Super simple interface, that makes it easy to learn. We've integrated with Zapier to capture web visitor information and form fills, and it works well. Does nearly everything the bigger named brands do, affordably.
The only downside is that there aren't a ton of integrations, so we have to use Zapier. Not a big deal - we're still able to do everything we need to do.
Keeping our team on the same page (or should I say OnePage) when it comes to new business inquiries from prospects or additional estimate from existing clients.
Simple to use and the email tracking feature that they have added is GREAT!
I don't like the way they orginize the Contact/Orginization. But that is based on my needing to see whats going on with multiple contacts on the same page as I'm talking to someone & know whats going on with every other contact at a glance.

The super fast to view and time/date ordered sales actions with users notes for each action.
It would be handy if the organisation logo appeared by default for all contacts in that organisation.
All customer comms visible across the team means far less time searching and checking. Easy to create a task and assign it to a colleague. Easy to share contact notes with colleagues.
The pipeline feature has been a game-changer for my team. Getting each sales rep to include a deal to the lead has given them and the business a clearer vision of what deals will likely come in and which ones need nurturing more.
As much as I like the pipeline feature, I would like to have the option of more extended labels for each stage of the pipeline. Extended labels are handy for new starters adjusting and learning all about the different stages.
It's helping my team stay on top of leads and not let them slip through. Before, we had many issues with reps not knowing how many clients they pitched; out of those pitched, which ones were more bought in and which ones needed more nurturing? Now they and I have a clear idea of who we've pitched, where they are in the buyer's journey, how much time we need to dedicate to each lead and when to close them down.
I love the database and be able to mass email selected clients in my database

The price point is incredible for the services included. The product if straight forward and makes the basics of CRM easy. There is a nice assortment of advanced features for the sales process that can help you with "closing" the sale.
Lead clipper is chrome only and in practice is not great. They are great at constantly improving features and I'm sure it will get better over time.
Getting all our leads into one place without having to pay huge monthly fees common in "larger" solutions.
