I like simplicity and Pipefy delivers me it. Not just for me, but to the hole team. Pipefy is simple but powerful and complete. Everything we want to control, we can do inside it. I love the way we can concentrate all information inside the platform, such as emails, comments, documents, and everything else.

Sometimes I think new improvements could be faster. Another point that could be very important is to export databases. We always reconsider inputting all our data inside Pipefy because it's not possible to export some items later. I also would like if it was possible to chat inside Pipefy. It'd be possible to do more in it.

Operation control, team remote work, and more. We just could abandon dozens of e-mails and focus on what's more important for us. Since we adopted Pipefy for BPM we've never had problems with due dates or something like this. Even some tools told to be specific for accountants couldn't deliver the same performance on processes control inside our organization.

Its simplicity and how easy it is to use. To create automations is the easiest part and you can do a lot with just a few hours of learning.

I find the number of rules and automations very limited (if you don't sign up for a premium signature)

I am solving pretty much everything with Pipefy. We have all our clients connected with us through the tool and we receive, since new demands from corrections on our service as well. I have realized we have automated the whole process of sending e-mails. By the way, that is something the tool does it by itself. You can configure to have e-mails sent every other phase it goes to or through.

We use Pipefy to control the leads of new projects, we control the cash and new investments and we have a pipe for each project to be managed, so we can have a better control of whats happening in a certain project and be transparent with the company. We use the sprint app (sprint planner), to be able to control how many point a project have in a week, so that using Scrum, we can control the progress of the project i am and the project i am beeing the manager. We also use Pipefy to help our trainees look what activities they need to do, so they dont get lost.

Ease of use: Pipefy is a very useful and ease of use platform. With just a few clicks, it's possible to create a whole process to control and manage tasks using workflows (Kanban style). It's simple to create but it's not a simple platform since you can find a lot of integrations, automation, and features to help you create the workflow you need. Pipefy's Support: The support is really great. They are always prepared to help you in a very short time.

Lack of functionalities: Considering all of their features, integrations, and also automation, Pipefy has a lack of functionalities which sometimes can be painful. For example, it's not possible to do a math calculation in a Number Field (but you can do this in the report page which is not the case most of the times). Also, as another example, it's not possible to extract a whole database with just one click.It's some details that they may (and should) fix in the future.

Pipefy can solve all of your problems when it's related to organize some task or just create a simple workflow to manage your team. The main benefit it's the possibility of creating these workflows very quickly. You don't have to mind with Pipefy, you just have to mind with what you really need: your process. Integrações são sempre complexas né, fica aqui uma dica para tentar encontrar uma fórmula mágica para integrar com outras aplicações sem muito esforço para o usuário.

Estou usando a versão free, então por enquanto parametrizei apenas dois quadros onde eu faço o controle de funcionalidades e melhorias que precisamos fazer na nossa aplicação e o outro quadro estou começando a utilizar que é o CRM desenhado para o nosso negócio, ainda estamos apanhando na fase de captura de leads então não deu pra testar a aplicação como um todo.

Well we're mostly used to using older management tools like those from Atlassian (Old and easy to get lost into). In Pipefy it is super easy to find what I am looking for.

Muito pouco tempo para usar o premium, até eu convencer o pessoal da empresa que o Pipefy pode ser realmente algo útil, já acabou o tempo. Por isso tenho começado por setores/processos pequenos e específicos. Lembrando que a empresa está completa de pessoas leigas e que não tem uma noção básica de gestão de processos.

O Pipefy tem ajudado aos funcionários da seguinte forma: manterem um "padrão" quanto ao comprimento dos fluxogramas de processos; responsável por cada etapa do processo estar por dentro do que está acontecendo e em qual "fase" estaria o trabalho em questão, sem ter que ir na mesa de cada um perguntar algo; padronização ao inserir informações, facilitando e melhorando a qualidade das informações aos que estão envolvidos nos processos; por último, mas não menos importante, aproveitamos para criar um registro de clientes, que não tínhamos antes.

it's the best program for me to manage my IT workflow. it allows me to know what's going on and be in control of the integrated systems at all times and always is at my finger tips.

I actually can't think of anything that I don't like with this, it's excellent
