The tool is very powerful and intuitive.

I haven't experienced downsides until now.

We use omnisend for communicating with customers through email (+ some of the other features, like forms and syncing lists with facebook ads). The benefit is their flushed out segmentation.

The platform is very intuitive, easy to use. In addition to that, there are many valuable articles that help you with new features.

Although it is very ready-to-use, at the same time, it may seem a bit too structured sometimes.

I use Omnisend to inform my customers about new products and special discounts. This helps increase product sales, sales that otherwise we would not be having.

I love the email automations that my account manager helped me set up quickly and efficiently. They have helped scale my business with little maintenance. I also love the detailed segmenting options that integrate with my Shopify store. It allows me to send specific email campaigns for various customer segments. I also love their SMS and how it can be utilized within the automations to work in tandem with the emails.

I wish they had some better reporting and analytics. We have hundreds of SKUs on our website so it would be great if I could easily see what product(s) was/were purchased from campaigns at a glance.

I am a one-woman marketing department and Omnisend has allowed me to send automated and successful manual email marketing campaigns that drive huge revenue with minimum effort.

Omnisend has an excellent customer service team. Their reps are responsive and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for helping us set everything up on Shopify.

Omnisend offered a great solution for email marketing - especially for automated emails.

The simplicity of how easy it is to use the website to structure the emails to send out to customers. The software is very user friendly compared to others I have tried.

I was a little bit disappointed when they changed the pricing structure recently. It is definitely still worth paying for. I would like video tutorials with tips and advice on how to make emails better.

I was struggling to alert customers to sales when we would discount items. Omnisend allows us to let them know when we have a promotion and it has increased our revenue. It also allows us to track how many customers are returning using their detailed reports

Easy automation settings. You don't need code HTML to get things done.

VERY LIMITED metric options. You have to go mail per mail to see your unsubscribers, sales per period,etc, there's no clickmap for mails in automations.

I love how intuitive the app itself is and how many customizable options it gives you for your email marketing. It has a lot of different options and integrations.

I dislike how the app isn't entirely free. You have to have less than a certain amount of subscribers to be able to use the "free" version, otherwise you'll have to pay.

I am solving the problem of not interacting with my email list, and the benefits i have realized is i am able to put my brand out in front of my already interested subscriber list.

Fast customer service and super helpful too. Alot of options of creating atuomations, segments and campaigns. The Monthly fee of 16 bucks has alot of value for money.

The only feature I found somewhat harder to work with was to create segments and also so send an email only to those new members for these segment, excluding the ones I already sent the campaign

I'm fully automating and improving my email responses to any trigger clients might activate, and also very easy to create and send many static campaigns

What I like best is their email sequence.

I don't know how much I will be paying once i enter my contacts.

It is solving my cohesives email marketing options.

I have really enjoyed using Omnisend as part of our marketing strategy. I am not someone who was trained in design or coding, so a platform that makes it easy to create, follow up and keep track of our email efforts is vital, and Omnisend does just that. It easily integrates with our ecommerce site, and it's been a joy to run a/b tests, create segemnts, come up with automated campaigns and explore all that email has to offer with Omnisend. Would highly recommend to any marketer looking for an email tool that's easy to set up (in all aspects) and for smaller teams who really need to be able to do it all.

Creating audience segments can be hard and takes some time to get used to, but once you get the hand of it, using those is great to optimize email marketing campaigns.

We are trying to generate more awareness of our brand and products within a very specific niche. Email has really helped us understand our target and what messages can help drive sales.

My favorite feature is the Giftable, Wheel of Fortune. Not only does the feature increase sales without trying, but you can grow your email list by requiring them to enter their email prior to spending the wheel.

I'm not too fond of the lack of choices in email templates. I wish we had more of a selection to entice our customers to spend more.

Sadly, our email open rate has been low, and I've been brainstorming how to increase sales. Thankfully, I signed up for SMS, and my sales have increased.

Email marketing has always been one task I love to avoid because I thought it required a lot of settings. When I got introduced to Omnisend, it has been a relief. I love its simplicity and it doesn't require setting ups. Its quick to start with and most importantly its user friendly. Omnisend allows me to grow my business through email marketing and also have the ability to build landing pages. I love how Omnisend gives you ideas on how to gain customers or retain them. The templates are straightforward to use. The reports are also beneficial. The live support chat is very responsive as well.

It would be nice to be able to segment by gender while using the product recommender. Right now, it's not possible. Also, I would like to see improved is ability to add video The free option doesn't have the automations and it's a big step going to the standard plan which is $30 per month. Would be nice to have like a "a la carte" plan where you can choose what you really want to use.

Gaining customers automation for abandoned carts shipping confirmation and order confirmation with branded emails. You can see what is working on not and make adjustments.

THE PRICE!! I cannot believe how much I was paying before. Now aside from that,it's super easy to use and set up, get reports and manage your campains and forms.

Honestly, the only thing I don't like is the safe send in the beginning. It's a little annoying but still worth it because it ends up going away.

Nice tool to have live report about what happening on site. Great automations for abdoned carts, abdoned product visits. I have not explore all the features till now, but it is very easy to work comparing to Mailchimp.

I do not like that you can't send emails to individual customers easily.

My email campaigns are automated! I have literally scheduled all my emails for summer so that I can take my summer vacation without having to worry about email marketing.

Email and text campaigns are so easy to create and can be customized to however we want.

There could always be more options of what you can do within the emails.

It's the best way to communicate to our subscribers.

I like how easy it is to figure out. They also provided instructions when I needed to validate my email list.

Would be nice if we could purchase SMS credits in smaller quantities.

I realized that my email list needed to be cleaned and validated. Omnisend helped me figure this out. Now I can send email marketing with more confidence that my newsletters won't land in people's spam folders.

The most helpful thing about omnisend is the segments of customers and the many different variables you can select segment the customers into. We like that we can select customers based on if they opened the previous campaign email or not. We like the statistics that we are provided with such as email open rate, email unsubscriber rate as well the graph that shows the open rate within 24 hours.

We haven't found anything that we have disliked and we have been using omnisend since February 2021. If I may add, as much as we like the graph that shows the open rate of emails, we would suggest that the graph shows the open rate for the first 48 hours rather than the first 24 hours. In our industry and with our audience (mostly mothers), we have seen that our customers tend to open emails within 48 hours and this graph would be very useful for our brand to know.

What benefits have we realized- we are able to see which products our customers view the most and this helps us to include these products in our next email. We, as a brand are becoming more aware of our user's journey as they go through the website. We are able to see what time they visit the website, how long they stay on the website and which product category they visit, and in what order they navigate the website.

I am an a brand new small business owner and not very tech savvy but Omnisend doesn't care 😁. This is what I like most. You can know how to do everything or nothing like me and Omnisend gives you the same peace of mind. Step by step, plain English through out their site gives us little guys a leg up.

I haven't found anything yet. I still run on a very small scale but Inhabe had no problems getting started.

I have a customer "grabber" on auto pilot. I don't have to worry about capturing emails. My system is set up and running smoothly and that is what I love.

The software made such a drastic change in sales. The templates are easy to amend. The support was great.
