The seamless integration with Shopify makes creating email campaigns and automation a breeze. The analytics make it easy to analyze every aspect of each email to better understand what is most effective, and how to improve the next campaign.

I wish that the Yotpo integration allowed us to send the initial review request email directly from Omnisend so that we'd be able to customize the email more than Yotpo's app allows.

Omnisend's automation is an incredible time saver, and allows for better customization over Shopify's standard automated emails.

They provide detailed, high quality tutorials on their youtube channel and in their support documents. They also answered my emails quickly, on a Sunday, even though at the time I was a free user. That impressed me enough that I didn't hesitate to upgrade to a paid customer.

Their materials could use some proofreading. I can tell that many were not written by a native English speaker.

Created an awesome first newsletter. They make powerful tools even for free users.

We've recent transitioned to Omnisend (moved away from Hubspot) and have been impressed so far. It does what we need it to and does it very well. It's quite intuitive and I love the customisation options on email templates (which was very frustrating in Hubspot).

It doesn't seem to have as many automation triggers available as ActiveCampaign (which I've also used) but I haven't yet found something I want that it can't do.

Email automation for eCommerce websites

Very easy to set up and integrate with BigCommerce. Support has been superb and very responsive, and also good at following up with issues. The automation workflow setup is intuitive and very easy to use - creates nice templates also. Pretty easy and quick to set up the templates

The abandoned cart feature is far from optimal when using with BigCommerce - more like an abandoned checkout rather than a true abandoned cart, as the email is only triggered when a customer gets to the payment button. In the abandoned cart email, the button will only bring you to the filled abandoned cart if using the same device. Moving to another device, even if logged into account, will result in an empty cart rather than filled cart.

Wanting a better email marketing tool and managing subscribers and segmenting them etc. So far, it seems to be OK and doing what I want in that sense. Also want a system that integrates better with my eCommerce platform (BigCommerce)

Really like the automation capabilities that Omnisend has to offer which is very easy to set up. Whenever I ran into questions to setup my automation or campaigns a customer service rep was quick to reply and provide step by step instructions and even offer me some other tools they thought I might be interested in using.

Trial period is a little shorter than most apps. Wish it was a 30 day free trial period in order to really get a clearer report on how the app works with my business.

Automated emails have been great especially with abandoned checkouts and I have seen great results with it.

I love the automation workflow and how easy it is to use and test with. I also love how modern the pop up subscribe themes are. Their support is top notch and I learn so much just by checking out the blog or using their knowledge base. I create better content by reading their tutorials. I look forward to diving in deeper to really benefit from Omnisend.

I wish they had more campaign templates to use. I don't like that I can't upload a video into my campaign without needing a third party integration.

I'm just getting started so it's hard to answer this question BUT once I set up automation workflows a huge problem that would be solved is customer interaction/relationship building.

Great email design tools, clever segmentation and omnichannel features

Falling short on the integration space; for example; unable to trigger emails based on when an order is delivered, something a Merchant tool provides without the need for 3rd party integrations.

I'm yet to see any groundbreaking results with automation. However, I've realised how easy it is to create emails without the need for a developer

I like how Omnisend really walks you through how to create all of the automations / workflows and also gives you suggestions of workflows that would be helpful specifically for our business. I also find the dashboard to be very user friendly which is extremely important for me.

I do wish that there was a bit more in terms of design customization. I am a graphic designer so customization is definitely something I value more than the average person. Instead I have to design my emails in photoshop first and then import as images.

We have definitely grown our subscriber list substantially since we switched over to Omnisend. We have also been able to target back a ton of abandoned carts that we were not able to retrieve when we were using Mailchimp. We are also doing a lot more automations in general that weren't available to us before.

Onmi send integrates painlessly from within Shopify and allows you to build fantastic emails that pull straight from your Shopify website content. Very easy to use - no training or support needed. The professional themes and template help you to build impressive emails and the reporting is great too.

Once you are used to the interface, there's not much else to complain about. I did not find the application difficult to use at all.

Omnisend is much better than the Mailchimp config I used before, and it integrates straight into the Shopify backend making it much easier to use for Shopify users and email campaigns.

The template design and set up is very easy to use and customize. I love the ability to track my emails to see what works and what doesn't. The automation also lets me focus on other aspects of my marketing.

I feel like the templates are fairly basic/boring. There isn't much inspiration you can get or have anything fancy in your emails. However, this makes Omnisend simpler to use

Creating a automation its very easy you don't have to be an expert or even know the app, omnisend really makes my life easier. Also the prices are really fair when you compare to the competitors it the best option in terms of price compare to features, also its really good that as son that you start getting more and more contacts the prices go up but at reasonable scale.

I don't like not having the option to make this a CRM for my whole team, that would be a really nice feature.

I had solve the problems that i was having trying to customize the emails that the native Shopify store has, off corse paying for omnisend its worth it.

It is pretty easy and intuitive to set up. Automated workflows are great and once set up not much additional work needed.

More templates for newsletters would be helpful.

Grown my business by Shopify integration. Able to see when email series have been sent and what I need to do to tweak them. Marketing Automation have really helped contribute to my sales funnel and increased sales and drive traffic to my website.

I love how user friendly it is! Seems easy to collect and gather email addresses.

I think setting up automations like abandoned cart isn't quite as user friendly but I can usually figure it out.

I love how easy it is to choose product from my own side. This is such a very unique way to create your newsletter. Fast easy and almost fun!

If you are used to it and want more features it gets expansive fast, but thats with all systems out there.

We just use the Newsletter part since we are a small comony and cant afford more at this time, but omnisend makes it so easy and fast if you have an online store to creat a newsletter I wish we could use it more often.

Very easy to create emails and add products. You can pick products right from the store and have them instantly added to the email so that subscribers can click the product right from the email and purchase very easily. I also like the reports that are available to view too. Options such as seeing a click map is amazing to measure what content is being acted on more than others. The ability to save templates is amazing too. Just drop and drag and it slides right in! What more could you ask for in a email service?

The only downside I can think of is that they should work on customer support. I had a few problems with tech support early on when I started using the service. Since then, I haven't had any issues that I can think of at the moment. I would like the option to be able to be it more easy to save templates and information. So that it can be added whenever I would create new emails from scratch.

It has improved the click through rate of my stores and sales have increased. The emails are causing sales in my online store. My subscribers see the new products and discounts added weekly and the then purchase those items. The interaction between my burins and my subscribers is benefitting immensely. I have have feedback from my subscribers that say they love the emails and that they look amazing.

Easy to use with simple, straightforward templates that still have the flexibility to change to your own liking. Cost is also affordable and worth the all-around benefits and options Omnisend provides.

I'd like to see more template options that incorporate text movement because it seems like a trend that subscribers react well to, but other than that I really enjoy Omnisend and its options alongside the analytics page that gives real-time feedback of the success of your campaigns and/or flows.

I don't have any issues with Omnisend and I've noticed what you're getting for the cost of each package and how this far outweighs what other email marketing brands tend to offer. Omnisend also integrates easily to my Shopify store which makes everything feel more cohesive and makes the management aspect easier.

I like the automated workflows I can create. I just click and drop in the logo or information I want in my email.

I don't like that text messaging is not included in the membership plan.

I love the simplicity of Omnisend. When I use it, I know with confidence that I'm sending what needs to be sent! There is nothing better than sending out a mass email that didn't take too long to create, that does the job well. I love that the price is flexible and meets the users needs!

The only thing I would improve is the automation. I feel there should be more options. This isn't a huge issue, but I'm sure it would improve the experience! So far so good.

I'm solving many problems with Omnisend. It has helped me really use email marketing how it should be used, while also teaching me tons about my audience! The setup is clean, it's simple and it's truly helpful.

It is very easy to navigate and there is help 24/7 if you need it

I don't have much control over where the email campaigns go (a lot of them go into junk folders or are not seen)

I am able to build a email list and audience, it is easy to do A/B email marketing to see which emails perform best, campaigns are easy to set up and you can draft them and come back to them later, I can see the analytics of the email campaigns to see how many are being opened, how many clicks they are receiving etc.

I love the live view. It allows me to better determine the validity of traffic to our site at any given time. As a result, I can gauge more accurately where and how I need to follow up on each customer.

I am not a fan of the pricing. I think that the pricing should be more all encompassing and better geared for small businesses. I also would love to see more fluid templates and a larger database of predetermined or preset styles.

I've had a better conversion rate overall with Omnisend.

Being able to send out professional emails that are polished and eye catching has helped to spread the word about my store.

We run several stores on Shopify and it is super easy to integrate Omnisend with them. I also like their email campaign builders, pop-up builders, and reporting.

I think that pop up builder lacks some important features to enable building unique looking pop ups.
