I like how it streamlines communication. Saves me a lot of time not having to check so many different communication platforms.
I don’t dislike anything about this. I just hope they get contracted with Twitter.

I like that I am able to text the patient in real-time and receive quick responses from patients. I also like that I am able to send links to reviews for the office and schedule patients and see reviews.
I dislike that I have multiple users on my account so I have to look hard to see what was sent by me and by other team members.
Scheduling issues are solved because patients are more likely to text than answer phone calls. Negative reviews are handled with positive outcomes in Podium.

It has been an adjustment paying for a service that essentially you can get for "free" through Google itself. However, we've had customers (and been guilty ourselves) of not filling out reviews that made us log into our account to do so. Podium is a one-click source to an easy path to review capturing.
We have a higher review engagement from customers. That's problem number one. Problem two is that our CRM and dispatching/scheduling software are limited in the number of SMS messages they can automate. However, it integrates well with Podium, which gives us the chance to automate more messaging options. Schedule confirmations, dispatch notifications, and review invites!
I love how easy it is to communicate with a large group of people at once. I use it to communicate with my whole company, and it makes it so easy to send a quick question and have it directed to everyone I would need to.

I'm solving the problem of miscommunication with Podium! I've been able to keep in touch with my coworkers better, especially because I work from home and I don't have that face-to-face contact hardly ever, so Podium has been great to solve that problem.

Podium is super user friendly and makes it easy to communicate with people that have left us reviews.
Nothing, it has been quite simple to use. Sometimes it sends out messages and asks for reviews too soon after the patient has been seen as there is a bit of a process for them to go through before being able to give a well rounded review for us. But overall, it is great.
Podium allows us to see what issues patients might be having with the company and has allowed us to be able to respond to them in a quickly and timely manner

The least helpful thing about this platform is the shear amount of notifications that can come through. It can make it feel overwhelming at time. The question is, "Is that really a bad thing?"
The truth is that sometimes leads go untouched for too long because they are spread across too many apps and platforms. Podium makes it easier to keep them in order and all in one place.
We've seen our leads explode, super easy response via the app or desktop, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing.

Honestly, it has a really user-friendly setup. There's not much that I don't like about it. It notifies me quickly when a customer has reached out.
