The automation feature is easy to use and effective. Saving blocks as templates simplifies creating new campaigns.

I'd love to be able to create custom landing pages that we could link to when running campaigns. I also dislike that the price of plans significantly increases when adding subscribers.

Omnisend has solved our search for a user-friendly platform that fully integrates with our Shopify site.

Fast customer service and super helpful too. Alot of options of creating atuomations, segments and campaigns. The Monthly fee of 16 bucks has alot of value for money.

The only feature I found somewhat harder to work with was to create segments and also so send an email only to those new members for these segment, excluding the ones I already sent the campaign

I'm fully automating and improving my email responses to any trigger clients might activate, and also very easy to create and send many static campaigns

What I like best is their email sequence.

I don't know how much I will be paying once i enter my contacts.

It is solving my cohesives email marketing options.

I have really enjoyed using Omnisend as part of our marketing strategy. I am not someone who was trained in design or coding, so a platform that makes it easy to create, follow up and keep track of our email efforts is vital, and Omnisend does just that. It easily integrates with our ecommerce site, and it's been a joy to run a/b tests, create segemnts, come up with automated campaigns and explore all that email has to offer with Omnisend. Would highly recommend to any marketer looking for an email tool that's easy to set up (in all aspects) and for smaller teams who really need to be able to do it all.

Creating audience segments can be hard and takes some time to get used to, but once you get the hand of it, using those is great to optimize email marketing campaigns.

We are trying to generate more awareness of our brand and products within a very specific niche. Email has really helped us understand our target and what messages can help drive sales.

My favorite feature is the Giftable, Wheel of Fortune. Not only does the feature increase sales without trying, but you can grow your email list by requiring them to enter their email prior to spending the wheel.

I'm not too fond of the lack of choices in email templates. I wish we had more of a selection to entice our customers to spend more.

Sadly, our email open rate has been low, and I've been brainstorming how to increase sales. Thankfully, I signed up for SMS, and my sales have increased.

Email marketing has always been one task I love to avoid because I thought it required a lot of settings. When I got introduced to Omnisend, it has been a relief. I love its simplicity and it doesn't require setting ups. Its quick to start with and most importantly its user friendly. Omnisend allows me to grow my business through email marketing and also have the ability to build landing pages. I love how Omnisend gives you ideas on how to gain customers or retain them. The templates are straightforward to use. The reports are also beneficial. The live support chat is very responsive as well.

It would be nice to be able to segment by gender while using the product recommender. Right now, it's not possible. Also, I would like to see improved is ability to add video The free option doesn't have the automations and it's a big step going to the standard plan which is $30 per month. Would be nice to have like a "a la carte" plan where you can choose what you really want to use.
