I am impressed with Pipefy's intuitive, user-friendly interface. It was easy to get started and use complex features without feeling overwhelmed! With this efficient tool, I was able to quickly create functional flowcharts that accurately represented my idea or plan - an invaluable resource for professional exhibitors like myself. It facilitates real-time communication between team members, which makes collaboration much easier than using traditional design documents. Overall, I find the Pipefy app extremely useful.

Although Pipefy is a great platform, there are certain areas where it could be improved. In particular, the registration process leaves a lot to be desired, as its complexity makes the entire sign-up process time consuming and cumbersome. However, compared to competitors such as Lucidspark, which has numerous advantages and superior qualities that make up for issues like this

Pipefy solves the problem of remote collaboration by providing an easy-to-use platform that allows me to communicate my ideas quickly and clearly. I can use post-it notes, diagrams and visuals to explain what needs to be done - without having to take photos or search for images later to review our work.

Contains a database for the location of bottlenecks that prevent the smooth running of processes. This way we can closely monitor that activity that is slowing us down, and solve the problem easily. I love the many workflow templates it has, it is very easy to make any project or work plan and they are very customizable, so we can adapt them to our company. It also has accounting functions such as purchase order management, accounting and invoicing, which allows us to keep better control of all project costs.

The update of the progress of the tasks is not entirely in real time, as it takes a long time to report these advances and make them visual for the entire work team. The fact that the payment is per user and not a global cost for the software is frustrating, as we would like more team members to be involved in the system and it is not possible due to the cost. I would like them to include more advanced features such as performance and time of activities, perhaps the Gantt chart would help a lot to better visualize the time of activities being performed and if they are behind schedule.

Thanks to Pipefy we can perform workflows quickly and easily and keep in order all the management of daily activities that are performed in the office, in different projects. The bottleneck search function is very efficient and we use it a lot, to detect any failure or slowness in the activities and be able to focus on them, so that no process is stopped or delayed. It contains a large number of customizable templates, easy to adapt to any project or process of activities that you want to start. It has important databases that allow to speed up the work, such as customer, employee, contact and bottleneck databases to detect activities that are delaying the work. Management of interviews, candidates and employee payroll, allows us to keep track of employees from their entry in the same software.

Pipefy is easily to develop and sustain digital process.

Pipefy needs change the way to create workflows. Only Kanban can't be the best way to complicated process

Pipefy can be used to digitalize processes, orchestrate basic processes with others service with APIs, create a MVP apps, and other applications.

Easy to use kanban style, editing is simple and effective, forms allow you to cross and double check information submitted. I specially like the permission functionality, since it allow different teams to access the appropriate information.

Saving changes can be a little complicated when you are not familiar with the "double save", so can be setting up dates. It would work best if saving would become integrating instead of having to double save as it is right now.

Remote project management. It makes it easy to establish an integrated source of information and processes.

Easy to use. Easy to visualize process status. You can see where you are in a given data system - in this case in approving, verifying and storing certain information. Helps to eliminate errors where things can fall through the approval system. Archives information well outside of an email system.

Requires some training for people - and puts more reliance on people to follow the system. Need to have some one to maintain it - where instead you might be using a more loose/manual tracking system.

Tracking change orders that need to go through multiple approval process and that need some levels of approval and then archiving of information. Pipefy communicates the information well in a form, and tracks the status of that information so we know where to push to get things moving.
