I like this platform because I can see what exactly I am doing with my time and which clients I am spending the most time on.

Having to switch between many clients and not seeing co workers PTO days

If i am spending too much time working on certain things. Benefit is that you can clearly see your time management

I personally benefited extensively after using the option of scheduling the workers time sheets way before had streamlined the entire process for me. Now, I could exactly point out when, which, where the worker is working on.

My team sometimes faced the problem while logging out of the system, even though we had logged out the hours were running in the background and took one day to fix this issue.

I had implemented the tsheets for streamlining the employee's schedule and the human resources department in my organization had used it to automate the payroll. Using this the remote employees who are scattered all around the United States were working in the same time zone which is really beneficial for the management and reduces the different time zones hassle from the equation.

The option for the manager or the supervisor to allocate the schedule for the employees way ahead and then send them notifications about the schedule reduces the hassle and makes it scheduling simple and easy to use.

Sometimes, I personally had problem clock-in and clocking-out of the T-sheets. Once I worked for 3:15 hrs and have clocked-out but when I signed in the next day I could see the clock was running. Then I had the confirmation message stating whether I was working for the past 14hrs without a break? Then I had to provide an explanation so that my manager won't get perplexed.

I tried to automate the payroll service, and the working hours scheduling for my employees. The procedure is simple to set up the option is available for all the users to generate their working hours reports if required. Automating the schedule is a great benefit of using the TSheets.

I love that when you sign out it tells you on the spot how many hours up to date you have accounted for for the week.

It's an effective and clear was of logging work hours.

It's an easy solution for employees to track their time. Beats writing down the clock in/out times and me having to keep track of it all. It's straightforward and easy to use. It is also a reasonable cost.

I disliked that you can not have everything in one spot. The paystubs are in a different program.

Clocking in and clocking out as opposed to writing down your time and having to clock everyone's times.

He made the conversation very personable as if we had been friends forever which made me feel comfortable using the chat with an agent (which I normally never do)! I like the convince of this app employees can easily clock in through an app to make it easier than using and wasting internet on business computers or time on time sheets

Facial recognition isn’t 100% acurate Can fail with some employees that don’t look the same however this might be an issue with the device and not the app

Clocking in and out plus with facial recognition we can ensure it’s the employee clocking in and not a coworker

The process of registering for the Tsheets is quite simple and the option of setting up a Google authentication for sign-in gives the extra layer of security which I feel is the highlight of this product.

Few times even though I clocked out from the Tsheets, the clock ran in the background and next day when I came to the I realised that the clock was running in the whole night. In addition, the schedule management process is a hassle when using Tsheets

By using TSheets my company was able to streamline their workforces check in and clock out times. It gave flexibility in scheduling especially for the employees working in teams. Automating the payroll report and the option where employees could generate their hours'worked and their schedules are some of the benefits that I personally had realised.

I like that I can track my employees to make sure they are on-site. Things can get hectic on a construction site and Tsheets allows me to track different prevailing wage rates of my workers. It even helped me find my lost phone one time due to the GPS tracking.

Nothing, I love the app. It has no known issues.

Worker locations, correct rate being clocked etc.

Easy to use and user friendly and I would strongly recommend to use this portal !!

There is nothing as such , I wish the portal to be more interactive and a dashboard full of options
