Overloop changed the way I do sales prospection. It is user friendly, efficient and it is a time saver. We are using it for prospecting and we are happy about the results

- very smooth and understandable UI, reminds me of Mailchimp at it's best. - excellent support, and customer journey - wide range of features for outreach itself and lead management (sequences, automated workflows, unified inbox, etc.) - easy onboarding with a step-by-step automated guide and extensions - integrated with Linkedin for outreach and for pulling info - integrated with Salesforce
so far - nothing substantial seems to be a problem. In the future it would be good to have campaign drafts auto-saved- to make sure we don't loose the sequence drafts :)

The features are robust and making emails automation smooth and easy for all. The integration process and working is best and easy to connect and implement. The features in this applications are outstanding and making you to manage your all email portfolios and accounts all at one location. Automated email generating features are outstanding and also giving you the advantage or feature to send and schedule the mails at larger scale. The marketing capabilities increase your sales and enhence the customers and manage you to track, generate leads and track follow ups. It is also supported to be used with the chrome which makes it accessible from any where at any time.
Data exportong facility is not much accurate and faster, needs some kind of improvement in it. Also I have experienced that when using Overloop web version, it consumes more space or screen storage and results in lagging of the system and delay in processing.
The automated marketing features best helped and resulted in generating us with more leads and consulting more customers to our services. The customer engagement and interaction has been improved and enhenced a lot after we had started using Overloop software. The email content varification process is very much helping and giving us the capability of improving and enhencing the marketing content quality. The AI marketing features have helped in increasing sales and managing marketing content.
The workflow of creating a campaign. It is super intuitive and easy to create deep and meaningful sequences to engage prospects. I am impressed.
Integration with Hubspot seems to be limited. Can't create tasks which is a shame.

The easy extension makes sure to have a fast and reliable experience for Email finding and Cold Email Campaigns. The cost of the platform is for sure bearable + the interface is very straightforward.
Sometimes the email finding option can be for old emails but this is a small percentage of the other good ones. It depends ofcourse per company and search (for example on LinkedIn).
It makes sending out emails very easy and straightforward to set up. I don't have to put in my agenda to set reminders on campaigns and can make sure to send follow up emails as thread.
the UX is flawless, making it very easy to use and its something you don't forget you have. one thing to note, i would recommend hoping on a call with the overlook team to have a in-depth tutriroal so you can get the most out of it.

Have used at two companies now and really like how easy Overloop is to use and the accuracy of the contact details they provide back. Particularly like their Linkedin extension and how they actually source contacts - you can easily get contacts that are not available in zoominfo and other tools like apollo.io.
I have no negative views on overloop, I think it's a great solution.

Automating in Overloop is like cutting a loaf of freshly baked bread, easy! I like a lot the fact they took the "check for 1st connection" into account, because that's something I didn't find anywhere else yet.
It would be even more epic if they would wait until a Li connection request is accepted to proceed to the next step, but they are working on it!
Doing outreach at scale as well as monitoring LinkedIn limits. Imagine you would have to do all of this manually... would take much more time, as well as a heck of lot more admin.

Not everything is good in Overloop; the email section is limited and needs improvement.

I wish they had left the ability to choose how accurate the email harvesting tool was. I thought this was a great feature.

The campaign tool is very powerful once you've realised the extent of its abilities, the learning curve can be really small but you'll miss a lot of the advanced re-marketing features.
Sometimes i feel you can do too much with the platform, maybe a system of bringing the feature in more slowly (something like a game tutorial would be more helpful)
The remarketing system is fantastic for me, it means we can setup and forget mostly while it keeps our customers engaged and intune with our services. Saves me hiring another member of staff to do the job it can

The only thing that I dislike about Overloop is truly the price. If all the competition they have many might not directly see the value and just go to a competitor or simply to Linkedin.

Tracking is the best feature I could immediately think of. It provides easy ot use and in depth analytics which makes executives life easy to run maximum email campaigns. Team dashboard is also very informative to track easily. It supports majority of integrations. Setting up email workflows is also smooth which we could do without any training. I strongly recommend to purchase.
If they can provide mobile app, it can make it very handy.
It has brought lot of transparency withing the team and very easy to track analytics at team level. Overall team productivity has improved by 40%.
The fact that it shows you how many clicks were on your email, how many times it was opened, if the emails are not good, you will receive a notification that it was bounced. Good tool for automations, they can be made very personalized and also you have lots of templates available for different approaches.
The fact that you can only send aprox 100 emails per hour, sometimes the platform doesn't find the emails you want from some countries.
I found out what emails caught up attention to my leads, it's easier to send an email with they're templates, rather than doing it all by myself.
Its extremely easy and intuitive to use, building a database of prospects takes very little time. The integration with linkedin is very impressive.
There are a few features which I think would be useful, but the team is always developing having just released a new automations feature which may solve some of my requirements.

I use Prospect.io with Linkedin Sales Navigator - this is a very powerful combination. Prospect.io makes collecting lead information from a sales navigator search very easy, and building prospect lists for scheduled drip campaigns can be done in minutes. Being able to track lead interactions with your email is also really handy when hunting and trying to gauge their level of interest. This is the second company I have used this tool at and I will take it with me wherever I go. Highly recommend.
It would be handy if when using the chrome plugin on a Linkedin search you could de-select contacts whose details you don't wish to collect. For example - If I do a linkedin search and want to collect 23 of the 25 search results on a page I have to do those 23 manually, rather than select the two contacts I wish to skip
