Something that I really loved about Overloop is the workflow in addition to the accuracy meter when it comes to finding emails. A lot of email finders just give you either a positive result of your search or a negative one. Overloop really goes the extra mile with prospect workflows as well as some feedback about how confident they are about the email address search results.
The only thing that I dislike about Overloop is truly the price. If all the competition they have many might not directly see the value and just go to a competitor or simply to Linkedin.
Overloop truly helps you solve problems such as prospect corporate emails. As a new agency or freelancer, it is hard to get in touch with stakeholders or decision-makers. Overloop really is god-sent.
The LinkedIn-tool makes prospecting a breeze! Workflows are intuitively visualized and easy to edit with its drag-and-drop mechanics.
Some development in the fields of UX & UI would make the experience even smoother. Data visualization could also be more centered in one place and give a better view of all relevant metrics.

The deals and the pipeline part of Prospect.io is really great

Prospect.io has fantastic email automation features to nature the target market with personalized emails.
They can improve on the prospect finding feature by integrating more data of people.
We use Prospect.io to reach out to potential customers via email through the email automation tool.
Timely responses from the customer service team, reasonable price, and intuitive layout.
There were a few bugs, but the customer service team responded within 24 hours to each of my requests and tried to resolve. It would be nice to be able to have 1on1 phone calls to troubleshoot these bugs (rather than just chat & email). The email finder could also be better (it's not correct as often as I'd like).
For lean teams that want to automate prospecting / outbound sales efforts, Prospect.io is great.
Tracking is the best feature I could immediately think of. It provides easy ot use and in depth analytics which makes executives life easy to run maximum email campaigns. Team dashboard is also very informative to track easily. It supports majority of integrations. Setting up email workflows is also smooth which we could do without any training. I strongly recommend to purchase.
If they can provide mobile app, it can make it very handy.
It has brought lot of transparency withing the team and very easy to track analytics at team level. Overall team productivity has improved by 40%.
The fact that it shows you how many clicks were on your email, how many times it was opened, if the emails are not good, you will receive a notification that it was bounced. Good tool for automations, they can be made very personalized and also you have lots of templates available for different approaches.
The fact that you can only send aprox 100 emails per hour, sometimes the platform doesn't find the emails you want from some countries.
I found out what emails caught up attention to my leads, it's easier to send an email with they're templates, rather than doing it all by myself.
Staff is very prompt at connecting, I like it. It has been a good experience. Really helps using third party lists and avoiding all the problems other systems create for those who use these lists. It is a natural part of business using solicitations through email (like snail mail).

Its extremely easy and intuitive to use, building a database of prospects takes very little time. The integration with linkedin is very impressive.
There are a few features which I think would be useful, but the team is always developing having just released a new automations feature which may solve some of my requirements.
