computer. I end up using Notion to do most things, its replaced the need for so many programs like CRMs and project management tools, and website content management systems, all the way down to my own notes, calendar, and to-do list. Notion AI is amazing too I can give it prompts from within a page and it can write out or provide information relevant to the topics on the page. I often use the AI to help write blog posts by asking it to generate an outline and then write it out using the notes I provide on-page.
There's not much I can put here aside from the fact that I feel like its capable of so many more things and thankfully there are updates frequently providing entirely new worlds of functions and features.
Notion helps streamline so many things, and has reduced the need to have multiple tools and figuring out how to connect them. Notion is easy to integrate, set up and is highly customizable.
