I love the easy interface on the desktop screen and the extremely positive, friendly vibes when calling in for help. Recently I called in twice and both Jon and Diane were helpful, knew their stuff and it was like talking to a friend as they helped with my issues.

The only dislike is the confusion when using the phone app and trying to enter in PTO time. My employees have found it difficult to locate where to enter in the time.

I was entering in two weeks of job costed time for 27 employees and it was taking a ridiculous amount of time. Tsheets has saved me hours in data entry.

My company is jyst implementing TSheets, I had a few question and had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey M. She was super helpful and I can’t wait to upgrade gow I submit my time sheets!

I have not experienced anything that I dislike.

How to set up a schedule for my appointments, knowledge about whether I need to be connect to Wi-Fi, which is not necessary but better captures my location during the time if service of which I am providing.

The software is easy to use and set-up. With minimal training users are up and running which is a big plus for a small company like ours where everyone works from home.

We haven't found a good way to enter time down to the minute level and then have it summarized by user on a weekly basis and rounded to the nearest quarter hour which is our minimum billing increments.

We have detailed activities that users record into TSheets which then serves as the basis for our invoicing detail.

Ease of use and the ability to tailor the software to our needs. Customer service is also pretty awesome. Jen was great to work with this morning and I have only had wonderful experiences with their customer service team.

Some of the desktop options that would be useful in the mobile ap are not there yet.

Managing time for employees who are on the move.

I like that you can designate your time to different projects. Its easy to see how your time breaks down using that feature. The app is easy to use.

I don't like that you're unable to make changes once your time has been approved by a supervisor. I would prefer if you could edit and it would notify your supervisor.

We were tracking time on excel spreadsheets. T sheets is by far an easier option.

I like that I can integrate it with other software that I use in the office to streamline my time.

I wish it were easier to find out each users activity, such as login and clock out, but mostly hour changes.

All our employees work in the field, so it’s nice to see where they clock in and out. It makes it more difficult for them to cheat on hours.

Kelsey Meeker is a perfect example of what I like about TSheets. We have been collaborating to work out a solution to solve a company accountability issue utilizing TSheets' kiosk. Kelsey has been excellent with her follow through and follow-up with me.

It frustrates me that TSheets has not reached out to other tech companies and help them become customer centric. LOL

We are working to solve a personnel tracking issues right now. In the near future, we want to stop all daily paper timesheets and go directly to TSheets.

I find the GPS tracking extremely helpful for employees that work off site.

The interface should maybe be updated, to be a little more user-friendly. It is sometimes a little tricky to find a feature you want to use.

An employee must have GPS tracking active in order to clock-in. This way we can review whether the job site matches the project selected.

sometimes the gps tracking doesn't work

Time tracking for payroll was all done on paper and would need to be entered into quickbooks manually each week for multiple employees. This would take 3-4 hours each week just entering the information. Since using Tsheets I have cut down the time it takes to do payroll easily by half the amount of time, sometimes more. This has freed up my time for other tasks I also use it to improve our job scheduling. We are a service company and sometimes need to change jobs on the fly. With tsheets I am able to quickly assign new jobs to my technicians and they are able to track to the correct customer right away.

Probably everything is best with this app. Starting with easy integration, over exhaustive training resources to outstanding customer support and relations. Precise, no mess time tracking on your computer, phone, tablet, with GPS function, and seamless integration to QBO.

So far I have not found anything that I disliked.

Tracking of billable time. It is easy to switch between clients, and admin time even when I am on the road. My billing is more precise with exact documentation which enables me to bill clients more effectively. For Payroll it gives me all the info I need for an employee, a.n.d. billable expenses at my fingertips.

Time cards and tracking PTO. I am new to this, I have only been using it for about week so I'm not sure yet. But I'm excited to try to the new PTO request function that will be in beta testing soon.

App is easy to use, offers flexibility for billing classes, etc.

Would be nice if integration with QuickBooks Online and Gusto was a bit more seamless. We currently have to manually transfer some info.

TSheets allows us to track how many hours we use against a project, which can be difficult when we don't bill clients hourly. It's allowed us to have much more data available to figure out if we're charging enough for the work we do.

She was persistent with an employee status problem and fixed it with quite a bit of trial and error.

Nothing about this product is bad, it is so functionally rich that the setup takes awhile.

TSheets Tech support by phone has been stellar. • Every single TSheets person who answers the phone is noticeably happy to be working for TSheets and is eager to solve your TSheets-related problems -- I'm not exaggerating. • Luci helped me today re-learn how to set up PTO accruals, documented my many issues and stayed with me on the phone until they were ALL resolved. • Shannon helped me roll over PTO from 2016 and set up a couple new PTO types. She listened well and made the process educational, clean and speedy. Fun, I dare say. Terrific use of the very slick Join.me screen sharing app. • tech reps, 3 encountered by phone so far, have all been professional, courteous, audible, and acutely helpful Live Chat support is also fun and easy. • Elaina, Annie and Scribbles make TSheets problems go away like magic, and are always a pleasure to chat with

TSheets rep was unable to provide the specific features or settings I would lose if I disabled our DCAA Compliance Add-on. • It's a tall order for an online time tracker app to ensure compliance with esoteric and ever-changing federal guidelines, and an even taller order for a call center rep to have a handle on all the impacts.

I'm solving recruiting and retention problems. • Our employees are all software engineers. So, they "demand" intuitive interfaces, a modern mobile app, and responsive bug-fixing -- and they talk to each other and to potential hires.

Great interface, easy to use , awesome training from the tsheets team! Jaydan was really helpful and patient with all the questions I had.

They have made it quite easy to use, a lot of options to choose from. Is good so far!

Tracking hours of employees on site. It is easy to use if they have a smartphone and can check on hours worked. Has a lot of features and the integration with multiple other vendors are quite useful.

GPS feature has saved my company over 100K

Employees not working a full day, GPS feature allows me to k ow where my employees are and how long they have been there.

The title say's it all! Time tracking at it's best! This intuitive, easy to use application is a must have for any business that requires their hourly or salaried employees to track time. Thank you Max H for the help and assistance today! Whenever I have had to contact them, they have always had the absolute best service around. it's always a pleasure to be able to work with them.

Tsheets in multiple languages would be nice, they have support in Spanish, but the app and website in other languages would be nice. More reporting options on the desktop site would be nice as well. Specifically the ability for pay rates within tsheets to be applied to more types of reports besides just the job costing report.

We were wasting too much time running payroll and losing hours

I like that it is very easy to use, everything thing is right out in front of you. All of the people i have spoken with and chatted with have been super nice, and very knowledgeable about the product. They are very Patent with the helping of your needs, in any way possible. The customer agent i spoke with (Kelsey T) was able to answer all of my questions no problem. She seemed to know everything about TSheets, well about every question i asked her. I would definitely request to chat with Kelsey T when ever you need some help on the TSheets application. I can't thank Kelsey T enough for everything that she did for me and showing me how much i can get accomplished just in the one application.

I did not dislike anything about it. The only thing i would add or change about it is, maybe to add an application to also able to track your subcontracts work on a job also not only employees. There could be a way to do it maybe it cost more, but i didn't see that option.

The biggest business problem we were solving, was keeping track of everyone time and schedules. It is a really nice function that TSheets links to your Quickbooks account also, so all of our information about your customers is in there.

Super easy to use time tracking app. Employees like that it's on their phone and goes with them where they go, and they have some management over their time. i enjoy it as an admin because it's easy to see where employees are at and I like that it syncs directly to my desktop. Max H from support was super helpful.

Honestly at this point, I have no complaints. We have been using it for a while and have run into very few issues.

Peace of mind. It doesn't matter if it's a user or software error, they are always there to support you and make you smile.

Really intuitive software, very user friendly. So far it's been a smooth transition from using paper time sheets and having to collect them from our employees at the end of every month. Their support is also phenomenal (MH1)!

I wish there were more internal reporting options within the software. And some more uses for pay rates and wages in general. That seems to be the only thing really lacking! Oh! And a PTO requests system, but I've heard word of that coming in the future!

Their support staff is seriously amazing. Whenever I call, chat, email in, I am always connected with somebody who really knows what they're talking about. Today I spoke with Max H who did an excellent job. The application itself is fairly easy to use. There is a slight learning curve, sure, but overall it's very intuitive.

I wish there was a way, within the product, to message other employees on the same platform. Some sort of team messaging feature within the computer and phone application would be nice. Other apps such as quickbooks have a feature similar to this, I think it would be nice for tsheets to as well!

We had employees who we believed were not entering their timesheets accurately. TSheets allows us to more closely monitor what edits to timesheets are made so that we can regulate our overhead more effectively.

I like being able to track a list of organized tasks and sub categories in order to not make the app cluttered

I dislike the ability to sync between separate devices. When switching to another task it has to be on the device originally listed

Task management allows me to determine how long certain tasks take opposed to others to find out the tasks which require more detail and time.

It's super easy to use, convenient, and you can integrate it into your payroll software so you don't have to enter in mass employees one-by-one.

I wish there were more options to see who worked at the same job during a certain period.

Since TSheets, we have had little to no problems with employees reporting hours. This is very convenient given that we have a lot of union workers that require they are paid weekly. If we don't report to the unions on time, whether it is our fault or the employee's, we are penalized.

The response time is fast! I never have to wait around to get the help i need! BD1 has helped me multiple times!

I do not like the fact that i have to have tsheets unlock timesheets, this is something that an admin should be able to do

Easier to keep track of our employees and job costing is made more simple.
