I like the ease of functionality, very straightforward but still easy to cater toward your needs.
Some of the little detailed functions get swept over and can be difficult to go back and figure out what exactly was changed in the app.
Great to be able to work within a team to tackle jobs that need to get done all together. Love that we can communicate where we are within a project to each other in QuickBase.
Quickbase is very user-friendly and makes accessing multiple reports super easy and quick! I really like how customizable it is for our company's specific needs. Our team uses it everyday which allows us to easily track all the projects we're working on.
I'm not sure I can think of any downsides for Quickbase.
Quickbase provides a way for all of our staff to stay connected and in the loop on every project. The email notifications from Quickbase are super helpful and have created a way for staff to get project updates while cutting down on additional communication outside of the platform which has been a big time-saver!
Overall experience, GUI, User-friendly interface.
Nothing to mention. All are well monitored from the Quickbase team.
The ease of use for all level of users.
Very user friendly and keeps our teams organized.
Everything works perfectly! No problems at all!
Organizing and maintaning all data.
Quickbase has revolutionized our workflow management and collaboration processes. The platform's flexibility is its standout feature, allowing us to design and customize applications tailored to our specific needs. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface, combined with a robust set of pre-built templates, significantly accelerated our application development. The real-time collaboration features and robust reporting tools have fostered transparency and boosted team productivity. Quickbase's scalability is impressive, seamlessly accommodating our growing business requirements without sacrificing performance. The responsive customer support has also been a valuable resource, ensuring we maximize the platform's potential.
While Quickbase offers a plethora of features, the learning curve for more advanced functionalities can be steep for new users. Enhanced training resources or tutorials could mitigate this challenge. Additionally, the pricing structure, while reflective of the platform's capabilities, might be a deterrent for smaller businesses. Some integration options could also be expanded to cover a broader range of third-party tools. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall benefits and efficiencies gained from using Quickbase far outweigh these considerations.
Quickbase has been instrumental in solving several critical challenges within our organization. One of the primary benefits is the elimination of manual, time-consuming tasks through workflow automation. This has not only saved us a significant amount of time but has also reduced the risk of errors associated with manual data entry.
There are many things that I love about Quickbase but if I have to choose one, it is being fast. You live up to your name QUICK. Many people do not understand how fast it is. We work with thousands of records and in some table we have more than 1000 fields, and yet when you search it or create a custom report, everything is almost instantenous. You gotta love it.
Blocking Javascripts. We still can use Javascripts for some imports to multiple tables at the same time, and I know through Pipelines similar can be done, but it is not the same. But that is all. Everything else is amazing about Quickbase.
I wouldn't say problems. But Quickbase enables me to create anything that we need, from Mobile usage, to complex Billings etc.
How customizable everything is and can create code pages, queries, forms, fields, and pipelines to streamline corporate automation. Pipelines are absolutely stellar and communicate efficiently with other software such as Docusign and Box to name a few.
The only thing I can even think of is exact forms. It would be nice for that functionality to be updated via pipelines or other form buttons to easily generate templates. However, with code pages as long as the developer knows html/JS it is doable.
Our customers span all energy utilities across the United States and this platform not only helps in terms of forecasting but auditing, creating web portals and easy customer pipelines. QuickBase has to serve both industrial customers with 5-10 year projects as well as instant rebates and we are able to do both.
You can build almost anything natively with Quickbase from project management to inventory management to customer management. Quickbase allows our company to work in the unique way that it does as opposed to making our business model fit in an out-of-box software. Our company uses multiple applications every day. We can create solutions and roll them out within a day.
Quickbase could do better with having training material and information available when new developments are launched.
Quickbase helps us to share data in real-time, avoiding conflicting spreadsheets of information. It also allows our field teams to manage their work without having to be connected to our network or any other. The information that anyone wants is within the palm of their hand most of the time.
Useable API. Easy to get started and create apps for our work. There is lots of ability to create custom action and fields. The API documentation is pretty helpful.
The community is a bit inactive. Which it was more rich and collobartive and open.
It is helping keep track of information about our members and out 1:1 interactions with them
I like organizing my workload in a Kanban and using/storing data from all of my projects.
The Kanban has limited features on the home page.
I work on numerous projects per day with different deadlines and tons of info and organizing all of these projects with charts and creating a database is extremeley helpful in keeping me organized.
