Easy preview of all tasks for each team member. Also reminders on your tasks near the deadline helps a lot in not forgeting to finish any of them. Makes you more responsible to your self and the company.
Most of all, we're all missinng mobile app. My team consists of few more managers, and as we all know, managers are very offten on meetings, traveling, and flexible and available 27/4. Mobile app would be significant improvement and it would make many more managers as well with their teams to start using Project manager software.
Better organization of people in my teams, schedule tasks and easy preview of all people in teams and their tasks at any time. Also monthly reports to myself (team managr) with easy insight of what has been done in specific period of time.
The low cost of the service and its great amount of functions to manage the projects make it one of the best options to choose. It contains excellent tools for monitoring projects: Percentage of progress tracking, hours and expenses tracking and Gantt charts available for use. It's great for visualizing tasks in progress, those that will be done soon and those that are already completed, all in the same interface. It allows for optimal time tracking, regardless of the type of project you are working on.
It does not have important features such as live chats or video chats. The ability to remote assistance is also not available. There are no workflows in the software development cycle, which limits optimal project development. Functions such as moving rows and adjusting dates can be inconvenient for the individual user. Experience is needed to manage the program properly
I have been able to make use of project portfolio management for reporting and analysis, project planning, and all aspects of budgeting. The visibility of the performance of the tasks by each worker can be observed in a transparent way and thus be able to notice the progress of each one, or any possible irregularity. In case of irregularities, we can help our partner by better accommodating the workload

It has web seminars for better training of the program for all users. It has one of the best Kanban software we have ever tested. It has the option to choose between customizable models or traditional methods when working with a project management
No business process automation when managing workflows. The software does not have a graphical editor that can help visualize well the managed data. The reports are not completely accurate
We can track time in order to manage the work done by our employees. The creation of roadmaps improves the management of our processes. Reports allow our employees to forecast future events based on our planning decisions
Being able to communicate back and forth via comments, friendly user interface and the time sheet for tracking purposes. It's great to have the GANTT chart to oversee how the project is going. You can even put percentages on each task with how much is complete.
The calendar lacks the features of the other offerings. It is just like an outlook calendar, which everyone already has. It needs to be more intuitive.
Ever since we deployed Project Manager, we are much more organized in our start up to see which tasks need to be prioritized and who is responsible for what. It's really been a game changer where everyone can be on the same page.
This software allows you to easily generate reports and it pretty simple to use. You can manage several projects at the same time with this software something that many other software cannot do
