I like that when logged in for the day it automatically adjust out lunches and breaks when you clock out so you do not have to manually do so if you forgot. They also have a mobile app that is very easy to use to login and does not require you to log in before clocking in like other time tracking software's.
If you forget to clock out for the day, it takes a lot of manual edits to adjust all of the times out. But this is when and if you forget to log out so make sure to do so at the end of each day.
Our current 3P hr company has no way of tracking our hours worked, so this allows us to track everyone time they are working and it's easy to export the data and send to the HR company we use to pay out everyone.
So easy to use, scheduling is a breeze! This app is great for my staff and has simplified our schedule making process!

Totally customizable to your company's needs. Easy-to-use- interface, easy to train employees. Connects with QBO, other softwares, to prevent duplicate work. Customer service is quick and helpful.
Auto-generated emails can get annoying. You may get reminders to do something after it's already been done. Sometimes you do have to clever about your customization to make it fully usable.
Live GPS tracking of employees and job sites helps with ease of scheduling, clocking in/out. Job site info is readily available.
This plugs right into our payroll system, and it makes it super easy for our hourly staff to keep track of their time. The interface is easy to use, and it is easy to keep track of exactly how long hourly employees are working so that we can accurately pay them. The integration with Gusto, our payroll software, was super simple as well, which was great for setting up as we made the transition from all salaried employees to having several hourly employees.
It would be nice if there was a more robust scheduling feature, as not all of our employees have set schedules and it would be nice to have more flexibility in setting work hours. There was a bit of a learning curve in setting up multiple employees and the supervisory chains, but that gets easier one the initial set up is done. It would be great if there were more built in tutorial options for this as you're going through the set up process.
We only have a few employees that are hourly, so this allows us to keep track of their hours easily without having to overhaul their payroll. It's also easy to go back and correct hours and time if an employee does not log in correctly or if they forget to log in in the first place for their shift. Being able to easily edit the time sheets is great and makes the hours much more accurate.

Josh P is nothing but professional. He helped me through the manual time card and was able to give clear instructions to me on how to add vacation and holiday hours. He also have helped me in the past with navigating through t sheets and figuring out how to use it to best fit my company's needs. Thanks Josh! So far, Nothing! TSheets is awesome. I havent found anything i dislike.
We are able to do all time cards online and save paper. it is also saving time when entering time cards for the employees to get paid
I like the fact that we can see our employees GPS and where they are located when billing for time. I also like the breakdown of all the time.
I dislike how the GPS can be off on occasion.

My employees love the ease and freedom they have with Tsheets. My remote employees don’t have to be on site or submit written timesheets with this product
If permissions are not strong then the user has too much ability to commit time fraud
It doesn’t take long to calculate payroll now as it did when I was entering paper time cards
Overall, TSheets was very simple to use. As an engineer, I am working on multiple projects throughout the day. TSheets allowed me to log in the amount of time I was dedicating to each project everyday. In the end, I was able to see a chart of how many hours I've dedicated to a project in a certain time period.
There was pretty much nothing that I disliked about this product. It was very simple to use and communicate with.
I was able to log in my own hours and see how much time I was spending on specific things. This allowed me to properly distribute my time for following work days.
