Poder llevar un seguimiento efectivo de todos los proyectos es dificil si no tienes una excelente planificacion puedes hacer tus dias de trabajos un total caos, con PM basado en la nube todo esta en la mano y lo mejor que me ayuda a realizar el seguimiento del tiempo de ejecución de cada proyecto ya que cuenta con caracteristicas del diagrama de Gantt los cual es efectivo para todo el proceso, es más fácil me ayuda a identificar las relaciones existentes entre las tareas a ejecutarse,me ayuda hacer proyecciones, modificar fechas de vencimiento es sumamente fácil además puedo anexar documentos y notas en cada proyecto si es necesario
