Conditional fields enable us to develop forms for dynamic and complex processes, all while keeping the forms looking clean and straightforward. The tool is easy to learn and use and comes with many embedded tutorials and resources to make it easy to get started. When additional support is needed, the Pipefy staff and community are incredibly helpful and friendly. The cost is reasonable, particularly at the enterprise level.

Some of the tools within Pipefy are disconnected or not seamlessly accessed from a single page. However, Pipefy regularly updates the layout and design, increasing the integration of all elements.

We had outdated forms that were in PDF format. Most of our staff do not have a PDF editor, and so would have to print and fill in the forms before scanning and emailing them back to us. We also didn't have the steps of our process documented in detail nor accessible in a shared location. With Pipefy, we converted our old form into a new, online, interactive one. It relies heavily on conditional fields, allowing us to capture extensive amounts of information in a single form, while still keeping the list of questions short and relevant to each user. We also were able to add checklists in the back-end to provide step-by-step instructions for my team to complete as they process the submitted form. Pipefy made this process better for all parties who work with the form and the data captured in it.

It is very easy to structure and manage processes on Pipefy. It's very user-friendly and has a lot of features that enable every user to use this platform. We are evolving our process significantly due to Pipefy! I like a lot that we can see and manage every SLA and that the time to structure a process and start testing and using it is very low. I love that i don't need to involve IT departament on every single improvement that i want for the processes. But ther greater benefit is that i can effectively help other departaments to improve their processes and our company's services. Our employees are starting to feel the difference and wishing to have Pipefy used on their departament too.

The price could be a little bit lower so we can add every employee in our company on some Pipes. The dashbord building and the file importer could be a little bit improved to be easier for every user.

Process and SLA management problemas. We are eliminating e-mails and unnecessary Excel sheets by using Pipefy to manage our processes. Furthermore, we are starting some RPA automations based on our Pipefy processes. We have achieved some significant improvements in our transactional processes. We used to have a lot of burocratic process and now we can see every departament's SLA and this information can be used on the capacity planning for some departaments.

They have some strict policies which even an enterprise account is not able to influence. they will not allow you to remove branding even at the enterprise level for automated emails, meaning some intergrations become tricky if you do not want to show their branding.

We use pipefy for the production and management of our website building process. We have 100 users all submitting different project scopes which all go to one department who deliver the same product in the end. Its really powerful at managing multiple check points, notification and keeping everyone in line

The feature that sold us on Pipefy versus other project management tools was the integrated e-mail function. The one thing I disliked was limited phone app functionality, but they just released a new one which made great improvements!

We can see and be notified of incoming requests in real-time. We or our clients can set deadlines for each project. The visual "Kanban" view is a game changer for me as a team leader. I can easily see where projects stand and with filters can see what each team member's workload is. Since Covid-19 broke out, our team has reduced due to retirements and departures. Without Pipefy, we could not have been able to complete MORE projects with fewer staff. Pipefy has also prevents projects from falling through the cracks. I compared Pipefy to all the other major project management offerings, and it was by far the best fit.

There are some limitations in specifics features - but its not a really annoying problem.

Our team is capable to guarantee high level of quality with our deliverables with no worries about someone forgetting important tasks. Also, we have a very clear picture of all our processes in real time, something that was utopia before using Pipefy.

The power of transformation and innovation. How it can replace web services if we think logically or break our heads a little. The variety of process transformation options still surprises me today, and I see that I use the tool daily in order to get to know it as much as possible. So, features like triggering emails by clicking on an option, initial values ​​connecting cards, controlled triggering of emails with different possibilities. Error management. With the latest updates, many of my processes have been negatively impacted, generating communication errors, information flow errors, shipping errors, in short, errors. I felt a little lonely when trying to contact technical support and until now I have no answer: it's been two days. So, for example, the e-mail shots, if we delete the old templates to enable the automations and thus, we do not have duplicate sending, we lose all the shooting history that we had on cards that were already submitted and moving through the process. Anyway, it broke my legs ...

Lead time, rework, too many people dependent of someone - all of this decreased dramatically after my company adopted Pipefy. For example, at the last company I worked on applying Pipefy. More than 250 processes have been automated and more than 25 sectors have been impacted by process automation. What resulted in a reduction in time, reduction of manpower taking part in a process, a better flow of information. I'm solving a lot of process management's problems we used to have before adopting Pipefy as our workflow tool. We used to struggle a lot to identify our process status and manage our clients requests using just email or worksheets. Using a complete tool to manage and automate process helps us to use our time and energy, helping our employees to produce more and faster.

Simple, Easy to use, great for collaboration.. most important it guides you towards your sales closing goals. Also excellent and immediate customer support.

All is great, good tool to include all client follow up information , have control, and go in straight line towards your sales goals.

The combination of kanban, email integration, and automation makes Pipefy a great tool for every company. Another great thing about Pipefy is that you can start small and gradually improve your processes. The support and help center is also great. In general, Pipefy not only has a great product, but also a great team and provides an impeccable service, either on support or during the implementation phases.

I think that the database feature is useless (the same results could be done using pipes, and the database has fewer features). The PDF builder could be improved. Google Calendar integration is not perfect. Pipefy lacks documentation about custom apps. It could have more videos or examples.

We are a software development company, and we use Pipefy for everything else that is not related to the development work itself. We use it for customer support (using portals, SLA, and email integrations), we also use it for RH and financial processes. It saved us a lot of time and I don't think our company could grow without it (or an equivalent tool). I also used Pipefy to validate an idea (create an MVP).

Integrations are the best option for those who can automate their business rule.
