We take full advantage of the capability to add new sheets and change them as our department grows. The ability to pull all kinds of reports from our data has been a game changer.
I do love how intuitive it is to be able to make changes, especially as someone with no coding experience, but there are some parts that are difficult to navigate
It gives our team one location where all our information is gathered for easy reference. A project manager has to be out for an extended period; we can have another PM or the manager step in and have all project information on hand. It creates consistency between all project reports and frees up our PM's time to work on other items instead of constantly trying to remember if they have done everything needed for a project; if the forms have been completed, they're done!
Our sales data comes from several different sources in several different formats, Quickbase helped us simplify our process saving us several hours of manual data parsing each month, helping us become more in several other aspects of our business with that time saved. The Quickbase team is helpful and respondent when we need them.
Downsides are few and Quickbase is constantly working on improving their platform as needed. Some of the pipeline structure can be complicated depending on your company needs, but like I said, they have been constantly improving since we've started using the platform

I love that Quick Base is fully customizable for any business application that I need it for. I was introduced to the program but a colleague in a different department to use to replace our database of Alumni in Microsoft Access. Once I saw everything it could after attending Empower 2018, I was hooked and began brainstorming about other business projects that it can help with. I wear many hats in my department and I have been able to streamline my many different responsibilities and make my job a lot less stressful and less paperwork. I was that I had heard about Quick Base sooner.
Very useful for the average user but to really get into the full power of QuickBase, you really need to practice and train a lot.
Quick Base streamlines so much. I have solved reporting for Research poster requests, Image Releases for photography and videography, recruitment information requests and I am still working on many others.
I really love using QuickBase for our company's needs. It is pretty easy to use, the setup is intuitive once you get used to it and I love the different reporting options there are.
I struggle linking pages together for certain fields; the base setup for new pages and things definitely takes some getting used to for me.
QuickBase solves our issue of holding contract information as well as our company asset information. It helps me track the progress of things as they go through the various stages as well.

We use Quickbase for Helpdesk ticketing, fleet management, knowledge bases, inventory tracking, employee data management, and so much more! Quickbase allows us to build what we need quickly and display real-time reports.
As a beginner app developer, I have found it relatively intuitive and have never felt restricted with which functionalities I wanted to add to the database. I especially find useful the ability to generate different report views for different users. I also enjoy the helpful material made available to the quickbase community
Sequential numbering is really often used but has to be coded in different ways to produce the format desired. You should be able to set it up more easily and not need to have coding capabilities to do this simple task

The QuickBase was billing per user base data and may affect large organizations to maintain bulk users data on the cloud. Apart from that everything is good and excellent.
I have an issue with SSO integration and user access management using SSO. The Quickbase is very proactive and provides step-by-step documentation to configure it. I appreciate the prompt response from the support team.
We can make quickbase into anything we want it to be. The customization is second to none.
Form and report layouts could be better. Customizing forms is limited to 1 column layout. You can "float" fields so they create multiple columns, but you cannot group fields together in different columns. Not a huge deal, but could be better.
Quickbase allows us to create apps specific to our business. Many out-of-the-box solutions are not designed with our particular data and workflows in mind. Using quickbase has improved our productivity and visibility.

There is no problem with the app, but sometimes it just so lags if there are too many employees using the website but so far, so good. Needs a slight improvement.

What I like about Quickbase is that it is easy to navigate, and the efficiency and accuracy of the logs are in point. You can also do coaching, record your End of the Day, etc.
What I dislike the most about Quickbase is that its traffic site is too low when loading when many people are using the tool to clock in, even when clocking out.
The problem with Quickbase is that the traffic site is too slow when too many employees here in our company are using it to clock in and out. We usually wait over 10 minutes to clock in, especially when clocking out completely. It's not benefitting me as a user because I still need to wait and refresh the website several times, so I can clock out properly.
Designing workflows is very easy and there are a multitude of tools available for a non-tech person to use. Forms are easy to use and allow users to implement business logic to make form elements contextual, like hiding or showing relevant data by user role, or showing followup questions based on responses to prior questions. Email notifications, reminders and subscription reports keep everyone in the loop and prompt action. Reports are easy to configure, including creating report-specific fields and formulas. For users that are a little more comfortable with low code functions, formulas and pipelines can transform data and automate processes easily. Creating new records, editing existing data, and connecting to third party apps is quick and there are many tutorials provided by Quickbase as well as a very active and helpful community of users that share solutuions and answer questions. Quickbase also provides a robust API that allows customized connections with third party apps and additional powerful automation capabilities. For users with some coding knowledge, code pages can be called to execute scripts and extend functionality even further.
Calendar functionality is basic and could be improved; there are timeline reports and Quickbase offers a Gantt plug-in, but its clunky and exporting Gantt charts is only available as csv which limits its usefulness overall. Map report functionality is very limited.
In our government business we use Quickbase to create workflows, automations and integrations that simplify the process of managing federal and state-funded projects. We ensure compliance with regulations by, for instance, importing third party data sets to check applicant income against annual limits and automatically scheduling required annual or quarterly reports and inspections. We use Quickbase in our non-government activities to evaluate all aspects of our business , either by analyzing data from internal workflows or by importing data from systems that are used by some departments and then analyzing it. This includes things like turn times and aging for major tasks, summarizing sources of revenue by client, geographic location and service type, and using existing data to project revenue and workloads.
