Ease in creating a management flow, very good
It still has some errors and bugs. But I believe that they will soon be resolved.

Não gosto quando temos algum bug na plataforma ou queda de servidor, dificilmente acontece tb.
Não diria problemas e sim uma organização nos processos
The deep functionality of pipefy and customisability is something we find really usefull. as with everyone, we have such a unique process and pipefy caters to the complete customisability of it all, including notification and integration strengths across all function of the platform
They have some strict policies which even an enterprise account is not able to influence. they will not allow you to remove branding even at the enterprise level for automated emails, meaning some intergrations become tricky if you do not want to show their branding.
We use pipefy for the production and management of our website building process. We have 100 users all submitting different project scopes which all go to one department who deliver the same product in the end. Its really powerful at managing multiple check points, notification and keeping everyone in line
It is applicable to various types of processes in different areas of activity (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Human Resources among others)
Just the fact that it took a long time to get to know this tool
I created my CRM within the solution, in addition to using it to manage the sending and filling of forms to my clients and internal staff

IT COULD BE USED AS A COMMUNICATION TOOL IF THERE WAS A WAY TO LINK IT TO EMAIL
NO MORE WONDERING AT WHAT STAGE THE UNIT IS AT , WHETHER ITS WAITING FOR PARTS OR READY TO DELIVER . I DONT HAVE TO CHASE SERVICE DOWN FOR ANSWERS
