What do you like best about Podium?

I really enjoy using podium to contact our customers. Its convenient to them as it is for us. We can respond in a timely manner with notifications. Icons show if another employee has viewed the message and you can assign threads to employees you are best suited to answer the customers question.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I haven't really had any issues with podium in my experiences other than a prolonged period of time for the message to send. It would be nice however to know if the message has been delivered.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have noticed we have a lot of customers who get clarification your the podium service. Customers will ask questions that our website doesn't answer. I have been able to provide service to more customers using podium, in addition to phone and email.

What do you like best about Podium?

I like that you have a way to get your good reviews out there

Can’t solicit to yelp so you can’t earn good reviews there which is a leading source of reviewers for customers

"Good but easier access outside of app"
What do you like best about Podium?

That it allows us to reach customers easier WHEN the site/app is open. Also, customers love how easy it is to reach us.

What do you dislike about Podium?

That we have to be assigned and then log in. It'd be nice if it linked somehow to a quick and easy texting feature.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of people calling and leaving voicemails over the weekend when we are closed. This allows customers to reach a person right away.

What do you like best about Podium?

Podium is a fast user friendly way to easily connect with your customers, or potential customers. The best part is that anyone with admin access can answer any conversation at anytime. With the app on your phone customers don't have to wait a long time to get a human response to a question.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It can sometimes be a lot of information coming at you at one time in a dealership application. There are times you are seeing questions from service, to sales, to finance all at once. We have a couple people who monitor all incoming and direct the leads and questions to the appropriate place. A system that could do that on its own would be amazing.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

In finance we are using it to connect with customers for various reasons. We use it to track down outstanding stipulations from customers. We also use it to quickly answers warranty and coverage questions from existing customers.

What do you like best about Podium?

I love how convenient podium has been, I can use it from the computer to the phone. As a business it's easy to view other employees messages. Multiple are able to message a customer which is really beneficial. Overall I would say I have zero complaints with Podium.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I wish that I could give other people permission to reply to my customers in my messaging instead of them being able to without it.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to reach customers quicker. We can team sell through the phone.

What do you like best about Podium?

The ease at which patients can contact us without having to sit in front of a computer screen.

What do you dislike about Podium?

That the sidebar notifications only appear for a short period of time. I'd like them to stay active and on the screen until I have clicked on it to reply to the patient.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patients who don't have the time to call us are making appointments through Podium and in turn we are getting slightly more patients booking in.

What do you like best about Podium?

Entire companys conversations are available, making everything very transparent. Makes referencing conversations very easy and the screen shots are emailed after every message

What do you dislike about Podium?

Tons of notifications. Had to unsubscribe from my phone and use only the work tablet because of them

The app on my phone doesn't keep me logged in and sometimes I won't get a notification that a patient has made a comment

What do you like best about Podium?

It is very easy to communicate to my customer about pricing a product. I can send pictures and chat with them even when I'm not at work on computer because there is the app as well. Customers can get answers fast straight from the website as they are looking at the product!

What do you dislike about Podium?

Sometimes it crashes for some reason and I am unable to continue conversations with my customer. It can make it difficult when I am working with a customer on something pressing and the website crashes. Also sometimes when we send out surveys to reviews our company they respond that it is not their phone number.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers love it! Not everyone like to make a phone or has the time to so being able to send a quick is very convenient for them.

Not the fault of Podium, but it is very had to get anyone to give any kind of review. Most people disregard the request and move on with their life.

Takes staff out of the review process. Totally automated. Patients like the texting and we are getting new patients that I am not sure would of called.

Needed to ensure we had a system so texts would not be missed.

Easy to communicate back & forth with customers.

What do you dislike about Podium?

No easy quick links to do a review, takes many customers, particularly those not on line savvy, too on line or social media sites.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead generation, although most are shopping multiple sites, so the payoff seems to have been minimal so far.

Podium is extremely easy to use. We utilize the live chat function which allows all users to help out with responding to our customers.

Sometimes after app updates, settings are changed without knowing which can cause incoming messages to be missed.

Occasionally I will have issues with messages sending, even on the computer.
