I love the fact that I am able to save pre-formatted templates, as well as save technician names and numbers. The notifications come in immediately, and I even get an email in my email inbox to ensure I have received the notification. It has prompted links, and encourages you to label each customer by their first and last name. I also love that the number on podium comes up as the same number as our company, because it allows us to give the customers a sense of trust with who they are texting.
I wish I had the ability to save more formatted scripts. I would like to have the ability to send links to review us on yelp as well as on other websites besides google. I also wish we had the ability to see read receipts, or filter out scams. I also do not like that we are unable to send extensively long messages. I understand that a lot of people do not like long messages, but sometimes our services do need to be explained in a more extensive manner.
I am able to text technicians while they are at a job without having to call them and interrupt their day. I also love having the ability to text customers, which has come in handy when we had deaf customers. This texting allows for us to communicate with out customers at all points of the day.
I have used Podium for several years. It is very easy to navigate and to respond to reviews across all channels. I also like the ability to keep track of competing dealerships and to see how they are doing with their online reviews.
Nothing to dislike about Podium. Very straight forward.
I am able to respond to all online reviews as well as keep tabs on competing dealerships. I can also keep track of my employee's and to see how they are doing individually with their customers. The automated service reviews are priceless. By utilizing Podium with my DMS I am able to send out a text to every service customer after they have checked out of the service department. This allows me to immediately know how my customers are being treated in service.
I love being able to respond to customers on one platform rather than several different platforms.
Sometimes we will get random reviews from years ago, and that’s a little strange. It would also be nice to reply to Facebook messages for longer than 7 days.
We are able to solve problems immediately for our customers, and answer simple questions that don’t require a phone call.
Easy to use and navigate around the site. We use Podium to send out reviews and communicate to our patients by email or text message. We are able to read the reviews. You are able to access Podium through your phone as well as on the web.
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the messages to be sent out. It rarely happens but it gets frustrating when it does. Not all the reviews are present or updated. It would be easier if there was a reply button through the review page instead of doing it through the site where the review is placed
We use Podium to communicate to our patients and they are able to easily message us back. If they call us, it gets connected to our office phone line instead. This is a great form of communication.
I love how I can communicate with all of my clients in one place.
It can be a little chaotic with showing all my colleagues, front desk, and trying to figure out how to organize my own things from all of that. But it's not that hard.

Podium software is easy to use for our team members. It allows for easier communication with customers through webchat. Podium offers a convenient way to see and respond to all new reviews from multiple sites in one location.
I wish Podium also pulled Yelp reviews into our account.

I dislike that we have to close out certain conversations because it will say we have like 40 messages if we do not close it.
They Problems I am solving is that I am getting more parents in or rescheduling appointments with podium it seems to benefit the parents as well if they are busy they can easily send us a text.

Ease of function and real time texting, no significant lag. This has approved our patient engagement and ability to promptly contact them.
Occasionally but rarely there will be difficulty signing in that lasts just a few minutes.
Patients are returning calls more promptly. We are getting accurate insurance information with the ability to have them send photos of their cards. Templated messages allow quick sending of complex messages.

Customers find it easy to use and quick to reply with, as result we have seen a greater amount of engagement than with other systems. The easier it is for customers the better it is for us. More customers are also using it to message with us than we expected. The inbox allows quick identification of customers and there status. The ability to see categories of Customers with concerns as well as Successes is of high importance. Dashboard has great stats displayed all of which are very useful. Easy navigation of website, intuitive to the point of little to no training needed to operate. The use of a Leaderboard for team members is great to create a competitiveness to encourage more user engagement.
Haven't found a true negative to the system yet, has been easy to navigate. Great notification of inbound replies to surveys. Dash board customization would be nice, the ability to display the most import reports that I need and use regularly. Not certain if a mobile application is available, may prove even more useful than the desktop version.
Identifying customer issues quickly to keep them happy. Being able to resolve customer problems before they become a bad review online. Easy to convert customers after resolving issues turning them into full supporters of the business. Once the see we take a real interest in resolving the problem they love us. The use of messaging has been very helpful for our service staff. Customers prefer it over traditional phone calls or emails, as it allow for a faster interaction and less interruption. Many times trying to get a hold of someone on the phone proves difficult as they are not always able to answer or return calls quickly. Also provides a proven record of what was said and allow for less miscommunications.
