Great way to communicate with potential customers
Nothing Really easy to use. Our. Customers seem to like it as well.
Better contact with customer
I really enjoy using podium to contact our customers. Its convenient to them as it is for us. We can respond in a timely manner with notifications. Icons show if another employee has viewed the message and you can assign threads to employees you are best suited to answer the customers question.
I haven't really had any issues with podium in my experiences other than a prolonged period of time for the message to send. It would be nice however to know if the message has been delivered.
I have noticed we have a lot of customers who get clarification your the podium service. Customers will ask questions that our website doesn't answer. I have been able to provide service to more customers using podium, in addition to phone and email.
I like that you have a way to get your good reviews out there
Can’t solicit to yelp so you can’t earn good reviews there which is a leading source of reviewers for customers
Getting kore reviews which helps us come up higher in google rankings.
That it allows us to reach customers easier WHEN the site/app is open. Also, customers love how easy it is to reach us.
That we have to be assigned and then log in. It'd be nice if it linked somehow to a quick and easy texting feature.
The problem of people calling and leaving voicemails over the weekend when we are closed. This allows customers to reach a person right away.
Podium is a fast user friendly way to easily connect with your customers, or potential customers. The best part is that anyone with admin access can answer any conversation at anytime. With the app on your phone customers don't have to wait a long time to get a human response to a question.
It can sometimes be a lot of information coming at you at one time in a dealership application. There are times you are seeing questions from service, to sales, to finance all at once. We have a couple people who monitor all incoming and direct the leads and questions to the appropriate place. A system that could do that on its own would be amazing.
In finance we are using it to connect with customers for various reasons. We use it to track down outstanding stipulations from customers. We also use it to quickly answers warranty and coverage questions from existing customers.

I love how convenient podium has been, I can use it from the computer to the phone. As a business it's easy to view other employees messages. Multiple are able to message a customer which is really beneficial. Overall I would say I have zero complaints with Podium.
I wish that I could give other people permission to reply to my customers in my messaging instead of them being able to without it.

That the sidebar notifications only appear for a short period of time. I'd like them to stay active and on the screen until I have clicked on it to reply to the patient.
Patients who don't have the time to call us are making appointments through Podium and in turn we are getting slightly more patients booking in.
Entire companys conversations are available, making everything very transparent. Makes referencing conversations very easy and the screen shots are emailed after every message

It is very easy to communicate to my customer about pricing a product. I can send pictures and chat with them even when I'm not at work on computer because there is the app as well. Customers can get answers fast straight from the website as they are looking at the product!
Sometimes it crashes for some reason and I am unable to continue conversations with my customer. It can make it difficult when I am working with a customer on something pressing and the website crashes. Also sometimes when we send out surveys to reviews our company they respond that it is not their phone number.
Customers love it! Not everyone like to make a phone or has the time to so being able to send a quick is very convenient for them.
I like the ability to send every customer we interact with a request to review our services. Using Podium has increased the number of positive reviews we receive.
Not the fault of Podium, but it is very had to get anyone to give any kind of review. Most people disregard the request and move on with their life.
