Omnisend Reviews & Product Details

I switched to Omnisend for the automation which is powerful. Not quite as powerful as Klaviyo from what I can tell, but they kept all of the features I'll actually use and cut the fat from the other features I never used.

I haven;t gotten enough experience with this Omnisend but I will update in the future.ll

I like how simple it is to build a workflow and how well it integrates with my shopify store

I havent found any yet. I wish there was a built in preset form to use for "notify me when in stock". For example, when an item is out of stock, the customer would press "notify me when in stock" and a form from omnisend will appear. Omnisend would log the customer email and know which product they were viewing, and then when the item comes back in stock it would email them automatically. Note: I think this functionality is available (havent tried yet), i just wish it was prebuilt like abandoned cart emails and welcome emails, etc

We didnt have email marketing prior to omnisend outside of default shopify emails. Now we are taking our email marketing to the next level allowing us to capture new customers and reengage preexisting customers

Easy to set up and create automation's and campaigns. It is pretty easy to get the hang of and there are also some great in depth instructional videos to point you in the right direction

I use to have a third party company handle my email marketing but I wanted to take control myself. I am not the most tech savvy person in the World so I was looking for something easy to use that would provide me with a professional looking end result. It has enabled me to start to take better control over what my customers are seeing and when. Already it has generated one sale that was bigger than anything the previous service provider managed in 12 months !

I was using another email provider and was very frustrated in trying to figure out how to use, after three months I switched to omnisend. The transition and migrating my customer was so easy. I figured out how to do a landing page in seconds. It has been pleasurable working on omnisend. I should have just started out with them to begin with. There is no complicated terminology and guessing about what to do next. It is easy to set up campaigns. There is plenty of videos and support when I have a question. The solutions are easy to understand and implement. I would encourage people looking for a good email provider to try omnisend. I look forward to grow my email list and working with omnisend. I heard so many positive reviews from other friends who own their business. I like the options that omnisend has for the paid version.

So far I can't complain and there are no dislikes. I'm hoping if I do come across a dislike there will be a positive solution to the problem.

I was able to understand how to do a landing page and how easy it is to send out campaigns. The migrating customers from my previous email provider to Omnisend was so easy which I thought would be possible difficult but they all transferred which was one less burden to worry about. My nurturing series will be easier than my previous provider. I feel confident that I will be able to accomplish what needs to been done to make my business successful with Omnisend. I would recommend Omnisend for the first time email subscriber.

email marketing automation and the sms text messaging. I love how it shows the ppl who signed up that day, or any given day. It has great reporting. The back office is easy to understand. I love how it shows the number of sales as well. So many things. I love how there is an exit feature once someone makes a purchase. This way aren't included in emails that they've already passed.

ummm the previews. On the automation email preview, the preview is so enlarged that its not a good example of the email itself. I ended up looking at the email from my phone to get a better picture of the preview.

Im happy that it takes all the work off myself. As a business owner trying to grow my business, I wear a lot of hats and have a lot of work to do. So anything I can automate, especially email marketing, is a great benefit to me. I love I can set up the forms and direct traffic to it, and the set the email marketing up and yall handle the rest through automation. I LOVE IT.

Great customer service! They are truly helpful and answer all of your questions. This was helpful to me as someone using Omnisend for the first time in the past few days.

At the moment, nothing. I'm still very new to Omnisend so I have to try it out more to come up with cons.

Collecting emails for email marketing. This helps me out with growing my online store as well as keeping a loyal and consistent following.

The ability to segment your list is vital, and Omnisend allows you to do that easily. By linking to your store (which is easy - we use Woocommerce), you can segment based on what people bought, when they bought, and a lot more that I haven't explored yet but plan to. Creating a campaign email is easy, intuitive and the ability to save common elements for future emails is great. The most valuable feature is being able to quickly and easily add products from your store to your email, with just a few clicks.

There is nothing not to like. I haven't had to use their support, so can't comment on that (but not having to use it is a good thing).

We have finally found an email marketing service that is priced affordably for us as a small business and has time-saving and powerful functionality.

Paying to use it... so far i cannot find anything wrong with it.
