The best thing about omnisend is the ease of usability + understanding of the software. When I was doing my trial, I did not even have to look through a guide, I literally could see right in front of me what I had to do! I felt excited and stress-free, especially since I am NOT tech savvy and HATE learning new interfaces. The organisation of the campaigns & segments are fantastic.

The user interface is very easy to use and the email funnels are easily customizable. It was incredibly easy to get up and running and I could instantly chat with support.

I have switched back n forth between a few email providers trying to find the right one to fit my needs after about 2 months and trying different ones I came right back to Omnisend each time I find it user friendly. A lot easier for me to navigate and understand how to use the features provided. Other ones I could not understand how to work certain things tech-wise and was very frustrated with omnisend I'm not flustered I can easily compile my emails and understand my steps with each email I do.
So far nothing I wish you guys would offer a trial for the upgraded version just to see. I just upgraded for the month cause I would like to test the other features now I only have an email list of 25 people since I recently just launched.
It makes my work so much easier to have the buttons there and not having to navigate and try to find certain things to use where here it's all right there and at my use to cut my work in half.
What I like best about Omnisend are the multi-channel automation (email, text, A/B splits etc) and the brilliant, easy to deploy sign up forms. The system is allowing our company to quickly identify segments of our audience to better target them with the right product. This is producing more engagement & in turn, sales. The templates we have used to create the automation were so easy to brand using our own imagery and logos. The A/B split also enables us to compare ideas and allow real life results didtate the direction of communication with our audience, Overall, I am confident Omnisend is the best overall email automation and marketing platform we have worked with, We will 100% be upgrading our free trial to one of the plans offered.
After using Omnisend everyday during the free trial, I have not find anything I dislike. If I was obligated to mention something, I would say I would like the facebook integration to be part of the standard plan instead of only being available in the Pro Plan. It would also be useful for the opt-in policies to be a little shorter than they are. They end up using up so much space at the bottom of our forms which can look messy. There is not much to dislike at this stage, we have been happy with the overall product.
Omnisend is helping our company free up time. Enabling our small team to be more productive with the time it does have. By solving this problem, Omnisend is helping us correctly targeting the right audience with the right products. It is allowing our company to better engage with clients. This engagement has been converting in an increase in social media followers and overall brand engagement. We are excited to see how this engagement converts in the long-term when applying it to a much greater number of followers. It seems that developing "Raving-Fans" will be made easier with the help of Omnisend.
I like the dashboard and how easy it is to see the number of new email and SMS subscribers as well as the sources of revenue, whether from Omnisend or other places. I also enjoy the heat map feature so I can easily see which links people are clicking on within my email messages.
Some of the email content editing features are a bit limited though they generally work well enough for my needs. It would be nice to be able to edit the HTML for the emails for formatting purposes instead of needing to rely on the pre-made drag and drop content boxes.
I use Omnisend to create a closer relationship with my email subscribers by sending them personal thank you messages and sending out specific announcement campaigns. I haven't seen much revenue yet because of these efforts, but the reporting is very helpful in terms of understanding the impact my messages are having. I especially like the heat map feature so I can see which links people are clicking on in my emails.

I am really happy about the ability to see how people are using the campaign emails we send out and how much it increases their cart value.
I would like to be able to have customers request a notification when something is out of stock (I believe this feature is currently in the works), and I would also like to send emails to customers so they can review particular products.
We had an issue where we were manually adding people to our marketing list, we also had lots of emails going out that all looked very different. Now it all looks like it comes from the same place and our customer addition is integrated into our website.
