"Unique Delivery Method for Presentations"
What do you like best about ON24?

We are a month into our contract with ON24, and so far I have been very pleased with the top level of customer service we have received. We are using ON24 to deliver our professional development content for teachers across our state, and I am excited about the abundance of possibilities that ON24 brings to us.

What do you dislike about ON24?

While the platform is very easy to navigate, both from the participant side and the creator side, there are a few more steps involved that I originally anticipated. Since we are curating content from all over the state, we need to be more intentional on how we collect our information. Not a huge negative, but it is taking a little more time than originally planned.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are hoping to provide educators in our state with professional development that is relevant, robust, and most importantly, available when they need it. We really think ON24 is going to help us provide an innovative solution to deliver content when it is most needed, unique to each participant.

"Resident ON24 Guru: Content Experience, Templates, and Analytics"
What do you like best about ON24?

It's all-around a great platform, but the best parts are the support and transparency around platform updates and a ton of resources available directly from ON24 to help with both getting started and with customizing. It also provides some great analytic options in easily readable dashboards.

What do you dislike about ON24?

The archiving options aren't as varied as I would like them to be. Ultimately it would be great to be able to actively edit and choose which parts are going into the archive (ie. times 0:00-5:00 show only the video player, 5:00-8:00 only media player, and so on for switches). And, as much as I love the analytics, a lot of the report pulling is very manual and has to be pulled by individual webinar event.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to take an offering my company had and really turn it around into a real product that looks professional and branded consistently across all the webcasts we offer.

What do you like best about ON24?

ON24 provides a complete webinar experience to keep our audience engaged while providing an extremely easy to use format that is simple for both the attendees and presenters to use. I love the ability to change the appearance to our fit our business, add resources to an event in several formats, customize polls/surveys. The automated email reminders are extremely useful, freeing up my valuable time before the event so I can be fully prepared to present. The resources available to me from ON24, to guide you through any kind of event are plentiful, easy to understand and a great way to host events in ways we hadn’t originally planned. We love the On-Demand option! They offer great support team, and quick to resolve issues.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I wish our PowerPoint slides could have animation within an On24 event. I'd also like to have a pointer feature or the ability to draw on the presentation slides while presentin.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

On24 sends out event reminder emails and follow up emails, which saves a huge amount of time for us since we host so many sessions monthly. We also don't have to spend a lot of time trying to help people with tech issues to access/view the event.

What do you like best about ON24?

I love the ability to really customize and brand the on24 console between images, videos, etc. It allows my org to really add variety to each webinar experience. This has been really important as we are currently running all events as virtual. As we produce more digital events, I am able to really customize each event to provide a new experience for our audience. I have also become more adventurous in trying new on24 features like including a bumper video at the top of each webinar, using speaker camera, utilizing the simu-live event experience, and much more. Also, the customer support is top-notch. I am constantly reaching out to my CSM with questions on how to improve my webcasts, what new features to try, and best practices in hosting a successful event.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I dislike the 2500 attendee cap that is currently in effect.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to continue to share content with our customers and prospects, even though there are no live events. In addition, we are able to reach a much larger audience than we would have in the past. We were able to move out yearly live event, which reached about 500+ industry experts, to a two-hour simu-live event that reached out 3,000+. This was a huge win for us as an organization and it was well-received by our customers and prospects.

"The Webinar Platform that can do it all"
What do you like best about ON24?

I love the ease of using the platform and the ability to easily run webinars globally. I never encountered any issues with running live events.

What do you dislike about ON24?

I wish the tool would accept more animations. The simulive functionality can defiantly improve by extending the length of the video clips to more than 10 minutes which is currently the max.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to easily scale my webinar program. I also love the analytics that can give me a read on the leads that are coming in.

What do you like best about ON24?

Hosting a virtual event requires a hefty amount of work - On24's platform takes a lot of the heavy leg work out of the set-up. Not to mention the insights provided far exceed those of competitors.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Learning all of the features of the system takes time but well worth it! By adding a managed service option it alleviated most of the pain points when our team first started out.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can attract new leads while providing high-value resources to our business community.

"great, browser base platform with consistent results"
What do you like best about ON24?

I like that there is no download needed, which makes it easier for both speakers and the audience to participate. Each webinar gives the options of audio or video format and the experience is consistent for both. The front end is super customizable and the engagement tools are very thorough for adding additional information (like supporting documents, links, speaker bios, etc.). I also like that i've never had audio issues with this platform. With others, i've found problems when two speakers are not muted at once. The support is also really great, I think I'm on a first name basis with the live chat support reps at this point.

What do you dislike about ON24?

Until you get to know the ins and outs of the admin, it's not super intuitive. Links for the registration page and the presentation console are not placed in the most obvious places. The slides take a bit of time to upload, so you need to plan ahead of a presentation or dry run to ensure there aren't any issues. There's also a bug that happens from time to time where the slides won't advance for certain presenters, which has always been solved by one browser refresh.

What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eliminating the option of all live events for the rest of the FY has been a challenge for most of my clients. on24 provides a terrific platform to quickly spin up webinars and share important information with the users who need it most.
