I like how it streamlines communication. Saves me a lot of time not having to check so many different communication platforms.

I don’t dislike anything about this. I just hope they get contracted with Twitter.

What do you like best about Podium?

I like that I am able to text the patient in real-time and receive quick responses from patients. I also like that I am able to send links to reviews for the office and schedule patients and see reviews.

What do you dislike about Podium?

I dislike that I have multiple users on my account so I have to look hard to see what was sent by me and by other team members.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling issues are solved because patients are more likely to text than answer phone calls. Negative reviews are handled with positive outcomes in Podium.

What do you like best about Podium?

We love using podium for single platform communication and customer review capturing! Our customer engagement for getting reviews has a way higher conversion rate.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It has been an adjustment paying for a service that essentially you can get for "free" through Google itself. However, we've had customers (and been guilty ourselves) of not filling out reviews that made us log into our account to do so. Podium is a one-click source to an easy path to review capturing.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a higher review engagement from customers. That's problem number one. Problem two is that our CRM and dispatching/scheduling software are limited in the number of SMS messages they can automate. However, it integrates well with Podium, which gives us the chance to automate more messaging options. Schedule confirmations, dispatch notifications, and review invites!

What do you like best about Podium?

I love how easy it is to communicate with a large group of people at once. I use it to communicate with my whole company, and it makes it so easy to send a quick question and have it directed to everyone I would need to.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Nothing! Podium has been awesome, and I don't have anything to complain about!

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the problem of miscommunication with Podium! I've been able to keep in touch with my coworkers better, especially because I work from home and I don't have that face-to-face contact hardly ever, so Podium has been great to solve that problem.

i like the fact that I can reach out to a customer that otherwise would not know about a decision that would affect them until it's too late.

There is no cons if you use it in the intent to inform after all other mediums have failed, or according to the other party's preference.

Podium is super user friendly and makes it easy to communicate with people that have left us reviews.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Nothing, it has been quite simple to use. Sometimes it sends out messages and asks for reviews too soon after the patient has been seen as there is a bit of a process for them to go through before being able to give a well rounded review for us. But overall, it is great.

Podium allows us to see what issues patients might be having with the company and has allowed us to be able to respond to them in a quickly and timely manner

What do you like best about Podium?

I worked primarily with Eli and Jen throughout our Podium experience. The best part of working with them is their capacity to mix efficient and professional business practices with sincere human connection and great customer service.

What do you dislike about Podium?

No big downsides. Price point was a bit high but the results that their service creates are worthwhile depending on the needs of your organization at its current growth stage.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Podium helped us identify consumer sentiment effectively and had some great tools for increasing granular analytics for our customer base, as well as generating reviews.

We are able to respond and interact with patients right away. We are notified as soon as someone send us a question and in return, they always come to our clinic!

The mobile app is amazing. I love the convenience of being able to text my customers since they seem to be more willing to communicate in this format rather than calling or emailing.

Podium makes it easy to communicate 1-on-1 with my customers! It is great to have them all at the tips of my fingers!

What do you dislike about Podium?

The least helpful thing about this platform is the shear amount of notifications that can come through. It can make it feel overwhelming at time. The question is, "Is that really a bad thing?"

The truth is that sometimes leads go untouched for too long because they are spread across too many apps and platforms. Podium makes it easier to keep them in order and all in one place.

We've seen our leads explode, super easy response via the app or desktop, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing.

The app can be "glitchy" at times on mobile, but if seems to revolve around software updates.

What do you like best about Podium?

I love how easy and user friendly the platform is. We have multiple departments so the feature of being able to assign and organize chats is perfect for us.

What do you dislike about Podium?

There's really not anything I can think of, at least at the moment.

We utilize rescheduling appointments, and sending out review invitations. There are many other things we do, however that is our main/daily use.

What do you like best about Podium?

We love the open communication that we can keep with our customers. Especially during COVID, it has helped everyone stay in touch. We can send appointment reminders and mass text that really help our ladies. We have been able to receive feedback quickly, and it's boosted our google reviews!

What do you dislike about Podium?

Honestly, it has a really user-friendly setup. There's not much that I don't like about it. It notifies me quickly when a customer has reached out.

The ability to remind ladies of their appointment. We have an older group of ladies, and it helps them out a lot. It's also just improved our communication with them. They feel safe sending their informational well because it's all through our landline.

I dislike that this program makes you type in a name for when sending a review. sometimes I don't have that information

We use Podium to manage our online reputation for all of our companies. The Podium platform allows all of our managers to monitor our online reputation and address issue proactively. The Podium tool has helped us to become the highest rated dealer group in New England.

There are no issues with Podium. We have been customers of the platform for several years. Their support is excellent and they are constantly innovating the product.

We are able to monitor our online reputation in real time and respond to customer concerns before they lead to more serious issues. We are also able to quickly identify pain points in our processes and make adjustments to improve the overall customer experience.
